Meanwhile, Hei Yao, who had narrowly escaped with his life, was sprinting across the desolate land. The image of Chen Moxuan flashed in his mind, igniting an endless fury within him. The illustrious Ten Thousand Demons Mountain had been oppressed by the human race for countless years. He merely wished to catch a glimpse of the relics left behind by the Blood Emperor, yet he found himself subjected to such humiliation. 0

The flames of anger burned fiercely in his chest. Just then, he caught sight of a flicker of demonic energy ahead. Moments later, Yao Feng swept in from the distance! Hei Yao was momentarily stunned by this sight. Ever since the Immortal Emperor had placed restrictions on the entire Ten Thousand Demons Mountain, only a few lowly Little Demons were able to roam freely outside. 0

As Hei Yao observed the approaching figure, he realized that Yao Feng was heading straight for Silver Moon Mountain. The ability to generate Yao Feng and fly indicated that this being was nearly as powerful as himself. To his surprise, even outside Ten Thousand Demons Mountain, there existed extraordinary peers! 0

Unfortunately, due to the sealing of Ten Thousand Demons Mountain, he had been unable to cultivate for so many years; his strength had stagnated! Sighing inwardly, an ingenious idea suddenly struck him. While he might not be able to defeat Chen Moxuan, he could at least find a way to annoy him. 0

With this thought in mind, he transformed into his true form and swiftly conjured up a Yao Feng to block the path of his fellow demon. Before Hei Yao could speak, the other demon asked first, "Where do you come from? If you wish to know someone’s name, you must first introduce yourself!" 0

The demon revealed a sinister grin: "Southern Wilderness Demon Clan, Chi Lian. If you know what’s good for you, get out of my way!" 0

The demon blocked by Hei Yao was none other than Chi Lian Yao Wang from the Southern Wilderness Demon Clan. Hei Yao remained unfazed; although he rarely ventured out, he had certainly heard of the Southern Wilderness Demon Clan's reputation. 0

Chi Lian's half-human, half-snake form appeared exceptionally formidable. The upper body resembled that of a human, while the lower half was a serpent's tail covered in crimson scales. Chi Lian belonged to the snake demon lineage and not only possessed a unique appearance but also wielded the Divine Ability to control flames. In the scorching environment of the southern wilderness, the power of his flames was amplified significantly—enough to reduce any intruder daring enough to invade his territory to ashes. 0

"Have you heard the legend of Eternal Life?" Hei Yao asked. 0

Chi Lian paused for a moment, surprised. "I've heard it mentioned. A mere mortal with no cultivation lived for over ten thousand years, impervious to all laws, transcending the Three Realms and beyond the Five Elements, and he was even a disciple of the Immortal Emperor!" 0

Hei Yao suddenly produced a whip and tossed it into Chi Lian's hands. "That's right, Eternal Life is right at Silver Moon Mountain. Do you still want to go?" 0

Looking at the whip in his hands, Chi Lian felt puzzled. This whip was clearly a decent magical artifact. It could rank at least as a ground-level treasure among humans, and it was fire attribute, which suited him perfectly. 0

He replied directly, "Then I won't go, but what do I need this treasure for?" 0

A sinister expression crossed Hei Yao's face. "I've sustained some injuries and can't fight myself. Why don't you help me by killing some humans?" 0

"Remember to kill plenty; after all, that Eternal Life has no real power and relies entirely on the Tiger Brother nearby! If you can avoid him, then they won't be able to do anything to you." 0

Chi Lian's gaze wandered as if he were weighing the pros and cons. 0

Hei Yao seized the moment. "Just think about it; once Shen Lan appears, they will turn their attention toward him. By then, they'll just be a bunch of mortal soldiers. Do you really think you can't handle them?" 0

Chi Lian seemed insulted by the suggestion. "How could that be? They are merely an army composed of Acquired realm mortals! Against experts like us, they are doomed to die!" 0

Hei Yao smiled with satisfaction. "Exactly." 0

But then Chi Lian said, "However, our strengths are comparable. Even if I don't keep my word, what can you do about it?" 0

Hei Yao chuckled lightly. "That's fine too. However, the treasures from my Ten Thousand Demons Mountain are not something just anyone can take." 0

"Ten Thousand Demons Mountain!" Chi Lian exclaimed in astonishment. 0

Hei Yao grinned wickedly and then instantly transformed into Yao Feng before disappearing without a trace. 0

Chi Lian was left standing there, feeling as if he had been caught in something troublesome. 0

Following Hei Yao's instructions, Chi Lian arrived at Silver Moon Mountain. Apart from Ma Xingyu and Wei Jing near the water pool, he saw no other humans around. 0

He concealed himself within a dense forest near Silver Moon Mountain, where thick foliage obscured his figure, revealing only a pair of eyes gleaming with cunning light. 0

Before long, dust rose on the horizon as a formidable army surged forward like a tide. 0

It was the Chita Army, their iron armor clashing with weapons like thunder, shaking the earth beneath them. 0

Suddenly, another force descended from the sky. The warriors of the Di Sha Zhan Bu, clad in black robes and exuding a menacing aura, resembled grim reapers from the depths of the You Ming. They wielded bizarre weapons and silently surrounded the Chita Army, preparing to launch a surprise attack. 0

The air was thick with tension and oppression, as if even the wind held its breath. Chi Lian, who had lived in the southern regions for many years, immediately recognized the two human armies: Di Sha Zhan Bu and Chita Legion! 0

Since neither army had formed a Junqi, they posed no real threat to Chi Lian. He quietly shifted his position to find a better vantage point. Among the Chita Army, a general clad in wolf armor and wielding a long sword shouted commands. The army quickly readied themselves for battle. 0

Meanwhile, the Di Sha Zhan Bu approached their enemies like ghosts, moving silently before the war drums had even sounded. Just as the two armies faced off against each other, poised to unleash their arrows, a brilliant light erupted from the peak of Silver Moon Mountain. An ancient and mysterious aura spread outwards, drawing everyone's gaze upward. 0

In that moment, both the Chita Army and Di Sha Zhan Bu momentarily forgot their enmity, captivated by the unknown power. Chi Lian felt a stirring in his heart; it was Shen Lan that had emerged! A flash of crimson light flickered in his eyes: the show was finally about to begin! 0

Atop Silver Moon Mountain, radiant light filled the air. The massive pool glowed brightly as ancient ruins were on the verge of awakening. Waves of ancient and mysterious energy emanated from within, as if a giant that had slept for millennia was stirring. 0

Chen Moxuan gazed into the distance, his spiritual sense sweeping across the land. "Tiger Brother, it seems we have quite a few guests," he said softly with a smile, a subtle curve at the corner of his mouth while his gaze remained fixed on the dazzling light. 0

Tiger Brother stood beside Chen Moxuan, his massive frame towering over him. His fur bristled like steel needles, and his eyes gleamed with sharpness. "Hmph, only those two can hold their own against you: Di Sha Jiang Jun of Di Sha Zhan Bu and General Batu of Chita Legion," Tiger Brother's voice was deep and powerful, revealing his wariness towards these two leaders. 0
