A loud "clang" echoed as a bullet stained with Black Blood was dropped onto the plate. 0

"I, Old Liu, have seen many people from the underworld in my life. I often treat those who fight and scramble for territory. You're the first person I've seen like this. This bullet has been inside you long enough to start festering. If you delay another day or two, you'll lose that arm. You really don't take your body seriously." 0

"Heh, it's just a bullet. What's there to be afraid of? It's out now, right? I have things to do, so hurry up and bandage me. I'm leaving." 0

Zhang Ye clearly couldn't go to a regular hospital for surgery, but being an old hand himself, he knew where to find a skilled practitioner who specialized in treating people from the underworld. Although the equipment was rudimentary, at least the bullet was removed. 0

The doctor looked at Zhang Ye in surprise and said, "You can't just leave like this; your arm needs at least ten to fifteen months of rest, or else..." 0

"Stop with the nonsense! I'm in a hurry to get things done. Just finish up quickly." 0

The doctor stared at Zhang Ye in disbelief and asked, "Do you realize I didn't give you general anesthesia? Aren't you afraid of the pain?" 0

Zhang Ye grinned and replied, "Pain? It's just a peanut-sized thing! Am I the kind of guy who whines about it? Hurry up and finish; don’t delay my business." 0

The doctor watched Zhang Ye for a while before sighing, "There’s an ancient story about Guan Yu treating his wounds by scraping his bones, but I never believed it until now. Seeing how you are, I might just start believing it. Alright, you're a tough guy; I respect that. I'll bandage you up now. Please take care of my business in the future." 0

Zhang Ye smirked and said, "Don't worry; I'll make sure many people come to 'take care' of your business." 0

In Xiangxi, the ancient Miao Village lay nestled among mountains, surrounded by towering peaks. The White Water River flowed through the village, with terraced fields lining its banks that stretched up into the clouds. The stilted houses of Miao Village were stacked upon each other along the slopes, creating a picturesque scene adorned with lush bamboo—a true paradise. 0

Suddenly, an old truck honked loudly, breaking the tranquility of the mountainous area. The door swung open, and a robust figure jumped out—Zhang Ye himself—his fierce demeanor evident despite one arm being suspended in a bandage due to injury. 0

After getting out of the truck, Zhang Ye scanned his surroundings and muttered to himself, "According to Ding Ying's directions, it should be around here. Where is everyone? Did I get it wrong? No phone call either; damn it." 0

At that moment, he felt a waft of fragrance pass by him as a woman in black appeared like a ghost beside him. Her long black hair covered half her face as she glanced at Zhang Ye and softly said, "Get in the car." 0

"Haha! A woman in black with long legs and half her face hidden—it's definitely you! You must be Wei Ning's wife! Hahaha! Stop pretending; Wei Ning is my close friend; he tells me everything... Ouch... Damn..." 0

Zhang Ye suddenly felt a large spider appear on his right hand, biting him fiercely. Instantly, his already swollen hand turned pitch black, and the pain was unbearable. 0

"Let me teach you a lesson. Sometimes, you can eat anything, but you shouldn't speak carelessly," Qiqi said calmly. "If you eat this, otherwise if your hand becomes useless, don't blame me." 0

"Damn it, if it weren't for Wei, I would have chopped you up today. What is this? Poor Wei, this wife of his looks decent, but she's as cold as ice and so vicious. Dealing with snakes and insects must mean she’s not much better herself. That Ding Ying is slightly better, but unfortunately, she's a ghost. And Lin Lingsu...," Zhang Ye shivered. "Viper Woman, let's not even mention her. Wei Zi, what kind of karma did you create in your past life to end up with these three women torturing you in this life? It's tragic." 0

"Get in," Qiqi said as she jumped into the car without even glancing at Zhang Ye. "Let's go." 0

With one hand occupied, Zhang Ye honked the horn and drove in the direction Ding Ying had indicated. 0

After an unknown amount of time and countless mountains later, Zhang Ye's car stopped between steep cliffs. The area was filled with a desolate scene; not far away stood a giant Lucky Cat with its long tongue outstretched, inscribing the words "Life In Death Out." In the distance lay a dark forest where the scenery was obscured. 0

"What the hell is this place? Don't tell me you live here," Zhang Ye exclaimed. 0

"Get out of the car," Qiqi said as she jumped down. 0

"You can just leave him here and walk away." 0

Zhang Ye looked around in confusion and asked, "This place?" 0

"I told you, just leave him here and you can go," Qiqi repeated calmly. 0

Though puzzled, Zhang Ye remembered Ding Ying's instructions to hand Wei Ning over to this woman. Despite his doubts, he walked over and opened the back of the truck. Inside was a redwood coffin sealed with gold paint and intricate Ink Lines etched across it, held down by a divine talisman. 0

Zhang Ye carefully took out the coffin and placed it on the ground. Qiqi glanced at it and suddenly her eyes filled with a complex expression. She looked at Zhang Ye and asked, "Is he inside?" 0

Zhang Ye knew exactly who Qiqi meant by "he" and nodded in response. 0

Qiqi sighed and said, "What is the reason for this?" 0

Zhang Ye replied, "I have safely delivered Wei Zi and handed him over to you personally. If there’s nothing else, I will take my leave. I hope you will take good care of Wei Zi. When we meet again in the future, I hope it won't be in the Underworld." 0

Qiqi coldly responded, "Of course." 0

Zhang Ye looked at Qiqi curiously for a moment, then suddenly said, "That girl Ding Ying is much better; her face is round and festive. You have a face that brings misfortune to men. No wonder Wei... No, that's not right..." He hurriedly slipped into the carriage, seemingly afraid of Qiqi's retaliation. 0

"Stop." Qiqi called out to Zhang Ye. 0

Zhang Ye's heart tightened. For some reason, this fearless man felt a twinge of apprehension towards the icy woman. He thought Qiqi was about to cause him trouble again, and his guard went up as he said unhappily, "Is there anything else?" 0

Qiqi walked over and grabbed Zhang Ye's severed hand, pulling out a silver needle as if to stab it down. 0

Zhang Ye was startled and quickly withdrew his hand. "What are you doing? Don't think just because you're a woman that I won't fight back." 0

"You have gunshot wounds, and after these days of exertion, there is too much stagnant poison in your body. I just used a spider to draw out the poison from within you. Now I just need to release it; this will greatly benefit your gunshot wounds," Qiqi explained with an expressionless face. 0

It turned out she was helping me heal. Zhang Ye felt a warmth in his heart and suddenly had a much better opinion of Qiqi. 0
