Lin Fan collapsed onto the sofa and looked at Li Yuer softly, saying, "Aunt Yuer, aren't you the head of the technical department?"
"Yes!" she replied.
With a smile, Lin Fan continued, "Aunt Yuer, could you do me a favor?"
Li Yuer asked with a grin, "What is it?"
"It's a simple task. Could you design two images for me according to my requirements?"
"Is it that easy?" Li Yuer immediately agreed, saying, "Sure!"
"Hehe," Li Yuer chuckled and then asked, "What do I get as a reward?"
Lin Fan thought for a moment and said, "Auntie, I'll treat you to dinner."
"Sounds good!" Li Yuer replied with a smile. "Wait for my good news. By the way, what are your requirements?"
Lin Fan grinned and said, "Just wait."
With that, Lin Fan headed towards Li Yuer's bedroom. After sitting down in the chair, he began to write down his requirements.
Half an hour later, Li Yuer's email notification chimed. Lin Fan stood up, stretched lazily, and walked outside, saying, "Aunt Yuer, it's ready. Just wait."
"Okay," she responded.
Lin Fan smiled at Li Yuer and said, "I'm leaving now."
"Alright!"
After returning home, Lin Fan washed up and lay down on his bed. He took out his phone and checked the time.
"Alright, it's almost ten o'clock for the gathering!" he thought to himself.
Sleeping.
The next morning, Lin Fan woke up early, tidied himself up, and headed towards the entrance of the community. After getting on a bus, he made his way to a restaurant.
Inside the restaurant, quite a few classmates had already arrived. Even at nine o'clock, there were still many people present. Groups of three or five girls gathered together, chatting animatedly.
After waiting for a while, Lin Fan saw Guo Xue driving in to drop off Zheng Keke. Guo Xue pouted at Lin Fan and said, "I'll give you a ride tonight."
Lin Fan smiled and replied, "Sure, Auntie."
"Hmph," Guo Xue huffed, wrinkling her nose before getting into the car and leaving.
Lin Fan and Zheng Keke walked upstairs together. The group split into two tables to sit down. Lin Fan began to order food, and Zheng Keke followed suit.
Once the orders were placed, everyone started chatting. The girls sat together, giggling and laughing. Lin Fan took a seat next to Wang Ze, who was grinning like a fool.
Lin Fan turned to Wang Ze and asked, "How did you do?"
During the college entrance examination, they had been in different testing centers, so Lin Fan hadn’t seen Wang Ze's results. With confidence on his face, Wang Ze replied, "Don't worry, Boss. I definitely scored well."
Lin Fan said seriously, "Well is good enough."
After that, Lin Fan glanced over at the girls again and noticed that many of them were looking at him.
At that moment, a girl walked over to Lin Fan. She wasn't particularly stunning, but she had a refreshing beauty about her. When she reached Lin Fan, she whispered, "Lin Fan, I... I like you."
After saying this, she fixed her gaze on him. Lin Fan forced a smile and replied, "No way!" He then said seriously, "I'm sorry, Xu Yue, but I don't like you."
Upon hearing this, Xu Yue's face flushed slightly, and her eyes darkened as a tear rolled down her cheek. She stammered, "N-no..."
Behind her, three other classmates approached Lin Fan as well, but he rejected them all. The truth was, Lin Fan simply wasn't attracted to girls like them—there was no charm at all.
Half an hour later, the food arrived. Lin Fan began to eat. Wang Ze sat beside him, happily munching away. Zheng Keke also sat next to Lin Fan, her big eyes fixed on him. Lin Fan turned to Zheng Keke and asked,
