Lin Fan asked, "What's wrong?"
Li Yu'er replied with a hint of grievance, "My foot hurts."
Lin Fan walked over, gently grasped Li Yu'er's ankle to take a look, and asked, "I don't see any wounds."
Li Yu'er murmured, "It's sore and uncomfortable."
"Uh-huh." Lin Fan sniffed the air and inquired, "Have you washed your feet?"
"No," Li Yu'er said softly.
Lin Fan said sternly, "Wash your feet."
"You wash them for me," Li Yu'er pouted playfully.
Lin Fan was taken aback for a moment before chuckling, "Alright then!"
He grabbed a small basin, filled it with warm water, and walked back to Li Yu'er. He placed it on the ground and squatted beside her. Gently holding her small foot, he dipped it into the water and asked, "How does that feel?"
Li Yu'er's delicate face lit up with a smile as she said, "It feels nice."
"Uh-huh." Lin Fan's expression darkened as he remarked, "You're just going to take advantage of me!"
"Hmph." Li Yu'er scrunched her little nose and asked, "Is that not okay?"
Lin Fan laughed and replied, "It's fine!"
"Now that's more like it," she said with satisfaction.
Li Yu'er pouted her lips, feeling particularly proud.
Lin Fan smiled wryly and said, "You look silly!"
With that, Lin Fan began to carefully wash Li Yu'er's feet. After finishing, he dried them off and placed her feet on his lap, starting to massage them.
After half an hour of massaging, Lin Fan felt tired and asked, "Is that enough?"
Li Yu'er nodded eagerly like a chick pecking at rice and replied, "Yes, yes!"
Lin Fan chuckled and said, "Alright then, I'm tired. I’ll head back now. Goodbye." He smiled at Li Yu'er as he turned to leave.
Li Yu'er softly called out, "Come over for dinner tomorrow!"
"Sure," Lin Fan replied.
He returned home, washed up, and fell asleep as soon as he lay down in bed.
The next morning, Lin Fan yawned and made his way to Li Yu'er's house. As she emerged from the kitchen with a plate of food, she wiped her small hands and asked, "How is it?"
Lin Fan looked at the spread and exclaimed, "It's truly lavish!"
Li Yu'er said softly, "You should taste it quickly!"
At that moment, Li Yu'er felt more and more like Lin Fan's little wife. The atmosphere and the conversation between them made her heart flutter.
He couldn't help but think about it too much. At that moment, Lin Fan sat down on the chair, slowly savoring the food, and said, "Delicious, really delicious."
Li Yuer sat across from him, resting her chin on her hand, and replied, "Eat more."
Lin Fan shot a glance at Li Yuer and asked, "Auntie, you’re not trying to poison me, are you?"
Li Yuer whispered back, "Of course not, you bad boy." She playfully punched Lin Fan and then went to touch up her makeup.
As Lin Fan watched Li Yuer's silhouette, he thought to himself, "She’s truly beautiful."
Li Yuer's figure wasn't as explosive as Guo Xue's, but she was still an exquisite beauty—gentle and just right for a wife. On the other hand, Guo Xue seemed more suited to be a domineering female CEO.
Hmm. Lin Fan's mind began to wander again. If only in the future he could have Li Yuer at home and Guo Xue outside; that would be perfect. With that arrangement, he would have no worries at all!
He couldn't help but let out a mischievous chuckle.
