He was the first to step forward, lifting Ma Jinrong, and seeing this, the others hurried to help. Chen Yunsong and his group lived on the top floor, which was relatively safe and secluded. Usually, they hardly left this room because it had a special stove for heating, keeping the cold at bay.
Knock, knock, knock.
A series of urgent knocks broke the silence. Xu Shuyang and the others had exerted great effort to carry Ma Jinrong upstairs. Hearing the knocking, a man opened the door and asked, "Are you here to deliver firewood?"
When he saw that standing outside were the two-legged sheep they kept downstairs, along with a person being carried, he couldn't help but feel puzzled.
"Who is this?!" the man exclaimed in surprise.
"Big Brother!" Xu Shuyang and the other four felt a surge of fear upon seeing the man before them, their legs beginning to weaken.
Facing the man's imposing presence, Xu Shuyang mustered his courage and explained, "This person was brought up by Lei."
He added, "Lei got injured, so he asked us to bring him up first."
After hearing this, a flicker of doubt crossed the man's eyes, but he soon gestured towards the room, saying, "You can bring him in."
Once inside the room, Xu Shuyang immediately felt a warmth like being roasted by fire, as if he were in spring. At the same time, he looked around the living room and stood frozen in place.
In the living room were several women with forced smiles, jumping around a central fire pit. These women seemed to have some dance background; their bodies were quite flexible. Nearby were several Genuine Leather sofas where a few men and women were maintaining various difficult poses in competition, looking as if they were about to cross the finish line.
Some were loose while others were tight; to ensure balance, they occasionally switched partners. Xu Shuyang scanned the crowd repeatedly, trying to find his girlfriend Liu Jia Jia. The room was filled with swirling smoke and too many people; after searching for a while, he still couldn't spot her.
Meanwhile, in another room, Chen Yunsong sat comfortably on a sofa with his legs spread apart. Kneeling before him was a woman who kept bowing her head in reverence. On either side of Chen Yunsong sat two women snuggled closely against him, wearing flattering smiles.
"Chen," Wang Lei said, "they're back downstairs. This time they brought back an unconscious woman and had someone from downstairs send her to the living room."
The young man who had just gone to open the door walked in and respectfully reported to Chen Yunsong.
"Oh?" A glimmer of curiosity flashed in Chen Yunsong's eyes as he said lightly, "Have them carry the person over. Wake him up first and see what the situation is before making a decision."
"Understood!" The young man responded and immediately turned to head toward the living room.
At that moment, Chen Yunsong suddenly grabbed the woman's hair in front of him and forced her to bow her head dozens of times.
After a long while, Chen Yunsong looked at the woman before him, who was swallowing hard and had a decent appearance. He nodded in appreciation and casually asked, "Not bad. What's your name?"
The woman was taken aback for a moment upon hearing this, then replied, "I am Liu Jia Jia."
