Lu Fei Fan looked somewhat hesitant, scratching his head, as he himself was unsure how he had entered such a deep meditative state for three nights. 0

He had simply come to a realization, channeling all his Pulse Energy to transform his cellular structure like a thick fog. 0

However, he hadn’t anticipated that this transformation would be unstoppable. What he thought would take only a few hours ended up consuming three nights. Given that his skeletal structure had been fixed for over twenty years, it was perhaps normal for it to take such time to change. 0

For an ordinary Fuser, this would undoubtedly be a long and arduous process. This was one of the greatest opportunities he had gained during his time in the Green Mist Rainforest. 0

What he should be most grateful for was the thick fog in the Rainforest, which had uniquely resonated with him. Perhaps no one in the Fei Hu Battle Team realized how long such an unexpected fog could last, and it might have something to do with Lu Fei Fan himself. 0

They were unaware that Lu Fei Fan had broken through several levels during this time. He himself didn’t know how far he had progressed; he only felt that he was completely different from who he had been before, though he couldn’t quite pinpoint what had changed. 0

Going three nights without food or water was indeed alarming. An ordinary person would have either starved or dehydrated by now, but Lu Fei Fan felt perfectly fine. Fortunately, when the fog dissipated and daylight returned, Jiu Ye and Jia Jia managed to hunt down an Ironhorn Antelope. Lu Fei Fan sat by the fire like a ravenous beast, devouring the meat. 0

Seeing him eat an entire deer, Jiu Ye and Da Biao hesitated to press him with questions from earlier. It was better to let him eat his fill first before asking anything further. The horse team and Da Fu Ge watched with smiles as their fellow devoured his meal. 0

“Slow down! You haven’t eaten in so long; if you stuff your stomach too quickly, it could be dangerous,” Cai Bi advised as she sat down beside him. Qin Qin handed Lu Fei Fan a cup of water. 0

Lu Fei Fan smiled as he tore off a piece of honey-glazed venison leg, chewing and swallowing it eagerly. 0

Jiu Ye also tore off a piece of meat from the leg and offered it to Adi, who was eating quietly but occasionally glanced nervously at Lu Fei Fan, appearing somewhat anxious. 0

“She seems afraid of you,” Jiang Yu remarked confidently. 0

Everyone found it strange because Adi had initially gotten along well with Lu Fei Fan. However, since he woke up, she seemed reluctant to approach him. This puzzled Lu Fei Fan and left everyone wondering. 0

After discarding the bones of the skeleton, Lu Fei Fan walked aside to wash his hands. He let out a satisfied burp and then relieved himself by the sea, feeling immensely refreshed as he stood there. 0

“Why are you suddenly afraid of him?” Da Biao asked Adi. 0

“He has changed,” Adi replied while watching Lu Fei Fan standing in the distance gazing at the sea. 0

“Huh?” Everyone was confused by her response. 0

“What's different?” Cai Bi suddenly leaned in to ask. He also felt that Lu Fei Fan seemed a bit strange after waking up, but he didn't approach him. 0

“I don’t know,” Adi shook his head and pointed at the two dead trees above them. “They’re dead.” 0

“Did he do that?” Fu Qinqin asked from behind. 0

Adi nodded and continued to munch on the meat, seemingly having a unique sensitivity to this forest, something everyone had noticed when she was leading the way earlier. 0

As everyone pondered this, a loud bang echoed through the air! 0

Like thunder striking from a clear sky, everyone drew their weapons, thinking it was an enemy attack! 0

But as they turned to look in the direction of the sound, a figure shot up into the air, breaking through the dense treetops and creating a large opening as brilliant light poured down. 0

“This kid…” Da Biao fumbled with his weapon, staring at the figure soaring upward. Upon realizing it was Lu Fei Fan, he momentarily didn’t know what to do. 0

“Wow, he can actually fly?” Jiang Yu suddenly became interested in Lu Fei Fan’s ability to fly. “What a surprise! Lao Ma, you’ve recruited someone with so many secrets; you’ve hit the jackpot!” 0

The horse team exchanged awkward glances with Da Fu Ge, who shrugged his shoulders in confusion and smiled sheepishly. 0

That wasn’t all. As Lu Fei Fan burst through the treetops, a pair of Black and White Wings unfurled instantly. It was evident that those Feathered Wings had grown much larger than before, and their vibrant power easily lifted him into the air. 0

Unable to contain himself any longer, the suppressed energy within him erupted as he let out a roar. Boom! Another sound like a sonic boom reverberated through the air. His Feathered Wings flapped vigorously as he soared upward, breaking through layers of clouds and flying nearly ten thousand meters high, gazing out over an endless sea of clouds. 0

Golden light bathed him from the rising sun in the distance, and the undulating cloud sea resembled a sprawling plain of hills, refreshing his spirit. Lu Fei Fan glided through it like a wild bird released from its cage, cutting through the cloud ocean like an arrow! 0

Unbeknownst to Lu Fei Fan soaring above, a crisis was approaching down below at the camp where the Special Operations Team was packing up! 0

Everyone was busy gathering their gear; after spending three nights in this place, they were eager to leave. 0

“Captain, shouldn’t we wait for that Fellow to come back?” Da Biao glanced at the horse team. 0

