How much does the subscription cost?

The subscription fee is USD$9.99 per month, and this fee will be automatically deducted each month.

Once you successfully subscribe, you'll have unlimited access to all books on Inktalez.

How long is the subscription period

Inktalez's subscription service operates on a monthly billing cycle.

Once you subscribe successfully, the system will automatically deduct the subscription fee on the same day each month.

The first day of the new billing cycle will deduct the subscription fee, but this transaction may take a few days to appear on your bill. 


-Due to different time zones, your billing date may be a day earlier or later. 

-If your billing date doesn't occur every month (ex. the 31st), we will bill you on the last day of the month. 

-If you subscribe through a third-party payment platform, please note that Inktalez's billing date may differ from the third-party payment platform's billing date.

How can I cancel my subscription

If you wish to terminate your subscription service, please log into your account and go to "Personal Page" > "Wallet." You will see a "Cancel Subscription" button.

Click on it, and your subscription will be canceled before the next billing cycle.

 

Please note that Inktalez's subscription service is billed monthly. Once you cancel your subscription, you still have the right to enjoy the paid service until the start of the next billing cycle. The subscription fee already paid will not be refunded.

Why is the actual charge higher than expected

If you find that the actual charge is higher than expected, it may be due to several factors.

One common reason is fees: in some countries and regions, your issuing bank may impose additional international transaction fees.

Although our charges are displayed in the local currency, in some cases, the fees may be converted into New Taiwan Dollars.

What should I do if an error occurs during the subscription process

If you encounter any difficulties or errors during the subscription process, please immediately contact Inktalez's customer service department via email.

Describe the issue in detail and include relevant transaction numbers or screenshots of error messages.

Will my Inkcoin be credited immediately after topping up

Once the payment is successful, your Inkcoin will immediately appear in your "Wallet."

If you have completed the payment but do not see the corresponding Inkcoin in your wallet, please contact our customer service team via email, and we will verify the payment details.

How can I check my top-up history

After logging into the platform, go to the "Personal Page" > "Deposit" page.

You will find an option for "Top-up History." Click on it to view all your past top-up records.

Are there any fees for topping up

Inktalez itself does not charge any fees. However, using third-party payment systems may involve related credit card or transaction fees, which the user is responsible for.

If you have any questions or uncertainties regarding these fees, we recommend contacting your issuing bank for detailed information.

Can I get a refund

Once the Inkcoin top-up is successful, it is considered final and cannot be changed or refunded.

Inktalez explicitly states that it does not accept any form of currency exchange or refund, even if there are unused Inkcoin in your account.

What can I use Inkcoin for

Inkcoin can be used for various activities on the Inktalez platform, such as purchasing individual chapters for reading, buying entire books, or tipping authors' works. We also plan to introduce more ways to use Inkcoin in the future.

Please note that once Inkcoin are successfully topped up, they cannot be refunded or withdrawn and are only for use within the Inktalez platform.

Therefore, we recommend careful consideration before purchasing Inkcoin.

What should I do if I encounter difficulties during the top-up process

If you encounter any issues or abnormalities during the top-up process, please promptly contact Inktalez's customer service team at sevice@inktalez.com and provide your transaction number in the email.

How can I withdraw referral rewards?

Please log in to your account and go to the 「Personal Page」 > 「Withdraw」 page.

Click the "Withdraw" button and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the withdrawal process.

*Please note that if it's your first withdrawal request, please go to "Account Settings" to complete the necessary setup.

What are referral rewards?
  • When you create an account, you will receive a unique referral code (your member ID). When you successfully refer a member, and that member subscribes to the service, you will receive referral rewards provided by Inktalez every month.
    (You will receive USD 1 per subscribed member per month)

  • At the end of each month, the referred member must still be subscribed for the referral rewards to be calculated. Once calculated, the rewards will be automatically credited to your account wallet.

  • You can refer to an unlimited number of members, but the referral rewards are limited to the subscription fees of the "first-tier" referred members.
How can I use referral rewards?

Can I change my referral target?

Once a referral target has registered, the referrer cannot change it.

This is an exclusive referral rewards system of Inktalez, so we recommend ensuring that your friends or family correctly enter your referral code when they first apply for an Inktalez member account to not miss out on referral rewards opportunities.

You can also directly copy the referral page link, and your referral code will be automatically included when your friends or family register through that page.

Do referral rewards have an expiration date?

The referral rewards you earn are considered cash in your account and do not have a specific expiration date.

You can choose to withdraw the rewards to your designated account at any time.

If a purchased chapter gets updated or corrected, do I need to pay again?

Once you have paid to unlock a chapter, even if that chapter is updated or corrected later on, you will not need to make an additional payment.

Is there a minimum withdrawal amount ?

To streamline administrative operations, Inktalez has set a minimum withdrawal amount of USD$5.

As long as your account balance reaches this amount, you can submit multiple withdrawal requests within the same month, and Inktalez will combine all your withdrawal requests for that month into a single payment.

* Please be aware that due to various third-party payment platform fees, Inktalez cannot absorb these additional costs.

Therefore, the transaction fees will be borne by the recipient and deducted directly from the withdrawal amount.

Are there other payment methods besides single chapter purchases?

Inktalez encourages you to consider subscribing, which allows unlimited access and is highly cost-effective.
