The fogged-up mirror was wiped repeatedly by a delicate, pale hand, revealing Ma Yihan's pristine body just out of the bath. After her shower, she was still pondering what to say to Liu Xuan that day.
"How should I tease him?" Ma Yihan asked herself while changing clothes in front of the mirror.
Gazing at the subtle curves under her clothing, she suddenly recalled how Liu Xuan had been staring at her well-developed figure when she turned around that day. His shy demeanor and flustered movements made her chuckle even more, and she found herself hugging her chest, imagining that Liu Xuan would willingly come closer to her.
"Thud!"
Ma Yihan was startled by the dull sound. She turned to look at the closed bathroom door, feeling that something was off. Quickly getting dressed, she was about to open the door when another muffled noise came from outside, like something heavy hitting the ground. On the balcony, the little dog in its cage barked a few times but soon fell silent again.
"Is there a mouse in the house?" Ma Yihan wondered as she grasped the doorknob and pressed her ear against the door.
She had rented this apartment in the bustling city to earn some living expenses for the next semester. Although the place was shabby, it shouldn't have any rodents. She opened the door and peered into her brightly lit living room—she had intentionally left the light on.
Everything seemed normal.
Ma Yihan pouted, picked up her charging phone from the table, and walked to the balcony. She bent down to pet the little dog wagging its tail at her and sent Liu Xuan a message: "See you the day after tomorrow, don’t be late! Hehe."
Then she thought for a moment and burst into laughter, playfully typing a few words to tease this boy who never took initiative.
"You must be curious about how old I am now, right? Don’t deny it! You were staring at me that day; I saw you! Hmph, you naughty boy!"
Feeling it wasn't enough, Ma Yihan added an animated emoji of a little penguin jumping into a big penguin's embrace.

The story of how the Prophets learned about the arrival of Alien Life began with the landing of Nars's escape pod.
Although Nars's escape pod was hit by a missile, its core had already separated and was accelerating directly toward the continent it faced.
In the early hours, the Satellite Bureau's radar first captured the trajectory of Nars's escape pod. By a twist of fate, Nars entered Chinese airspace and was subsequently monitored by the Satellite Bureau throughout its descent. In later meetings, superiors issued directives that all tracking and final landing confirmations were classified as absolute state secrets. All those who were aware of this information at first time had sworn an oath to the state—no information was to be shared with anyone outside this circle. General Jiang Yan was one of them.
After leaving the escape pod, Nars sought immediate cover. Once humanity pinpointed the exact landing site, the Military Base in City S was ordered to dispatch a team immediately to protect the researchers sent by superiors and to cooperate with plainclothes officers in securing the area.
The entire escape apparatus was transported away that very night. Because of this, when Xiu Sha and his team arrived in pursuit, they found no trace of Nars aside from a few impact craters. Although they hadn’t located any people, their commotion attracted attention, including that of new Special Forces Soldiers like An Xiaotian.
Realizing that trouble was brewing, the Military Base in City S—equipped with the nation’s strongest technological capabilities and abundant resources for training Special Forces Soldiers—immediately responded to superior orders and began urgently assembling a reaction force. This included testing and selecting An Xiaotian as well as establishing a Superhero Alliance.
However, humanity remained unaware of their opponent's strength and origins. A mysterious old man’s appearance was worth mentioning.
Wang Yangchen introduced him to Jiang Yan as Mr. Song, claiming that this elder knew everything that would soon unfold on Earth. No one understood why Mr. Song had such confidence in his knowledge, but faced with an overwhelming void of information, everyone had no choice but to take him seriously since there were no other sources available. Mr. Song’s arrival was at least better than nothing.

