Guo Xue's face grew serious.
Lin Fan truly had no way out, so he stretched out his arm.
He watched as Guo Xue opened her small mouth and gently bit down on his arm before saying, "Forget it!"
Lin Fan chuckled, "Aunt Guo Xue, what's wrong?"
He gazed at Guo Xue's pretty face and said, "You're really beautiful."
"Hmph." Guo Xue rolled her eyes and replied, "Serve me the food."
"Alright!"
With that, Lin Fan took the dishes and placed them on the table in the dining room.
After a while, Zheng Keke came down from upstairs and looked at Lin Fan with admiration, saying, "Master, you're amazing! You're great at gaming too!"
"Right?" Lin Fan replied confidently, "To me, you're just too inexperienced."
"Woo woo woo." Zheng Keke pouted her little lips and looked at Lin Fan with a pitiful expression.
Once the three of them sat down in their chairs, they began to eat.
Guo Xue glanced at Lin Fan, her cheeks slightly flushed. She gently lifted her small foot and placed it on Lin Fan's foot.
Lin Fan looked down under the table and thought to himself, "Are you stepping on me?"
Forget it. He had often bullied Guo Xue before. This time, he decided to let her off the hook. Or perhaps he would let Guo Xue have her way for once!
Guo Xue placed her small foot on Lin Fan's, not moving at all. There was no strength in it.
Lin Fan paused for a moment, thinking to himself, What does this mean?
He turned to look at Guo Xue, only to find her shyly gazing back at him. Lin Fan was momentarily stunned, thinking, She’s truly beautiful!
He continued eating his meal. After finishing, Lin Fan helped Guo Xue clean up. The two of them busied themselves in the kitchen.
Guo Xue glanced at Lin Fan and smiled, "Do you like my cooking?"
Lin Fan looked over at her with a charming smile and replied, "I do, Auntie."
"Hmph." Guo Xue pouted slightly and said, "Give me your arm."
Lin Fan extended his arm to her. Guo Xue opened her mouth and playfully bit down on his arm.
"Ah!" Lin Fan exclaimed in pain.
After she released him, she said, "From now on, every meal I make, I get to bite you once."
Lin Fan's expression darkened slightly as his gaze fell on Guo Xue's curvy figure. He reached out and playfully pinched her side, saying, "Auntie, if you bite me once, I’ll pinch you back."
Guo Xue's cheeks flushed a deep red.
Lin Fan tilted his head back and walked toward the door, saying, "Auntie, please take me home!"
Guo Xue walked outside, glancing at Lin Fan with her big eyes and murmuring something softly. Lin Fan couldn't quite catch what she said.
Once they got in the car, Guo Xue pressed the accelerator and drove off. Lin Fan turned his head to watch her, taking in her slim waist and elegant legs. He asked, "Auntie, where's your husband?"
At this question, Guo Xue's pretty face fell slightly as she replied, "He's not coming back."
"Why?" Lin Fan was taken aback and asked.
Guo Xue smiled briefly before saying, "He has a mistress now."
"Tsk tsk tsk." Lin Fan shook his head in disbelief.
Curious, Guo Xue glanced at Lin Fan and asked, "What's wrong?"
With a wry smile, Lin Fan replied, "Your husband has high standards!"
"What's that supposed to mean?" Guo Xue looked at him with curiosity.
Lin Fan continued to gaze at her, genuinely intrigued. "I'm really curious—what kind of girl could possibly be more beautiful than you?"
