"I'm done! I'm done!" Nightmare Deity slammed the card table, his anger palpable.
What a joke!
After playing over ten rounds, this was the first time he had drawn a bomb. He had intended to test the waters and call for a landlord, but unexpectedly, he was completely crushed by that Supreme God guy.
"Ding ding!"
A light chime came from Nightmare Deity's waist. He pulled out his sleek phone and glanced at the messages on it.
Before long, Nightmare Deity's face turned from red to a deep shade of purple with rage.
"Who the hell did this to me?" He turned around, glaring at Supreme God and White-Clad Bald Man, his eyes filled with hostility.
His subordinate had just sent him a message: something big had happened in Nightmare Space! Wave after wave of new players were being slaughtered in Biohazard World. Countless Senior Reincarnators had exchanged their spots to leave Nightmare Space, and now it was almost turning into a ghost town.
Supreme God’s mind raced; he realized that Li Hong and the others had succeeded, and he couldn't help but feel pleased. However, being an old fox, he wouldn’t show his excitement outwardly.
"Don't go throwing accusations around! We've been here playing cards with you; who has the time to sabotage you?"
White-Clad Bald Man nodded and added nonchalantly, "Nightmare, you're a Supreme God yourself. Can't you be a bit more magnanimous? What status do we hold? Why would we target you?"
"That's good! Just don't let me find out who’s behind this; otherwise, I won't let them off easily!"
Nightmare Deity nodded, leaving behind a threatening remark before quickly departing.
As Nightmare Deity left, White-Clad Bald Man glanced at Supreme God and curiously asked, "Your subordinates are quite efficient, huh?"
"What does it have to do with me?" the Supreme God quickly denied.
The White-Clad Bald Man shot a glance at the Supreme God and sneered, "Enough with the act. I know exactly what you're like. Forget it; you should focus on finding a way to rescue your people! I can see that Nightmare is furious and won't let your subordinates off easily."
Realizing he couldn't hide anything from the White-Clad Bald Man, the Supreme God forced a smile and said, "Since you've guessed it, I won't bother explaining. You're right; I'll go save them right away."
With that, the Supreme God waved his hand at the White-Clad Bald Man, put on his clothes, and left without hesitation.

Meanwhile, in the plaza of Nightmare Space, Li Hong and Soulmate exchanged worried glances.
"What should we do? It looks like we've been locked onto by that Nightmare Deity. If we don't find a way to escape soon, we're done for," Soul Sphere asked anxiously.
Li Hong frowned and replied, "Don't panic. I spoke with the Supreme God before coming here; he'll find a way to get us back."
"But that's not enough! Where can we hide now?" Soul Sphere pressed.
"Let's find a Reincarnation World to hide in. It will take Nightmare Deity some time to locate us," Soulmate suggested.
Li Hong nodded; there was no time to waste. He quickly led the three of them toward the Mission Teleportation Point in Nightmare Space.
Since they had sneaked into Nightmare Space, the mission system had no effect on them. That was why they could hide in the Reincarnation World without any tasks assigned.
After all the Reincarnators had been sent away, the entire teleportation point was eerily quiet, devoid of any signs of life.
Li Hong led the three of them quietly toward the teleportation point and casually selected one of the many task worlds.
"Super God Academy?" Li Hong frowned as he thought to himself within the teleportation portal.
This world felt unfamiliar; he had never heard of it. Whether in films or television dramas, he had not encountered such a strange name before.
"Whatever, let's just get in first! Hopefully, this isn't a god and demon world where immortals roam freely!" Li Hong mused inwardly.
A flash of white light enveloped them, and they found themselves in the center of a modern city.
Surrounding the city were remnants of fireworks, which had turned it into a ruined metropolis.
"Damn it, is this a post-apocalyptic world?" Soulmate asked curiously.
Li Hong snapped back, "What does it matter at this point? We need to find a place to hide quickly and avoid being found by Nightmare Deity."
"Where should we hide? I feel like nowhere is safe," Soul Sphere scratched his head and asked.
"Since this is a post-apocalyptic world, it's simple. We need to find a powerful being who can mask our presence and then stick close to them."
Curious, Soulmate followed Li Hong and asked, "Boss, what's the principle behind that? Why do we need to follow a strong person?"
"The aura of a strong person can conceal our own. Even if Nightmare Deity is powerful, they won't be able to find us," Li Hong explained to the group.
Every powerful being in their original world resonates with it in various ways. This resonance usually manifests as a special aura that is incredibly strong and can cover up the movements of Li Hong and his companions.
This is also why Li Hong decided to take a few people to search for strong individuals.

Outside Giant Gorge City, in a military camp.
Glen anxiously watched as Rose was held hostage by four mysterious figures, nervously asking, "What the hell, don't do anything rash! She's my wife!"
"Who is your wife?!" Even while being held captive, Rose coldly retorted.
Li Hong shouted angrily, "Enough! Do you even see us?"
"Wait, wait, wait! Let's talk this over. Can you please let Rose go first?" Glen pleaded desperately with Li Hong.
Li Hong looked at the cowardly figure before him and could hardly believe his eyes.
This is supposed to be one of the strongest individuals in the world?
"Motor Lola, are you sure this guy is the one with the highest energy intensity?" he asked his Reincarnation Watch.
For this mission, he hadn't brought 404 along, so he had no choice but to consult Motor Lola inside the watch whenever something came up.
"Yes, Boss. Glen is the inheritor of Shenhe Gene from Super God Academy and is indeed one of the strongest. The reason he appears as he does is that he hasn't fully matured yet."
"So he's not fully matured yet. Then why are we looking for him?" Soulmate muttered.
"Is it even possible to consider someone who hasn't grown yet as a strong individual?"
"Don't worry, since the power of Super God Academy comes from the genes within, Glen completely meets the requirements!"
After hearing Motor Lola's introduction, Li Hong nodded in relief. He then fixed his gaze on Glen and said slowly, "If you promise me one thing, I'll let your wife go!"
"Hey, I'm not his wife!" Rose shouted angrily.
Glen quickly nodded and said, "No problem! One thing or a hundred things, I promise you."
"Don't be a coward! What are you afraid of? With one swing of my axe, I can rescue Rose," Liu Chuang frowned from the side.
Li Hong ignored Liu Chuang and the others, signaling to Soulmate. The latter immediately understood and nodded. Then, he relaxed his right hand, causing Rose, clad in black armor, to fall to the ground.
