Tai Xu Zhenzi felt a pang of anxiety under Chen Li's gaze and said, "Ancestor, I was just joking with you. I actually came to ask for your help."
Chen Li snorted coldly. "Then why don't you hurry up and let us into your space?"
Tai Xu Zhenzi hurriedly replied, "Yes, yes!"
With that, he waved his hand casually and brought Chen Li and Shen Qingyue into the space.
Shen Qingyue stared at Chen Li in disbelief, her eyes wide: "This is possible?!"
As they entered the palace, Chen Li soon realized that it was merely a space of about a hundred miles in radius. Even if they were to circulate their Vital Energy, it would only take a teacup's worth of time to finish.
Chen Li asked with some boredom, "Old man, you say you're joking with me? I see you've given all your good stuff to that little brat Chen Ming and left us with nothing. Is this your idea of a joke?"
Shen Qingyue felt her mind nearly crash.

A hint of pain flickered across Tai Xu Zhenzi's face, but he pointed toward a massive mountain in the distance and said, "The treasure mentioned by Old Madam is right there."
Following Tai Xu Zhenzi's finger, Chen Li and Shen Qingyue looked over and saw the towering mountain, its surface covered in countless runes that radiated an ancient and mysterious aura.
Shen Qingyue couldn't help but marvel silently: It truly is an imposing mountain! But what treasure could possibly be on it that would cause Tai Xu Old Man such distress?
Clearing his throat twice, Tai Xu Zhenzi continued, "This is not an ordinary mountain; rather..."
He paused deliberately, elongating his words as he observed Chen Li and Shen Qingyue's reactions.
Rolling his eyes, Chen Li refused to engage further. This old man was full of tricks and insisted on keeping them in suspense?
He raised the Talisman in his hand and said, "Speak quickly, or I’ll blow up this space!"
Tai Xu Zhenzi's Divine Soul shook slightly as he hurriedly chuckled nervously. "Ancestor, don’t panic! This is actually the Heavenly Guardian Beast from Old Madam's realm!"
"The Heavenly Guardian Beast!?" Shen Qingyue exclaimed, her eyes fixed on the mountain with curiosity. Could it be that the Saint's Realm had produced a Heavenly Guardian Beast?
Chen Li also raised an eyebrow, intrigued.
Though young, he was no ignorant child; rather, due to his lineage, he was aware of many things beyond the comprehension of ordinary people.
Seeing their reactions, a smug expression appeared on Tai Xu Zhenzi's face. After all, even a Saint from the upper realm might not be able to summon a Heavenly Guardian Beast, yet here he was, having allowed such a divine beast to remain in this residual space.
Such luck was not something everyone possessed.
However, when his gaze shifted back to Chen Li, his Divine Soul involuntarily trembled.
The Little Demon King seemed completely unconcerned about his luck, boldly throwing around harsh words.
He immediately explained, "You must have heard about the recent panic caused by the beasts, right? It all stems from the Heavenly Guardian Beast!"
"Oh?" Chen Li's interest was piqued. "What do you mean by that?"
They had come here to uncover the cause of the Beast Tide. After all, even the higher-ups of the Imperial Academy couldn't understand why the normally docile beasts, which usually stayed within their territories, suddenly fled from deep within the Azure Wind Mountain Range and ran amok.
The root of it all lay here!
"This Heavenly Guardian Beast has been sleeping in this realm for countless ages," Tai Xu Zhenzi said, a hint of nostalgia in his tone. "Now, it is about to awaken."
"Awaken?" Shen Qingyue murmured. "Doesn't that mean—"
"Exactly," Tai Xu Zhenzi continued her thought. "When it awakens, this realm will be turned upside down! The beasts outside are particularly sensitive and have sensed the impending danger, which is why they are frantically trying to escape this realm."
Chen Li stroked his chin thoughtfully. He looked up at the towering mountains, his eyes glinting with insight.
"So," Tai Xu Zhenzi rubbed his hands together, a smile plastered on his face. "Old Madam, after much consideration, it seems that this divine beast will need a master upon its awakening. If we let it rampage through this realm unchecked, it would surely lead to chaos! After thinking it over, there’s really only you, Young Master Chen, who has both the qualifications and ability to subdue this divine beast!"
