The neighbors, drenched and looking utterly disheveled, returned home one by one. They had just witnessed the heart-stopping scene at Lin Tianyu's doorstep, their hearts filled with anger and fear.
In a flurry, they picked up their phones to call the police, hoping for official assistance. However, the line was perpetually busy, leaving them in a state of despair. With no other option, they began to tag Aunt Liu. After all, she was the head of the Community Committee and should have some authority and influence.

Aunt Liu looked at the flashing messages on her phone screen, feeling conflicted. She didn't want to get too involved in this situation since she was merely the head of the Community Committee and not an enforcer. The circumstances were unusual; officials were unreachable, and more people were getting hurt.
More importantly, Lin Tianyu possessed powerful weapons that could cause significant harm. If he wasn't contained in time, the consequences could be dire.
After careful consideration, Aunt Liu ultimately decided to take matters into her own hands. She would first subdue Lin Tianyu and leave the official handling for later once the snow had stopped.
