Suddenly, a killing intent surged like an ocean, and in an instant, I saw the bowl's eyes already stained with blood.
I am not a coward, but since I promised the bowl and we have weathered many storms together, we should share both joy and hardship. Moreover, our feelings had quietly ignited into something intense, so I absolutely would not allow her to fight for me!
Come on! Any enemy, let them all die!
These bastards turned a group of living people into zombies for their own selfish gains. Not only did they condemn them to eternal suffering, but they also used these dead bodies as their puppets. They showed no humanity at all. They are even more despicable than the Cannibal Tribe; while the Cannibal Tribe's acts of eating people are filled with ritualistic significance, these bastards do it purely for their own desires. Their crimes deserve punishment!
But now these bastards are alive, yet they are not much different from the dead. They roam like vengeful spirits, killing indiscriminately. I cannot swallow this anger, so my only decision is to kill!
Kill!!
A wild roar filled with beastly ferocity erupted from my chest, igniting the blood within me that had yet to cool!
There was no need for more words; the Azure Dark Sword was instantly unsheathed, a pale chill emanating from its blade. I leaped out from the side and charged at one of the zombies.
At that moment, those Dark Sorcerers were immersed in their sadistic pleasure, fully focused on battling the bowl and completely unaware of my presence. So when I rushed forward, they didn’t notice me at all, still laughing maniacally.
This was the opportunity I needed!
I let out a loud shout to bolster my courage and swung my sword directly at a zombie's head. The Azure Dark Sword was incredibly sharp; a flash of blue light passed by as I effortlessly cleaved the zombie's head off. In that moment, I could even see the frozen ferocity in the zombie's eyes as its head flew away, then it "poofed" into black smoke, completely shattering its soul!
However, my shout startled the remaining zombies. In an instant, five or six of them turned around and stared at me intently.
To be honest, it was impossible not to feel nervous under the gaze of so many zombies. But having come this far, there was no turning back; I could only fight to the death. So while those zombies were still regaining their senses, I swiftly struck down two more zombies.
With each swing of my sword, I didn’t expect the remaining zombies to become even more frenzied. The three left surrounded me. The Dark Sorcerers were still entangled in battle with the bowl and couldn’t break free…
“Kill!!”
I let out a piercing roar, filled with rage, as the extreme crisis between battle and life and death stimulated my potential. Those who have truly experienced bloody warfare know that sometimes, in such situations, the choice between life and death is no longer in one's hands. In those moments, one can unleash incredible courage and fighting spirit.
At the very least, that is how I felt now.
Facing these three more powerful Zombies, I surprisingly felt no fear at all. Gripping the Azure Dark Sword, I charged forward!
I absolutely could not allow them to knock me down!
A voice echoed in my mind, reminding me that these Zombies likely never expected me to charge at them. They were caught off guard, completely stunned. After enduring so many battles, I understood that as long as I wasn't knocked down or pinned by them, I would already be in an invincible position!
So when these Zombies lunged at me, I chose to collide directly with them. I rushed forward and slammed my not-so-mighty body into the first Zombie blocking my path. Their bodies were hard and cold; hitting them felt like crashing into a steel plate. Fortunately, despite some Daoist Practice they possessed, they were still enough to be shaken. I sent the Zombie flying with a single blow. At that moment, the two Zombies on either side had already extended their icy claws to tear at me, leaving several deep scratches on my body. Swinging the Azure Dark Sword wildly, I quickly took down another Zombie.
Now only two Zombies remained attacking me. With every swing of my sword, I struck something; limbs flew in all directions, dissipating into wisps of black smoke that were absorbed into my body and transformed into Killing Intent.
Killing Intent had this one advantage: the more I fought, the stronger I became!
Although both my physical condition and fighting spirit were at their peak, facing these Zombies was gradually wearing me down. I felt somewhat strained; my body was already scratched in several places, causing me to shiver in pain.
These two Zombies were clearly frenzied. If they continued to recklessly pounce on me and draw blood, I would likely bleed out right there.
Zombies were incredibly formidable!!!
As soon as I engaged with these two Zombies, I could feel just how powerful they truly were. Even unarmed, they were difficult to fend off. Just when I felt like I was about to collapse under their assault...
The Dark Sorceress had chased after something far away but finally returned. Her dagger was covered in blood, her expression still cold and indifferent, exuding an aura of intimidation.
"Did you kill the Dark Sorcerer?"
"Indeed, I have dismembered him; now he is nothing but a Human Pig!!
Human Pig!! I was shocked upon hearing this; it was truly ruthless. This was not the bowl I knew at all.
According to the Book of Han, Consort Qi was talented and once enjoyed great popularity, favored by Liu Bang. Liu Bang's wife, Empress Lü, was cruel. After Liu Bang's death, Consort Qi and her son met a tragic fate at the hands of Empress Lü. She first poisoned her son, King Zhao Liu Ruyi, then severed Consort Qi's limbs, gouged out her eyes, deafened her ears with smoke, forced her to drink mute medicine, and imprisoned her in a cave, calling her the Human Pig.
At that moment, two other Zombies surged forward, glowing red and moving at incredible speed toward us!
In the blink of an eye, the mountains and forests came alive. It seemed as if a red light shot up from the ground, pointing toward the constellations in the sky! Damn it, this was actually the Three Talents Gathering Evil Formation! How incredibly powerful!
The so-called Three Talents refer to Heaven, Earth, and Humanity!
To form the Three Talents Gathering Evil Formation, one must first locate a major ley line. The Leyline is the most basic; Spiritual Veins are secondary, while Dragon Veins are the best locations. Of course, for the best results, one would need to find a pulse; however, pulses are mentioned in Feng Shui Divination as being the strongest energy fields, yet no one has ever found one. So whether they actually exist is another matter entirely.
Once a major ley line is found, one must determine the positions of Heaven, Earth, and Humanity along this ley line. Then reverse these positions to transform the auspicious energy brought by the Dragon Vein into malevolent energy. After that, one constructs a burial site at the reversed positions to nurture corpses using the malevolent energy drawn from the reversed Dragon Vein!
This is a rough outline of the Three Talents Gathering Evil Formation. However, specific operational details have long been lost because the corpses produced by the Thirteen Great Techniques of the Corpse Sect were too fierce. During the Tang Dynasty, they were once prevalent and brought great disaster to humanity. In the end, it not only provoked the Taoist Sect but even alarmed the imperial court. A massive purge of Corpse Drivers ensued; countless Corpse Drivers were burned alive, leading to the loss of the Thirteen Great Techniques of the Corpse Sect. Thus, even today, Corpse Drivers harbor deep resentment toward the Taoist Sect for extinguishing their lineage!
Nevertheless, thinking about it now, the Three Talents Gathering Evil Formation is indeed remarkable: seeking major ley lines, determining three talents, reversing feng shui patterns into evil burial sites—all these methods are simply capable of turning clouds into rain at will!"
