"Damn it, where is that little brat?" Guo Xue stood at the entrance of Lin Fan's apartment building, her hand coming down hard on a wooden bench.
Bang!
Instantly, her small hand throbbed with pain. But that couldn't mask the anxiety swirling in her heart. Lin Fan couldn't leave. That little rascal! If you dare to go, I swear I'll die.
At that moment, Guo Xue was filled with regret. Why had she been angry before? Why had she been scared? Why had she run away? Why had she cried?
Sigh!
She pressed her lips together, feeling increasingly uneasy. The only thing she could do was take out her phone and repeatedly send messages to Lin Fan. But each time they went through, they were met with a "blocked" notification.

She banged her head against the armrest beside her.
Guo Xue's vision blurred as tears welled up again.

After Lin Fan and Li Yuer exited the company, Li Yuer turned to Lin Fan and asked, "Where to next?"
"Let's grab something to eat!" Lin Fan smiled.
Li Yuer blinked her eyes and suggested, "How about Western cuisine?"

With that, he reached out and took Li Yuer's small hand, leading her outside. Once they boarded the bus, they headed toward the commercial street.
Inside the Western restaurant, Lin Fan looked around and thought:
Isn't this Aunt Guo Xue who brought me here?
Aunt Guo Xue, I'm sorry.
Lin Fan felt utterly embarrassed to face Aunt Guo Xue.
Sigh.
He silently sighed and sat down in a chair.
After ordering, Li Yuer looked at Lin Fan with a cheerful expression and asked, "What's wrong? Are you troubled?"
Lin Fan shook his head and replied, "No, let's eat!"
"Okay."
When the food arrived, Lin Fan began to savor it.
The taste here hadn't changed.
However, the person across from him had shifted from Guo Xue to Li Yuer.
Both were aunties.
Yet, Lin Fan felt a strange sensation stirring within him.
Hmm!
Guo Xue leaned over her chair, crying in pain.
She pressed her lips together and glanced at her phone.
Seven o'clock.
With a sigh, she stood up, ready to leave.
At that moment, she noticed two people slowly approaching from the end of the road.
She quickly wiped her eyes, but they were still red.
From her bag, she pulled out a pair of sunglasses and put them on.
When Lin Fan and Li Yuer came downstairs, they spotted Guo Xue.
Lin Fan felt guilty and didn't dare to speak to her.
"Li Yuer, you go ahead; I need to talk to Lin Fan," Guo Xue said.
Upon hearing this, Lin Fan's heart raced; he thought, "Could it be that I've been blocked and she saw me?"
Damn it! Is it happening so soon?
Lin Fan glanced at Guo Xue again and said, "Auntie, I'm sorry."
After saying that, he dashed upstairs.
Guo Xue shouted, "Stop right there!"
Lin Fan didn't dare to stop.
Guo Xue rushed over and grabbed Lin Fan's arm, saying, "Don't go."
Lin Fan looked at Guo Xue and stammered, "Auntie, I—I truly know I was wrong. Please don’t go."
Guo Xue turned to Li Yuer and instructed, "You go upstairs."
Li Yuer stared blankly at the two of them. After a moment, she pursed her lips and shot a teasing glance at Lin Fan, thinking to herself, This little brat really doesn’t know how he offended Guo Xue to make her so angry.
With that thought in mind, Li Yuer headed upstairs.
Once the door closed behind her, Guo Xue waited for a moment before suddenly throwing herself into Lin Fan's arms, holding him tightly as tears streamed down her cheeks. "I thought I would never see you again!" she sobbed. "I'm sorry."
Guo Xue bit her lip and whispered softly.
Lin Fan gazed at Guo Xue's face and started to speak, "Auntie, you—"
Suddenly, he noticed Guo Xue's eyes as she took off her sunglasses and said:
