"Dad, I want to eat mooncakes." Beibei couldn't help but swallow as she saw the mooncakes being sold on the street.
"Okay, I'll buy you some," Chen Yan replied.
"Thank you, Dad," Beibei said happily.
Chen Yan took Beibei to buy the mooncakes.
Liu Yuan followed behind them, watching their figures and unconsciously smiling.
"Mom, look, mooncakes!" Beibei held up the mooncake in her hand, proudly presenting it to Liu Yuan.
"Yes, they look nice," Liu Yuan nodded.
"Mom, you should have some too." Beibei tore open the packaging and handed a piece of mooncake to Liu Yuan.
"Thank you, Beibei." Liu Yuan took the mooncake and took a bite.
"Is it good?" Beibei looked at Liu Yuan expectantly.
"It's delicious," Liu Yuan nodded.
"That's great," Beibei said with relief.
"Let's go; we can explore other places," Chen Yan suggested.
"Okay," Liu Yuan and Beibei nodded in agreement.
The three of them walked slowly along the cobblestone path of the ancient town.
On both sides of the road were buildings with an ancient charm, with stalls selling candied hawthorn, cotton candy, and candy figures.
Beibei couldn't help but glance at these treats a few more times.
Seeing this, Liu Yuan couldn't help but smile. "If you like something, just buy it."
"Really?" Beibei looked at Liu Yuan in surprise.

As they continued walking, they soon arrived at a shop selling Hanfu.
Beibei's eyes lit up as she looked at the clothes in the store.

"Can I really try it?" Beibei looked at Chen Yan with anticipation.
"Of course you can," Chen Yan nodded.
"Great!" Beibei happily ran over to start picking out clothes.
Seeing this, Liu Yuan followed her.
In the end, Beibei chose a light blue Hanfu adorned with embroidered flowers and butterflies. "Mom, look, is it pretty?" Beibei twirled in her Hanfu.
"Very pretty," Liu Yuan nodded.
"I want to buy one too," Liu Yuan said.
"Okay, then let's get matching outfits," Chen Yan suggested.
"Sure," Liu Yuan nodded and went to change into her outfit.
Chen Yan looked at the mother and daughter in their clothes, nodding in satisfaction. After paying, the three continued shopping.
"Should we take some photos?" Chen Yan proposed.
"Yes!" Beibei excitedly nodded.
"I want to take photos too," Liu Yuan added.
"Alright, let's find a place to take pictures," Chen Yan said.
So, the three began searching for a spot in the alley. Eventually, they chose a wall covered in ivy.
Chen Yan became the photographer while Liu Yuan and Beibei stood in front of the wall.
"Get a little closer," Chen Yan instructed.
Liu Yuan and Beibei exchanged glances and moved closer together.
"A bit more," Chen Yan said again.
Liu Yuan and Beibei leaned in even closer.
"Smile," Chen Yan pressed the shutter.
In the photo, Liu Yuan and Beibei leaned against each other, both wearing radiant smiles.
"Let me see!" Beibei ran over to look at the picture.
Chen Yan squatted down and handed the camera to Beibei.
Beibei examined the photo, nodding in satisfaction. "Dad, you took it really well."
"Really?" Chen Yan asked with a smile.
"Mm." Beibei nodded vigorously.
"That's good." Chen Yan sighed in relief.
"Dad, can you take a few more pictures of us?" Beibei asked.
"Sure." Chen Yan nodded and took a few more photos.
Liu Yuan also ran over to look at the pictures with Beibei.
A few girls passed by and, seeing the photos, couldn't help but exclaim, "They're so beautiful!"
"Thank you," Liu Yuan replied politely.
"Are these your children?" one of the girls asked.
"Yes," Liu Yuan nodded.
"They're so cute," the girls said enviously.
"Thank you," Liu Yuan said again.
After the girls left, Chen Yan walked over. "What happened?"
"They said Beibei is cute," Liu Yuan replied.
"Mm." Chen Yan nodded, "Beibei is cute."
"Hehe." Beibei smiled happily upon hearing others compliment her cuteness.
"Alright, let's keep walking," Liu Yuan said.
"Okay." Chen Yan and Beibei nodded.
The three continued on their way, and soon they arrived at the amusement park.
