Upon learning that Elizabeth was an assassin, Shasha did not immediately expose her. As he looked at the wreckage of his home, a rough idea began to form in his mind. 0

He dialed Elizabeth's number, and her usual greeting came through the line. Shasha smirked slightly, "Are you free tomorrow?" 0

Elizabeth paused for a moment before teasing him, "I'm free. What's up? Want to ask me out?" 0

"I want to check out some houses; I'm planning to move," Shasha replied with a feigned sigh. 0

There was a slight pause on the other end before she said, "Sure, come pick me up." 0

After hanging up, Shasha was almost certain it was Elizabeth. Despite her attempts to conceal it, there was a hint of regret in her tone—subtle but noticeable. 0

Walking into the garage and seeing it empty, Shasha slapped his forehead as he remembered that his car had been damaged in an accident. He called the repair shop and learned that it was ready for pickup. He then hailed a taxi to take him there. 0

Upon arriving at the repair shop, Shasha encountered the girl who had crashed into him. Their eyes met, and she remarked, "What are the odds? Looks like I'm in for another bad day." 0

Shasha couldn't help but laugh in frustration. "Do I really seem like a disaster to you?" 0

"Pretty much. Ever since I ran into you, I've had nothing but bad luck," she rolled her eyes and walked into the repair shop without further comment, seemingly uninterested in engaging with Shasha. 0

They both retrieved their cars at the same time, but Shasha was the first to leave, hitting the gas as he merged onto the highway. 0

Before long, he heard the roar of a motorcycle behind him. The girl had caught up, wearing a helmet and riding alongside him. 0

Shasha rolled down his window, curious about why she was following him when she suddenly flashed him a middle finger and burst into laughter as she sped away. 0

This left Shasha both amused and irritated; she certainly had an attitude. 0

Thus began a race between a Maserati and a Harley on the highway. The girl cheered with delight as if reveling in the thrill of speed. 0

Not long after, police sirens blared behind them. The two of them led the officers on a wild chase around who knows how many circles before finally stopping in Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles. 0

The girl leaned against her motorcycle, removed her helmet, and tossed her seaweed-like hair back. The movement gave her an air of confidence that caught Shasha's attention. He had to admit that in some way, she possessed her own unique charm. 0

"It seems you're not one to follow the rules," she said with a light laugh, her smile strikingly beautiful despite her smoky makeup that couldn't quite hide it. 0

Shasha smiled and said, "If we’re not racing, wouldn’t that be a waste of this supercar?" 0

"I’ve never met anyone who could match my speed; you’re the first," the girl tilted her head, a slight smile on her lips. "Goodbye, hope to see you again." 0

With that, she pressed the accelerator and revved the engine of her motorcycle. 0

Shasha leaned out and shouted after her, "Hey, what’s your name?" 0

"Lorna Dane!" the girl replied, giving a thumbs up. 0

Watching as the motorcycle disappeared from view, Shasha chuckled to himself, suddenly feeling that the girl wasn’t so bad after all. 0

The next day, Shasha arrived outside Elizabeth's house early in the morning. 0

Before long, Elizabeth appeared dressed in casual home attire and got into the car. Seeing her like this, Shasha remarked oddly, "This is the first time I’ve seen you leave without dressing up." 0

"What’s so strange about it? We’re familiar enough," Elizabeth rolled her eyes, appearing quite nonchalant. 0

Shasha shrugged as they headed to New York's largest real estate agency. 0

The agents at the agency recognized Shasha immediately, knowing they had a big client on their hands. One of the top-performing agents approached him. 0

"Mr. Samar, may I ask what type of property you are looking to purchase?" 0

Shasha frowned at the question; to be honest, he didn’t have much concept of houses—just somewhere to live would suffice. 0

Suddenly, Elizabeth interjected, "Let’s see your villas and estates." 0

The agent's eyes lit up with excitement as he hurried off to gather information; if this deal went through, it would earn him a hefty commission. 0

Once the agent left to fetch the materials, Shasha turned to Elizabeth in surprise and asked, "What’s the significance of that?" 0

"You’re not seriously thinking about living in an apartment or something like that, are you?" Elizabeth looked at him incredulously. "Given your current status, you should at least own an independent house in New York." 0

Shasha shrugged noncommittally. "Aren’t houses just for living in anyway?" 0

"That's true, but you should really pursue enjoyment," Elizabeth said with a wry smile. "You should learn from Tony Stark about how to enjoy life. Did you know those reporters call you the 'most boring' young successful businessman? If someone didn't know better, they'd think you were a Jesus follower." 0

Shasha, who hadn't been reading the newspapers lately, waved her hand dismissively. "Let them write whatever they want; their hands are their own." 0

Elizabeth wisely chose not to respond further. She abandoned the idea of arguing since her goal had already been achieved. 0

Before long, the agency brought over the layouts for the estate and villas. 0

Shasha flipped through them and suddenly paused at a villa in Beverly Hills. 0

Elizabeth noticed the villa too. Her expression remained unchanged, but internally she couldn't help but sigh. Just then, she heard the words she both longed to hear and dreaded at that moment. 0

"Take me to see this villa." 0
