Even if it is the Immortal Body, it cannot withstand repeated attacks. Jiang Chen's calm demeanor instilled a strong sense of crisis in the Eastern Deity. It knew that if Jiang Chen truly went all out, its chances of winning would be slim. However, it would not yield; as a Demon God who had lived for a thousand years, even when suppressed by the High Monk beneath the Buddhist temple and enduring the sounds of chanting every day, it refused to submit, let alone to a mere Hua Xia Young Man.
"You are strong, more than I expected. But you have your trump cards, and I have mine. If you want to fight to the end, I will accompany you," the Eastern Deity said coldly. It devoured the Earthly Fiendish Aura, growing larger and larger, resembling a massive black cloud floating in the air.
Although it harbored some fear towards Jiang Chen, it had enough confidence in itself. As a Demon God, as long as resentment existed, it would not perish. Not even cannon fire could destroy it, nor could fierce flames burn it away. Unless Jiang Chen possessed enough strength to seal and suppress it.
"The game is about to end; there's no need for your company," Jiang Chen chuckled lightly. The Eastern Deity's power was indeed formidable, and killing it would not be easy. Even Spirit Fire would struggle to consume the Eastern Deity's resentment; after all, it was a Millennium Ghost God with immense power of grievance. If only Jiang Chen could elevate his cultivation one more level and set up a large Spirit Fire Formation, he could completely eliminate the Eastern Deity. But for now, using ordinary Spirit Fire was insufficient.
However, Jiang Chen had his methods. As a Supreme Being of the Celestial Realm who had once slain countless sealed demons and monsters, the Eastern Deity was nothing to him.
The Eastern Deity became cautious; it did not act recklessly but instead widened its ghostly eyes and fixed its gaze on Jiang Chen. In that instant, the entire world seemed to fall silent, filled with an atmosphere of impending doom.
The tourists holding binoculars on the Mountain Peak looked down into the valley with panic on their faces. They found themselves perplexed by Jiang Chen. The Eastern Deity's terrifying power was understandable; after all, it was a Demon God. But Jiang Chen was merely a human—despite his extraordinary martial talent, this level of strength was too frightening. Was he truly so gifted that he could rival superhumans?
If they hadn't witnessed it with their own eyes, no one would believe that a young man could possess such earth-shattering abilities that could make a Demon God tremble.
Fortunately for them, the Eastern Deity was not without its own trump cards. It seemed both sides could hold their ground for some time.
The silence in the air was eerie; even the wind had ceased, and time itself seemed to freeze.
Tengye Kikuko and Du Guanghua stood exposed without the cover of boulders, nervously watching.
"Eastern Deity, this Mount Buddha is your territory; then I shall borrow Mount Buddha for my use," Jiang Chen spoke clearly, his voice echoing through the valley.
Upon hearing Jiang Chen's somewhat inexplicable words, the ghostly face hidden within the black mist of the Eastern Deity suddenly froze.
"What do you intend to do? Are you going to move mountains?" The Eastern Deity's tone became noticeably serious.
"No need to move mountains to deal with you," Jiang Chen smiled and then turned his gaze towards the main peak of Mount Buddha—a dormant volcano that hadn't erupted in over a century and was now covered in snow, presenting a beautiful sight.
Stepping into the void, Jiang Chen took a single step and found himself a mile away, walking towards the main peak of Mount Buddha. In less than ten steps, he arrived before the summit, gazing at the volcano's crater.
The Eastern Deity stared at Jiang Chen in confusion about his intentions. Du Guanghua and Tengye Kikuko also looked at him curiously, unsure of what he planned to do next.
