"Chen," he declared, "the demon has been at odds with humanity for thousands of years, yet you remain unrepentant, intent on destroying this world and dragging countless lives down with you. Your malice knows no bounds!"
Chen Ju Mian twisted slightly, scoffing. "You really do enjoy lecturing about grand principles. You people only exist because others have granted you that privilege; what right do you have to judge me?"
"As long as this realm is under my control," he continued confidently, "I will naturally be in charge."
Chen Li sneered derisively. "What qualifications do you have to govern anything? Do you think that just because you've been reborn once, you can control everything? Let me tell you—no matter how many times you're reborn, your inherent malice cannot be cleansed; a dog cannot change its nature! So even if you scheme endlessly, this world is still not yours to command!"
After pausing for effect, Chen Li's tone turned defiant and resolute. "My fate is in my own hands! My future is mine to dictate! If you truly have what it takes, then come and try me!"
As the voice faded, Chen Li's phantom suddenly dissipated, leaving behind a dazzling light that lingered for a long time.
