Li Hong rubbed his temples and asked, "What's the interest rate?"
"One per thousand! Isn't that a great deal?"
One per thousand? That means borrowing fifty million for a year would only cost five thousand in interest, which isn't too high.
"Alright, I'll take the loan," Li Hong said generously.
It's just an extra five thousand a year; with his skills, he could easily manage that.

Li Hong was frozen in shock.