“Don’t worry; he’ll catch up with us,” the horse team leader waved his hand. He believed that Lu Fei Fan, this flying Fellow, would definitely be able to catch up with them. It was instinct and trust; he had recognized long ago on Desert Island that Lu Fei Fan was not ordinary. 0

Bang! Bang! Bang! 0

Suddenly, the alert sounded with an explosion! 0

Everyone froze in shock. 0

“Enemy Attack!” the cavalry immediately reacted, shouting loudly. 0

In an instant, everyone scrambled for cover, dropping to the ground! 0

Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh! 0

Massive objects, resembling cocoons, hurtled through the air, crashing into tree trunks with a resounding bang. 0

The corrosive acid splashed everywhere, instantly melting through the bark of the trees. 0

Some landed in the camp, exploding with a deafening roar. The crowd instinctively rolled away to avoid the blast, but the splattering Venom stained their clothes, quickly burning through fabric like acid. 0

Cai Bi and Jia Jia swiftly stripped off their acid-soaked clothing, revealing their Tactical Vests. This time, the cavalry insisted that everyone wear the Fifth Generation Tactical Vest developed by the Free Federation! 0

This was essential gear for survival; the cavalry never wanted their team members to skimp on safety. 0

Tat-tat-tat— 0

Jiu Ye quickly set up a Machine Gun, unleashing a barrage of Light Bullets that tore through the forest, striking those ancient trees that moved as if they were rotting! 0

“Captain, these trees can move!” Jiu Ye exclaimed to Roar, firing his Machine Gun to cover his brothers. The gunfire raked across one tree, shredding it to pieces. 0

Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh— 0

Others also opened fire from their cover as Tree Puppets began to emerge from all directions, launching sharp Tree Spikes! 0

The Tree Spikes embedded themselves in tree trunks with a terrifying thud. If they struck a Human Body, they would undoubtedly pierce right through! 0

“Use high-explosive incendiary grenades!” The cavalry commander directed his team. 0

Fu Qinqin moved gracefully among the trees, wielding two guns. Her precise shots severed the branches of the Tree Puppets, while Da Biao and Jiajia with their Submachine Guns desperately suppressed the enemy. 0

But Tree Puppets were closing in from all directions. Cai Bi and Da Fu Ge hurled high-explosive incendiary grenades outward, causing a series of explosions— 0

The fireballs erupted, igniting the surrounding area. As the moving Tree Puppets stepped into the burning zone, flames clung to them, causing them to thrash and emit sharp, human-like screams. 0

“What the hell are these things?” Da Biao felt a chill run down his spine at the sound of their cries. 0

“Does it sound like human wailing?” Cai Bi lay half on the ground, skillfully ejecting a magazine from his Submachine Gun and replacing it before continuing to fire at the advancing Tree Puppets. 0

Bang! Bang! Bang— 0

Another high-explosive incendiary grenade was thrown, igniting once more. 0

Jiang Yu hid behind a tree, clutching a shotgun. 0

“Barbaric civilizations only trample your homes when you resist!” He turned around, swiftly changing positions, and fired his Revolving Shotgun, sending three incendiary rounds flying. 0

Boom! Boom! Boom— 0

The flames surged upward, engulfing the Tree Puppets in agonizing screams. Several of them collapsed under the fierce blaze, turning to ash. 0

On a large tree at the perimeter stood a young man with dark skin adorned with tattoos and wearing a skirt made of leaves. Beside him was a woman with a Human Body form protected by bark armor, watching the battle unfold. 0

“The members of this Special Operations Team seem stronger than the previous two batches!” Yura observed as the Tree Puppets were incinerated, showing no signs of sympathy. 0

“Hmph, no matter how strong they are, they’re still made of flesh! Release the Mud Beast!” He crouched down, pressing one hand against the tree trunk. A surge of black energy spread along the trunk like a serpent into the ground, causing it to erupt with loud cracks. 0

The soil churned violently, rising up as it absorbed nearby branches and stones. Mixed with dirt, grotesque Sand Scorpion monsters emerged—six-legged and fierce-looking, lacking eyes or ears but possessing large mouths made of mud and branches. There were over a dozen of them as they crawled up the tree trunk or burrowed into the ground, rushing toward Fei Hu Battle Team to assault their defenses against the Tree Puppets! 0

Far above in the sky, Lu Fei Fan felt exhilarated and utterly free. After releasing his pent-up energy, he began to flap his Feathered Wings and soared back toward their previous campsite. 0

He spotted thick smoke rising from the distant forest several kilometers away in the high sky. 0

He couldn't help but pause mid-air, confirming that the troubled area was indeed the location of his Special Operations Team's camp. His expression changed dramatically. 0

"Oh no!" 0

Realizing the urgency, he shot down like an arrow released from a bow! 0

Lu Fei Fan's figure broke through the constraints of speed in mid-air, causing the moisture around him to ripple and swirl! 0

Boom! 0

A sound like an explosive sonic boom echoed through the air. 0

Yura, perched on a tree trunk observing the battlefield, suddenly sensed something and quickly looked up at the black dot racing toward them in the distance, her face turning pale in shock. 0

"Not good, someone is coming! This power is... a General!?" 0
