Lu Fei Fan waited until everyone had left, then leaped gracefully into the air, landing softly like a falling leaf at the entrance of the Giant Ape's cave.
Standing at the cave's mouth, a nauseating stench assaulted him from within. Even with his Mask on, Lu Fei Fan could smell the suffocating odor. Reluctantly, he had to use Fish Breathing to shield himself from the sudden wave of foulness.
Before coming here, Lu Fei Fan had mentally prepared himself, but as he stepped into the cave, he was still taken aback by the horrific scene inside.
The cave was quite large, nearly a hundred square meters in area, yet not a single Four-Armed Giant Ape was alive. Looking down at the ground, he noticed astonishing footprints left behind. The delicate prints were clearly made by Dongfang Hui; this woman possessed terrifying strength.
What shocked Lu Fei Fan even more was that all the Four-Armed Giant Apes lay sprawled on either side of the cave. He approached one of the Giant Apes and touched it, discovering that it was limp and its skeleton seemed to have been shattered.
He realized that this Four-Armed Giant Ape had been killed with a single punch. Observing Dongfang Hui's footsteps, he noted that she hadn’t taken an unnecessary step; it meant that at that moment, the Giant Apes had been frantically attacking her, yet with every punch she threw, a Four-Armed Giant Ape would fly out and crash against the cave wall, meeting its demise.
No wonder there were rumbling sounds echoing from below; this woman's power was indeed overwhelming. Perhaps only General Thunder Jun, whom Lu Fei Fan had encountered before, could be said to walk a similar path of cultivation.
To break through with sheer force.

Still weak, Lu Fei Fan knew he could not confront such domineering figures head-on. He set aside his thoughts and carefully examined the situation in the cave. As he expected, other Giant Apes had all been swiftly killed by Dongfang Hui.
The White Giant Ape lay at the far end of the cave, its body crumpled as if it had been stuffed into a stone crevice—an indication of Dongfang Hui's punch power. However, Lu Fei Fan guessed that it wasn’t her full strength.
After shaking off his feelings about witnessing the massacre of the Giant Apes, he wanted to check if there were any seedlings left of the Azure Feather Spirit Fruit that Dongfang Hui had picked.
Reaching the end of the cave and looking around, Lu Fei Fan discovered that spring water seeped down from above. In a corner, he found a protruding stone with a red ancient vine growing on it; there was a mature stem where fruit had been plucked. This must be the ancient vine of the Azure Feather Spirit Fruit—Dongfang Hui hadn’t destroyed it completely; she showed some mercy after all.
But would this invaluable Azure Feather Spirit Fruit vine be able to survive transplantation?
Lu Fei Fan took out his dagger and gently cut off half a vine branch. To his surprise, it instantly wilted into ash. This made Lu Fei Fan realize that bringing this Azure Feather Spirit Fruit vine back to life through transplantation would be exceedingly difficult.

He saw three Giant Apes huddled together in a corner, trembling with fear. The eldest among them thumped its chest and seemed ready to attack Lu Fei Fan. However, Lu Fei Fan sidestepped its charge. Undeterred, the ape continued to leap forward as if trying to protect its weaker siblings, launching itself at him time and again.
Eventually, Lu Fei Fan grew tired of dodging and kicked it away. The ape curled up in pain and retreated to huddle with its two younger siblings, who looked up at Lu Fei Fan with tear-streaked faces.
Feeling somewhat helpless, Lu Fei Fan sheathed the Whale Devouring Sword; he was not a bloodthirsty killer devoid of humanity.
As he observed the trembling trio, he noticed a stone that had been moved aside, revealing a cave behind it. Curious, Lu Fei Fan crawled inside and was taken aback by the strange light emanating from within.
Hiss—
"What is this…"
Standing inside the cave, Lu Fei Fan gasped in astonishment.
Before him lay a small chamber filled with an array of dazzling treasures!
"Wu Xing Mine, Blue Moonstone, Silver Feather Grass, a charged Sniper Rifle, a Golden Tactical Vest, a Silver Tactical Vest… wow, even a Black Star Tactical Vest…" Lu Fei Fan could hardly keep track; it felt like every item could fetch a hefty price.
Of course, there were also various sparkling and unusual gemstones…
But that wasn't all; Lu Fei Fan also noticed numerous swords and axes piled up, alongside finely crafted golden armor and an assortment of peculiar gold and silver jewelry.
Upon closer inspection, he discovered that some of these necklaces contained soldier tags from the Free Federation.