Nars had already noticed something was off with Ma Yihan. Taking advantage of Liu Xuan's dulled senses, Nars controlled Liu Xuan's right hand, lifting it slightly in preparation for defense.
In an instant! Ma Yihan's left hand shot out, aiming for Liu Xuan's chest. But Nars reacted swiftly, almost simultaneously summoning a Particle Shield. A sharp sound rang out as the shield collided with the spike, buzzing in Liu Xuan's ears.
Liu Xuan pushed Ma Yihan away and, upon seeing the spike on her arm, felt a surge of fear. "You're not Ma Yihan!"
Nars was already online; his left eye shone like moonlight as a charged energy cannon appeared in his hand from the Time-Space Equipment Library. He raised it without hesitation and fired directly at Ma Yihan's face. Her disguise shattered under the blast, causing her to stagger backward. The figure that had been Ma Yihan instinctively reached up to hold onto her falling disguise, but the glowing red eyes could no longer be concealed. "Yes, you figured it out, Earth boy Liu Xuan, along with you inside me, Nars."
"Mechanical Intelligence Soldier!" Nars had anticipated this day would come but hadn't expected to be discovered so quickly. "Liu Xuan, fight alongside me! This is no child's play!"
"My honor!" Liu Xuan replied.
The mechanical soldier tore off its disguise completely; laser weapons morphed from its arms and pointed directly at Nars and Liu Xuan. Blue Face Hero expanded a larger Particle Shield to block the laser beams. The light refracted off the shield, bouncing through the hallway like a complex maze. However, maintaining this position to block the laser fire was not a sustainable strategy. Nars called out to Liu Xuan in his mind: "Switch the view in the holographic visor to third-person perspective!"
Their visions were shared, and soon the third-person perspective was transmitted to Nars. After receiving the information, he adjusted the angle of the shield slightly—just three degrees—but it caused a significant displacement in the rays refracted by the hallway and shield. The mechanical soldier they faced ended up hitting itself with its own laser beam, scorching its face before collapsing to the ground, unable to rise.
Nars did not intend to linger; seeing it downed, he drew his Light Arc Dagger and swiftly struck down its head. "We need to get out of here," he said to Liu Xuan. "Now, don't look back!"
But before Liu Xuan could respond, he noticed that his shadow on the ground had twisted into a shape resembling a snake that coiled around him. "Nars, what is this?!" Liu Xuan shouted in terror.
"It’s stalker, you can log off now, I’ll handle her!"
Even when Nars took control of the body, he couldn't break free from the restraints due to Liu Xuan's limited physical strength. stalker emerged from the shadows, like a surging black fountain spilling onto the ground, ultimately taking on a female form. A low sweep knocked Blue Face Hero to the ground: "I never expected you to survive in such a way, Nars. Killing you now would be as easy as pie. Don't forget, your father's death was also my doing!"
stalker drew a blade and stabbed it into Blue Face Hero's ankle, attempting to drag him away. Both Liu Xuan and Nars felt the piercing pain simultaneously, but Nars managed to calm down faster than Liu Xuan. The Thruster was summoned and appeared on his back; despite the pain, Nars pulled back Liu Xuan's foot. The Thruster roared to life, propelling them backward. Blue Face Hero flew close to the ground with the help of the Thruster, seeking shelter because Nars was well aware of stalker's usual tactics—once they reached a shadowless area, her Spell Arts would be ineffective.
Blue Face Hero immediately broke free from the shadows. Seeing her prey escape, stalker furiously pulled out a reverse-action pistol.
"I didn't want to kill you!" stalker gritted her teeth.
At that moment, switching to a hand cannon for counterattack was no longer an option; Blue Face Hero decisively launched himself into the air, charging toward her! stalker fired several shots at him; although he dodged the bullets, one still hit him in the abdomen. Enduring the intense pain, Nars struck a hawk stance and kicked stalker, executing a perfect backflip and landing steadily. Meanwhile, stalker quickly adjusted her position and stood up to retrieve her gun, only for it to be firmly pinned down by Blue Face Hero! Simultaneously, the Storm Armor was summoned by Nars, enhancing his strength as he kicked stalker five meters away.
This kick actually gave stalker an advantage; she was propelled into a sunlit corridor and immediately dove into her shadow, lunging at Nars like a shark out of water, wrapping around him tightly.
This time, her grip was stronger. stalker jumped out of the shadows and grasped Blue Face Hero's neck. As he struggled to breathe, two clones were summoned by him; one on each side, they wielded the Light Arc Dagger, preparing to strike at stalker!
Reluctantly, stalker had to loosen her grip, causing both clones to crash into each other. Seizing this opportunity, Blue Face Hero ignited the Thruster, rapidly ascending toward the sky outside the corridor while also turning back to charge his hand cannon fully before firing it down the corridor—
The shattered concrete debris exploded outward amidst blue flames, leaving a hole where she had been. But Nars knew she wasn't dead because he saw the distorted shadow of a broken window on the ground.
Flying in the sky, Liu Xuan grew increasingly anxious: "What should we do now, Nars? I’m too scared to go back to school."
"This isn’t even the worst part, Liu Xuan. Their ability to create such a realistic imitation of Ma Yihan means they already have her biological template." At this point, Nars spoke frankly.
"What do you mean? Is Ma Yihan in their hands?!"

He recognized this place; if he swam downstream, he would reach Shengfeng Village. After swimming for a long time, he finally emerged onto the shore amidst the astonished gazes of passersby. He pressed his hand against his bleeding wound and limped into the village.
"Help me—" In the distance, he could hear someone calling for help. Liu Xuan reached the big locust tree at the corner and looked towards home, discovering that the villagers of Shengfeng Village were gathered around something.
It was his mother's voice!
"Mom!" Liu Xuan rushed into the crowd, clutching his wound as he saw his mother being dragged by two Internal Troops by her hair towards a flying vehicle! Not a single villager dared to step forward to stop them; several corpses on the ground silently testified to the atrocities committed by internal humans, leaving the remaining villagers to glare in fear and anger.
"Stop! Mom!" Liu Xuan burst out of the crowd.
"Oh, look who’s here," Eckton signaled his men not to shoot. "It seems that woman playing shadow didn’t complete her mission."
"What are you doing?! If you have guts, come at me! My mom has no grievances with you!" Liu Xuan was ultimately too timid, pleading desperately, but he was immediately blocked by three Mechanical Warriors.
"What’s going on? You'll find out soon enough," Eckton sneered as he boarded the flying vehicle with Liu Xuan's mother, Liu Wenxin.
"Xuan'er! Go! Don’t put yourself in danger because of me!" His mother shouted, her feet dragging on the ground as she struggled to move forward, tears falling onto the gravel path.
"Xuan, leave it to me!"
In an instant, Liu Xuan's eyes transformed into a bright moonlight color. Nars immediately switched to the dominant personality, summoning the circular saw of light, ready to slice through the three mechanical minions.
"Are you sending three robots to deal with me?!"
Nars shouted loudly, and the saw immediately began to spin. A full moon swept across, creating a shower of sparks! Among the severed mechanical bodies, Nars's furious gaze could be seen.
