Outside Snow Wolf Base, military snowmobiles and armored vehicles roared in, quickly surrounding the base.
Following closely, squads of soldiers clad in camouflage combat uniforms jumped from the vehicles, swiftly forming ranks. They raised their Rocket Launchers and Mortars, unhesitatingly aiming at Snow Wolf Base.
With a series of thunderous booms, rockets and shells rained down on Snow Wolf Base. The artillery mercilessly bombarded the outer structures of the base, triggering a chain reaction of explosions. Under this overwhelming firepower, the outer walls of Snow Wolf Base began to collapse, large chunks of bricks and concrete debris falling to the ground.
Since the construction of Snow Wolf Base was carried out by unskilled Survivors under duress, and without any special reinforcements, its sturdiness was far inferior to that of an Official Shelter. As a result, the outer protective wall of Snow Wolf Base was easily blown apart.
Snow Wolf Base covered a vast area, with a significant distance between the outer protective wall and the second main gate leading into the base. As the soldiers advanced toward the second gate, a sentry, watching the approaching army in shock, exclaimed to his companion:
"The guys from Official Shelter are attacking us!!"
"What? How could this happen? They actually dare to attack us? This is outrageous! I’ll report to the leader right away!"
Another subordinate felt an overwhelming sense of shock and anger; he turned and ran toward the interior of the base.
Inside one of the buildings at Snow Wolf Base, Qin Zheng was engaged in a group activity with his trusted subordinates. Suddenly, a series of violent explosions shattered the tranquility outside.
Qin Zheng frowned; just as he was about to instruct someone to investigate the situation, a subordinate rushed in breathlessly to report:
"Leader, it’s bad! It’s people from Official Shelter! They’re attacking us!" The subordinate’s face was pale as he spoke to Qin Zheng.
"Official Shelter? Isn’t that already under my second brother's control? What could have gone wrong?"
A jolt of alarm shot through Qin Zheng as he realized that things might be worse than he had imagined. He fell into deep thought.
After a moment, Qin Zheng snapped back to reality and addressed everyone in the room:
"Brothers, since the people from Official Shelter have come knocking at our door, we cannot just sit back and wait for our doom. Follow me; let’s wipe out these soldiers!"
With that, Qin Zheng led the way out of the room, followed closely by others armed with various weapons as they marched fiercely toward the base's main gate.
Qin Zheng quickly arrived at the entrance of Snow Wolf Base. He looked up and saw the enemy drawing closer, a fierce expression crossing his face. He raised his gun and shouted to his subordinates, "Brothers, listen up! The people from the Official Shelter are coming to attack us, and we cannot back down! Everyone charge out with me and show them our strength! Today, we will eliminate them all right here!"
Qin Zheng's words instantly boosted the morale of his men, who shouted in unison, expressing their willingness to follow their leader into battle. Satisfied, Qin Zheng nodded and issued the command: "Everyone prepare for combat!"
Meanwhile, in the warehouse, Lin Tianyu turned to the woman beside him and said, "I'm leaving now. If you're going to go, you should hurry; it might be too late soon!" With that, he quickly made his exit. The woman watched Lin Tianyu's departing figure with a flicker of hesitation in her eyes before swiftly following after him.