Lu Fei Fan discovered that the soldiers' ages were inconsistent, with a gap of nearly a hundred years. These soldier tags belonged to warriors from the Free Federation who had entered the Bai Di Cheng realm in the past.
What shocked Lu Fei Fan even more was that he found two rings in the compartments of these Tactical Vests. Upon closer inspection, he noticed that one of the rings was engraved with the symbol for the third generation, along with a special mark that he couldn't identify. When he put it on, he felt a unique sensation of communication emanating from his finger. He could distinctly sense something strange within the ring. As Lu Fei Fan reached toward it, he discovered that he could actually touch a space resembling special rippling water. This was the nano-space technology exchanged by the Free Federation from the lighthouse, which had later been developed into storage tools, replacing most soldiers' bulky backpacks. Of course, this technology was also quite valuable. The last group of powerful individuals entering the Great Whirlpool had come prepared, but it was unclear why they had fallen here. Their armor, Zhan Dao, and rings had all been collected by these Giant Apes. Did these Giant Apes have a peculiar habit of keeping human belongings?
Curious about one of the rings, Lu Fei Fan touched it and unexpectedly pulled out an Energy Grenade.
His expectations were perhaps too high; it seemed that whoever had worn those two rings hadn't fared well and likely met their demise before finding anything worthwhile. Naturally, aside from Hand Grenades, there wouldn't be anything too impressive inside. He continued to rummage through the contents and found only ammunition, rations, and medical supplies, but they were too old to be of any use and he discarded them.
Now that the two rings belonged to him, Lu Fei Fan looked around at all the items in the room with a smirk on his face. He quickly cleared out the junk food and medical supplies from the storage rings and stuffed them inside.
A sudden feeling of striking it rich filled Lu Fei Fan with joy. He didn't even know what he was putting in; he just grabbed items and stuffed them in without thinking. When he grabbed a strange round object and stuffed it in, he felt something was off and took it out to inspect.
His eyes widened in disbelief because what he held in his hand was...
Azure Feather Spirit Fruit!
To his astonishment, there were Azure Feather Spirit Fruits here, which seemed to have only recently ripened.
Wait, there’s another one over there...
Lu Fei Fan found two more, making a total of three Azure Feather Spirit Fruits that appeared to have just matured! He examined one closely and realized that this fruit wouldn’t rot or age; it seemed to maintain its state indefinitely after being picked. This was indeed miraculous! Lu Fei Fan suddenly felt grateful to Dongfang Hui for eliminating those guarding Giant Apes; otherwise, he wouldn't have struck such good fortune.

As Lu Fei Fan hummed a tune while emerging from within, he wore an expression typical of a newly wealthy person. However, the scene before him instantly dampened his celebratory mood.
Three juvenile Giant Apes approached their fallen kin, shaking their lifeless bodies without receiving any response. They stood nearby, lowly growling in distress. Upon seeing Lu Fei Fan emerge, they even charged at him with angry roars as if protesting that their relatives' deaths were caused by humans like him.
Lu Fei Fan sighed, putting aside his emotions. He had no intention of arguing with the three Giant Apes. After glancing at them a few times, he leaped down from the cave entrance.
The light at the peak was still surging upwards, and Lu Fei Fan needed to hurry and see what was happening there.
However, his mind was filled with the crying faces of the three weak Giant Apes. In this harsh environment, with their entire clan wiped out, it was a big question whether these three young Giant Apes could survive on their own.
The law of the jungle had always been cruel. Lu Fei Fan wished he could help them, but they had lost the support of their kind. Unless he could find another clan for them to rely on in the Bai Di Cheng anomaly, it would be nearly impossible. With such a vast area, where could he possibly find a clan for them?

Before long, Lu Fei Fan emerged from the forest with the wild fruits on his back. He leaped up to the cave entrance, but before he could enter, he was stunned by the scene before him.
