Under the gaze of the entire world, General Bai led the Fleet to the outskirts of Lindong Island. The soldiers of the Non-Monkey Nation remained blissfully unaware of their impending doom. They had already established a garrison on Lindong Island and had even transported a shipload of minerals. Now, seeing that the Dragon Kingdom had indeed sent people, both officers and soldiers were filled with mockery and derision.
A short and stout officer from the Non-Monkey Nation, with a round belly protruding, twisted his face in arrogance. With his hands on his hips, he shouted boisterously, "Ha! The people of the Dragon Kingdom actually dare to come! Do they think they can scare us away like this? It's simply a delusion!"
Spittle flew from his mouth as he yelled. General Bai remained composed and responded through a loudspeaker with a steady and powerful voice, "You ignorant fools, occupying our territory and still acting so arrogantly. If you do not withdraw, you will face catastrophic consequences."
Upon hearing General Bai's words, the soldiers of the Dragon Kingdom Fleet were filled with righteous indignation. They gripped their weapons tightly, their eyes burning with fury. The Non-Monkey Nation officer sneered, "Hmph! Stop trying to scare us. We have the support of Chou Kingdom; what can you do to us? If you Dragon Kingdom dare to take action, it will spark an international dispute, and you will regret it."
General Bai's gaze was piercing as he declared in a resonant voice, "International justice lies in the hearts of people. Your thuggish behavior deserves universal condemnation. The Dragon Kingdom's determination to defend its territorial sovereignty is unwavering; no amount of external support can change this fact."
At that moment, a young soldier from the Dragon Kingdom could no longer contain himself and shouted, "General, why waste words on them? Let's just charge in!" A nearby veteran patted him on the shoulder, signaling him to calm down.
The Non-Monkey Nation officer's eyes flickered with a hint of panic but he still forced himself to appear calm. "Don’t think that a few harsh words can intimidate us. This Lindong Island is in our hands; taking it from us won’t be easy!"
General Bai scoffed, "Do you think occupying this island means you can rest easy? Our military strength is far beyond what you can imagine. Withdraw now, and we might still leave you a way out."
Another soldier chimed in, spitting towards the direction of the Dragon Kingdom Fleet with disdain in his eyes. Chewing gum and blowing bubbles nonchalantly, he appeared utterly dismissive of the Dragon Kingdom Fleet.
A tall, lanky soldier wore his hat askew, waving a worn rifle in his hand. He jumped up and down, shouting, "You Dragon Kingdom folks are all about Bluffing. If you have what it takes, come at us! We’re not afraid of you! We Non-Monkey Nation are the true rulers of these waters!"
Another soldier with a face full of pockmarks squinted his small, bean-sized eyes and grinned, revealing a mouthful of uneven yellow teeth as he mocked, "Hmph! You dare to make a move? We Non-Monkey Nation are not to be trifled with! Our defenses are unbreakable; no matter how many of you come, it’ll just be a death wish!"
General Bai shouted through a megaphone from the island, "You Non-Monkey Nation scoundrels, evacuate Lindong Island immediately, or face the consequences!"
Upon hearing the call, the Non-Monkey Nation soldiers only grew bolder. A scrawny soldier with a fierce expression yelled at the top of his lungs, "You Dragon Kingdom folks are all about Bluffing. If you have what it takes, come at us! We’re not afraid of you!" He kicked stones on the ground as if venting his so-called courage.
Another stocky soldier joined in, shouting, "Hmph! You dare to make a move? We Non-Monkey Nation are not to be trifled with!" He waved his weapon around wildly in the air, exuding an air of arrogance that was utterly detestable.
A sharp-faced soldier pushed to the front, flailing his arms and laughing loudly, "Look at your shabby Fleet. You dare to challenge us? You’re simply overestimating yourselves!" His laughter was shrill and grating against the backdrop of the sea breeze.
Meanwhile, within the Non-Monkey Nation camp, members of the Chou Kingdom military Advisory Group were extremely tense. Five members had arrived this time, each wearing serious expressions and heavy hearts.
Leading them was a man named Tom. He was tall but appeared slightly gaunt due to long-term high-pressure work. His deep-set eyes reflected years of battlefield experience and profound worry. He pressed his lips tightly together as if constantly pondering severe strategic issues.
Next to him sat Jack, a burly man with well-defined muscles who exuded strength. However, his furrowed brow and trembling fingers betrayed his inner tension and unease. His gaze frequently darted to the documents on the table—details about the combat videos involving the Dragon Kingdom and their Heroic Spirit. It felt like a heavy burden pressing down on him.
Another member named David, of average build and wearing gold-rimmed glasses, appeared refined. Yet his constant adjustments of his glasses and the beads of sweat forming on his forehead revealed his anxiety. He focused intently on analyzing data on the computer screen, muttering to himself as he searched for any weaknesses in the enemy's strategy.
The last member was Anthony Consultant, whose hair was grizzled and whose face bore deep lines etched by time.
He was taciturn, occasionally lifting his head. With a deep gaze filled with doubt, he scanned the surroundings and then fell back into contemplation.
The last one was young Mark. Despite his youth, he had lost the vitality and energy he once had in the face of this grim situation. His complexion was pale, and his eyes seemed distant. His hands were tightly clasped together, as if praying for the success of their mission.
Inside the tent of the Non-Monkey Nation, these five Military Advisors sat together with serious expressions, discussing their upcoming actions. This time, our strategy must be foolproof; we cannot underestimate the Heroic Spirit from the Dragon Kingdom.
"Tom said, his voice low and hoarse, revealing a hint of anxiety in his eyes. "Indeed, we have repeatedly analyzed the details of the two battle videos sent earlier featuring the Heroic Spirit. Their strength and combat skills are beyond imagination."
Jack chimed in, his fingers lightly tapping on the table, producing a rhythmic sound. "Although the Heroic Spirit we brought is not the strongest, as long as we can restrain the Heroic Spirit from the Dragon Kingdom and allow the Non-Monkey Nation's military strength to be unleashed, we have a chance of winning."
David's expression was serious as he looked firmly at the others. However, his slightly trembling voice betrayed his attempt to appear calm. "We cannot underestimate the Dragon Kingdom. Their Heroic Spirit displayed tenacity and intelligence in battle that demands our caution."
Anthony furrowed his brow, his tone heavy as if each word carried immense weight. "But we also have advantages; with our support, the Non-Monkey Nation has significantly improved its weaponry and combat capabilities. If we coordinate properly, we can surely defeat the Dragon Kingdom."
Mark tried to rally everyone's spirits, but his trembling voice sounded so powerless. They all understood that this mission carried enormous risks.
