After finishing his last visit to a top winery, Lin Tianyu found a hotel to rest for the night, preparing to return home the next day.
The next day, Lin Tianyu boarded his flight back home. He had booked the earliest flight, which was only going to Kyoto in Dragon Country. It didn’t matter; the sooner he got back, the better. Once in Kyoto, he planned to find a secluded spot to take out a car from his space and drive straight back to Longhai City. He had collected quite a few cars this time! Although these vehicles were of little use in the apocalypse, he had impulsively gathered tens of thousands of them.
He decided to catch up on some sleep since he had been running around for days and was indeed feeling a bit tired. Just then, Lin Tianyu suddenly heard a commotion nearby, causing him to furrow his brow. What surprised him even more was that among the voices, he recognized one that sounded familiar.
"What are you doing, you old fool?" A young woman was angrily shouting at a middle-aged man in his forties.
"What’s wrong with me? I just accidentally bumped into you! Why are you yelling?" The middle-aged man responded loudly, clearly displeased.
This man had a piggish appearance with a round face and an arrogant demeanor that made it obvious he was no good.
"That was not an accident! You clearly touched me on purpose!" The young woman argued back furiously.
At that moment, the flight attendants rushed over after hearing the commotion. They tried to mediate the dispute, but neither side was willing to back down, and the situation became increasingly chaotic.
"You fat pig! Trying to take advantage of me! Not a chance!"
"Oh really? You dare insult me? You must be tired of living!" The middle-aged man shouted as he raised his hand to strike her.
Hitting a woman was not acceptable behavior. Lin Tianyu grabbed his hand and said firmly, "Do you want to die?"
The young woman turned her head in surprise and exclaimed, "Lin Tianyu! What are you doing here?"
Indeed, this person was Xuening; otherwise, Lin Tianyu wouldn’t have bothered intervening in such trivial matters. After all, they had shared a day together! He couldn’t just stand by and do nothing.
"What the hell are you? How dare you interfere?" the middle-aged pig shouted angrily.
Lin Tianyu stepped forward and tightened his grip around the man's neck, asking coldly, "Are you looking for death?"
Lin Tianyu's presence, having experienced the apocalypse, instantly intimidated Piggy into silence.
After some communication with the Flight Attendant and other passengers, Xuening requested a seat change to sit next to Lin Tianyu.
"Wow, I really didn't expect to run into you here!" Xuening said, leaning against Lin Tianyu, her hand gliding over his arm.
"I'm just here to take care of some things. What about you? Why are you going abroad?"
"Just for fun! You gave me so much money that I quit my job," she replied.
Lin Tianyu didn't say much in response, but he noted how bold she had become, her hand wandering to places it shouldn't.
"Alright, let's talk more after we get off the plane," he said.
Hearing this, Xuening stuck out her tongue and stopped her movements.
