One day, Xunuo received a Sound Transmission Talisman. It prompted Xunuo to stop his work and leave the Geothermal Chamber. The sender of this Sound Transmission Talisman was Liu Canghai, who simply stated that he had important matters to discuss with Xunuo. Xunuo held Liu Canghai in high regard, primarily because Liu was quite righteous and did not possess the selfishness typical of a Loose Cultivator. This reminded Xunuo of his benefactor, Lu Duhou.
When Xunuo expressed his intention to temporarily leave Mars City, the Manager of the Magic Circle Masters Guild in Mars City tried to persuade him to stay. The Manager's level and the profits he earned were all based on the formations produced by the Geothermal Chamber. Upon hearing this question, Xunuo understood that it was serious business. He shook his head and replied, "What plans could there be? Striving to enter a certain Cultivation Sect is my only way forward."
Liu Canghai nodded and said, "So, how confident is Xue Dao You about entering the Cultivation Sect? Do you have a clear goal?"
Xunuo's expression immediately darkened. Although he had only participated in the entrance examination of the Cultivation Sect once, he knew that his chances of entering were very slim. After a moment, Xunuo sighed and shook his head in silence.
Liu Canghai smiled faintly and said, "Those who can enter the Cultivation Sect as Loose Cultivators are all extraordinary talents, one in ten thousand. While Xue Dao You has unique skills in Alchemy and artifact forging, these abilities are considered secondary by the Cultivation Sect.
