After completing the vegetable-selling task, Li Hong quickly led Yuchen out of the bustling market.
Once they reached a spot near the parking lot, Li Hong finally found the Tofu Stand he had been looking for.
The stall owner was a young woman, her apron unable to conceal her pure beauty that resembled a pristine lotus flower.
The Tofu Stand was doing well, perhaps due to the charm of this woman. From Li Hong's observation, it seemed to be the case.
The customers gathered around the Tofu Stand were mostly young men, about the same age as him.
Maybe because they were in a public place, these men, even if they had thoughts, dared not express them too openly. They waited patiently like students awaiting their turn to be called by a teacher, behaving properly as they waited for the "Tofu Beauty" to serve them.
By the time it was Li Hong and his daughter's turn, quite some time had passed.
Holding Yuchen for so long, Li Hong felt a bit exhausted. He could no longer afford to admire the "Tofu Beauty," as his mind was solely focused on quickly buying what he needed and heading home.
"I'll take two pounds of soft tofu and one pound of firm tofu," Li Hong said as soon as it was his turn.
He had noticed that the Tofu Beauty was quite busy, while the surrounding men seemed enchanted, only interested in flirting with her, which slowed down the flow of customers at her stall.
To lighten her burden, Li Hong thought it best to shop quickly rather than drag things out and waste everyone's time.
"Alright, that will be ten yuan," the Tofu Beauty quickly calculated the total and handed the tofu to Li Hong.
As Li Hong fished out his money, this perceptive woman couldn't help but steal a glance at him.
It was her first time seeing someone buy tofu from her so efficiently without exchanging any idle chatter.
This made Tofu Beauty question for the first time whether her charm was not strong enough.
Fortunately, she quickly noticed the captivated gazes of those around her and realized that it wasn't her charm that had diminished, but rather that she couldn't captivate this man before her.
"What a strange fellow, having such a big child at such a young age," Tofu Beauty thought to herself.
Reaching into his pocket, Li Hong awkwardly discovered that he had no money left on him.
Yuchen burst into laughter, like a weasel that had successfully stolen a chicken.
"Spent all your money, huh?"
Li Hong wore a mournful expression and apologized to Tofu Beauty.
He hadn't expected that the few hundred dollars he brought with him would be spent so quickly.
Tofu Beauty gave Li Hong a deep look, confirming that he wasn't pretending to be in a difficult position. She waved her hand and said, "Just take it; consider it my treat for this girl."
Li Hong smiled awkwardly, unsure of where to put the hand holding the tofu.
"Alright, but wait for me. I'll be right back to pay you."
With that, Li Hong hurriedly walked toward the parking area while holding Yuchen.
The men watching scoffed and laughed derisively; to them, he was just a despicable man trying to take advantage of Tofu Beauty.
Tofu Beauty gently shook her head and didn't take Li Hong's words to heart. Such remarks were just for show; she wouldn't believe them like a naive seventeen or eighteen-year-old girl.
"Lost ten bucks, I need to sell more tofu today," Tofu Beauty thought to herself.

As she walked back to her car, Li Hong had just opened the door and let Yuchen climb in when he suddenly noticed a Fashionable Woman standing behind him, wearing sunglasses.
"Uh, who are you?" Li Hong asked, puzzled.
He didn't remember anyone being around here. When did this girl appear?
Seeing that Li Hong didn't recognize her at all, Lin Ruxian took off her sunglasses in frustration and exclaimed, "Li Boss, you should recognize me now!"
Upon seeing that vaguely familiar face, Li Hong was momentarily stunned. Fortunately, he quickly remembered that this was the big star Lin Ruxian he had bumped into on the shuttle bus at the airport a few days ago.
"Oh, it's you, the big star! What are you doing here?" Li Hong asked curiously.
Isn't a big star's life supposed to be all about having everything handed to them? Do they really have to come out and buy groceries themselves?
Lin Ruxian rolled her eyes at Li Hong and replied irritably, "What are you thinking? I live right here; why can't I be around?"
As she spoke, Lin Ruxian looked at Li Hong with interest and added, "But what about you? Aren't you going to explain yourself?"
"Explain what?" Li Hong asked as he opened the trunk to put in the vegetables he had bought and turned back with curiosity.
"You jerk! Shouldn't you explain why you sold your fist?" Lin Ruxian threatened, raising her fist in anger.
Unexpectedly, Li Hong wasn't fazed by her antics. He shook his head and explained, "Alright, it's complicated. I can't explain it all right now. By the way, do you have ten bucks on you?"
"Ten bucks?" Lin Ruxian pulled out a ten-dollar bill from her bag, asking curiously.
"Why do you want to know?"
"Don't ask so much, just lend me ten bucks. I'll pay you back when I have the chance." Li Hong snatched the ten-dollar bill from Lin Ruxian's hand and turned to drive towards the market.
Lin Ruxian's eyes filled with anger as she stomped her foot and shouted, "You jerk, are you robbing me? Give it back!"
Without caring for anything else, Lin Ruxian started her Lamborghini and roared off in pursuit of Li Hong.

At the Tofu Beauty's stall, despite being near the parking lot, the location wasn't particularly great. However, due to her stunning looks, customers kept flocking to buy tofu.
As everyone was captivated by Tofu Beauty's beauty, an Audi with understated license plates slowly drove into the parking lot.
The car rolled in and stopped in front of Tofu Beauty's stall amidst curious gazes from the crowd.
Customers began to speculate; some thought this must be the wealthy boss supporting Tofu Beauty, while others believed it was a big boss who came specifically to buy tofu from her.
Tofu Beauty herself was surprised; she had no idea whose car it was and couldn't recall any of her friends who could afford an Audi.
Amidst the puzzled stares, Li Hong slowly got out of the driver's seat.
In response to Tofu Beauty's confused look, Li Hong handed her ten dollars.
"Sorry about that; I didn't have any cash earlier. Here’s your money now," Li Hong said, scratching his nose awkwardly as he apologized.
“It's nothing!” Tofu Beauty said lightly as she tucked away the ten yuan, pretending to be indifferent.
The customers looked on with red eyes; when did Tofu Beauty become so generous with her words?
“Shameless! So this is how you use such despicable means to get close to Tofu Beauty. I'm a grown man; how could I possibly be short ten yuan? It turns out this was all premeditated!” one infatuated customer gritted his teeth.
As soon as he spoke, everyone looked at Li Hong with suspicion. Even Tofu Beauty cast a doubtful glance in his direction.
Li Hong was at a loss for words, utterly unable to comment on the madness and absurdity of these people.
Just as he was about to drive away, the roar of a sports car echoed behind him. A fiery red Lamborghini gracefully curved into view and slowly parked behind Li Hong's Audi.
Lin Ruxian angrily pushed open the car door and stormed up to Li Hong, shouting, “So you’re using my money to pay off your debts? Li, you really have some nerve!”
“What? It's just ten yuan; is it really that serious?” Li Hong asked, bemused, seeing Lin Ruxian chase after him over such a small amount.
