Su Chen gazed down at the barely conscious Jiu Shen Zi, his eyes revealing an undeniable coldness and resolve.
"You cannot kill me!" Jiu Shen Zi's face changed dramatically as he faced the advancing Su Chen, his voice laced with a hint of chill and threat. "I, the Demon Lord, am about to break free from my slumbering shackles! If you dare to harm me in any way, the entire human race will face utter destruction!"
As these words echoed, it was like a thunderclap, causing the powerful figures of Great Xia to change their expressions drastically. Even Wu Chenzi, a figure of great renown, could not help but show a flicker of concern in his eyes.
According to incomplete intelligence, there were numerous powerful guardians protecting the Demon Lord within the Alien Race's camp. In contrast, Great Xia had only three individuals at the Respect Level, including Wu Chenzi himself. The disparity in strength was chilling.

"A bunch of stubborn old fools!" Su Chen retorted coldly, his tone dripping with disdain for their naive thoughts. Did they really believe that begging for mercy from the demon god would ensure humanity's survival? It was nothing but a foolish dream!
"Since that's the case, we will join forces to subdue this child and then plead for forgiveness from the demon god; perhaps we can turn danger into safety or even invite him!" One elder could no longer contain himself and took the lead in attacking, leaping towards Su Chen with ferocity.
