For the penthouse, Lin Tianyu planned to install alloy materials throughout the walls, ceiling, and floor. The windows would be made of top-grade bulletproof glass, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows would be modified for better lighting. A heating system would be installed, along with a ventilation system equipped with air filtration capabilities. There would be an independent power system with a generator and solar panels, as well as a separate network and independent water supply and drainage systems. The entire building would have a surveillance system for comprehensive monitoring, and the doors would be replaced with ones made from materials equivalent to those used in bank vaults.
For the villa, additional features would be added on top of these basics, including a counterattack system. A three-meter-high iron fence would surround the villa, connected to an electric grid. Additionally, a fortress would be constructed underground, extending three levels down, all made of alloy materials.
