It turned out that Chaotic Valley's Earth Fire halted its production of Unity Pills every ten years. During this year without Unity Pill production, they would select the most outstanding Alchemists to refine several batches of pills beneficial for Foundation Stage Cultivators' cultivation. This formula was known as Purple Spirit Pill and originated from an ancient sect.

Since there were thirteen Alchemists on the list to refine the Purple Spirit Pill, Xunuo, being the weakest in cultivation, was not included in the Alchemy ranks. As a substitute, he was only instructed to study the Formula carefully.
Upon hearing this, Xunuo felt as if he had fallen into an icy abyss, chilled to the core. The defensive power of the Flying Artifact would be even more negligible and unnecessary. It was better to maximize its speed instead.

After some comparison, Xunuo believed that a Refiner named Cao Ziji produced Flying Artifacts with unique qualities, especially unmatched in terms of escape speed. In Cao Ziji's Cave, he saw the type of Flying Chariot that the Black Wind Old Monster had once ridden.
Xunuo gazed intently at the Flying Chariot.
