Xue took out the Solidifying Pearl from the ornate box. At that moment, it was the first time Yao Guang had seen this legendary pearl. Before he knew it, the pearl had forcefully drained all of his magical energy. Realizing this, Xue quickly adjusted his energy and focused on countering the pearl's pull. Soon enough, the Solidifying Pearl obediently submitted to Xue's control. He retracted his energy and enveloped the pearl in his hand, channeling his true energy to shatter it into powder.
“Xiao Yao Hao, stay behind and protect her,” Xue instructed.
Hearing Xue's command, Xiao Yao Hao moved behind Liu Qing to steady her.
Xue scattered the powder from his hand over Liu Qing's body. In an instant, the powder swiftly surrounded her, forming a colorful protective barrier that tightly enveloped her.
Liu Qing's previously pale face gradually regained a rosy hue, and her transparent form began to solidify. Xiao Yao Hao watched this miraculous scene unfold with joy in his heart.
When the light barrier dissipated, Liu Qing had fully recovered. She opened her eyes and could clearly feel the strength of her soul.
“Thank you, King Yan, for saving my life.” As soon as she opened her eyes, Liu Qing walked straight up to Xue and bowed deeply in gratitude.
“Liu Qing, do you feel any discomfort?” Xiao Yao Hao eagerly took Liu Qing's hand and asked.
Liu Qing smiled down at him and replied, “No, I feel better than ever.”
Hearing Liu Qing's words, Xiao Yao Hao felt a surge of joy and couldn't bear to let go of Liu Qing's hand.
Yao Guang, seeing Liu Qing looking healthy, was also extremely happy.
Xue, watching from the side, suddenly swayed his body.
Yao Guang quickly supported Xue and nervously asked, "Xue, what's wrong?" It was unusual for Xue to suddenly be unable to stand.
Xiao Yao Hao and Liu Qing heard Yao Guang's voice and hurried over.
