Another type of soul is one that harbors immense resentment at the time of death. These souls cannot shed their grudges and similarly cannot transition into Reincarnation. Such souls are even more tenacious than Remnant Souls and are more likely to instill fear. However, regardless of the type of soul, they can at most cause panic without inflicting actual harm on the living.
If these Remnant Souls enter Eerie Lands, where Killing Intent permeates, they will coalesce into Yin Qi and form a corporeal body. At this point, these spirits become truly lethal and can extinguish the lives of the living.
Yin Souls will take on the appearance they had at birth based on their remaining memories. Once a Yin Soul manifests and forms a body, even if it is not physical, it will instinctively invoke several Spells. At this stage, it evolves into a Yin Soul Beast. The Intelligence of a Yin Soul Beast is closely tied to its original form; higher Intelligence leads to faster advancement and greater magical power.