"Dad, Mom, I want to play on that," Beibei said, pointing at the swing.
"Alright." Chen Yan and Liu Yuan nodded and took Beibei to the amusement park.
After playing for more than half an hour, Beibei got tired.
"Dad, Mom, I want to rest for a while," Beibei said.
"Okay." Chen Yan and Liu Yuan nodded and then led Beibei out of the amusement park.
"Dad and Mom, look! There's a flower boat over there," Beibei pointed at the flower boat in the river.
"Mm, let's take a boat ride," Chen Yan suggested.
"Okay." Liu Yuan and Beibei nodded.
So, the three rented a flower boat, leisurely rowing as they enjoyed the scenery along both sides of the riverbank.
"This place is so beautiful," Beibei couldn't help but exclaim.
"Mm," Liu Yuan and Chen Yan nodded in agreement.
"Dad, Mom, can we come back here again?" Beibei asked.
"Of course," Chen Yan and Liu Yuan replied in unison.
"That's great!" Beibei clapped her hands joyfully.
"Dad, Mom, look over there! Someone is performing," Beibei pointed toward the crowd in the distance.
"Let's go check it out," Chen Yan said.
So the three of them paddled the boat to the shore, then got off and walked toward the crowd.
It turned out to be actors performing a musical.
"Dad, Mom, I want to see too," Beibei said.
"Alright, let's buy tickets," Chen Yan replied.
The three of them bought tickets and went inside to watch the performance.
After the show ended, it was already dark outside.
"Dad, Mom, look! The lanterns are lit!" Beibei pointed at the streetlights.
Hearing this, Liu Yuan and Chen Yan looked up at the lights.
Sure enough, the previously dim streetlights had now brightened up.
The entire ancient town was bathed in a warm yellow glow, creating a particularly cozy and romantic atmosphere.
"Dad, Mom, can we stay out tonight? Please?" Beibei tugged at Liu Yuan and Chen Yan's sleeves, acting cute.
"Um..." Chen Yan looked at Liu Yuan, waiting for her response.
Liu Yuan hesitated for a moment before nodding. "Alright."
"Yay!" Beibei jumped up with excitement.
"Then let's go have dinner," Chen Yan suggested.
"Okay," Liu Yuan and Beibei nodded in agreement.
They found a restaurant and had dinner together.
After eating, they strolled through the ancient town to digest their meal.
"Dad, Mom, I want ice cream," Beibei said as she eyed an ice cream shop by the roadside, unable to resist swallowing her saliva.
"Alright, I'll go buy you some," Chen Yan said.
"Thank you, Dad," Beibei said happily.
Chen Yan went to buy three ice creams, and the three of them walked along, enjoying their treats.
"Dad, Mom, I want to go over there and take a look," Beibei pointed towards the distant night market.
"Okay," Chen Yan and Liu Yuan nodded, then took Beibei to the night market.
The night market was bustling with people, selling all sorts of things. Beibei found everything new and exciting, looking around curiously.
"Dad, Mom, look at this mask! Is it pretty?" Beibei held up a ghost mask and handed it to Chen Yan and Liu Yuan.
"Yes, it's nice," Chen Yan and Liu Yuan nodded in agreement.
"Then I'll put it on for you," Beibei said.
"Alright," Chen Yan and Liu Yuan replied.
Beibei placed the masks on Chen Yan and Liu Yuan's faces before grabbing another one for herself.
"Dad, Mom, do we look like a family?" Beibei asked, looking at them with joy.
"Yes," they both nodded.
"Hehe," Beibei laughed happily.
The three of them played for a long time until it was half past nine before heading back to the hotel.
After returning to the hotel, Beibei washed up and climbed into bed.
"Dad, Mom, let me tell you a story," Beibei said as she lay on the bed, looking at Chen Yan and Liu Yuan.
"Okay," they both nodded.
So, Beibei began telling them a story. Her storytelling was captivating, and Chen Yan and Liu Yuan listened intently.
Once the story was finished, Beibei was so sleepy that she could barely keep her eyes open.
"Dad, Mom, goodnight," she said as she closed her eyes and drifted off to sleep.
"Goodnight," Chen Yan and Liu Yuan whispered softly.
