In Lin Yi's mind, scenes from just moments ago flashed rapidly. His state felt strange, as if a voice was telling him that the space before him could be torn apart. Without hesitation, he thrust both hands into the void, and in an instant, he found himself plunged into a vibrant world! Moments later, Lin Yi appeared on this island.
Everything seemed slow, but it all happened in the blink of an eye. Just when Lin Yi faced the final life-and-death moment, the invisible barrier that had been blocking him was finally pierced, and he instantly advanced to a Nine Star Level of combat power. At that very moment, his Bestow Unique Ability, Space Tear, emerged.
To escape the lock-on of the Base Laser Cannon was something Lin Yi believed no one had ever achieved before. Under light-speed attacks, it was nearly impossible to evade unless one could sense danger in advance! Yet Lin Yi created a miracle; when he sensed the threat, the Laser Cannon had already fired. He had less than a second to react, and in that fleeting moment, he broke through and tore through space to escape to another location!
Upon reflection, Lin Yi realized he had no idea how to control where he wanted to go! This was undoubtedly terrifying; if he intended to flee from danger but ended up right in its midst, wouldn’t that be like a sheep walking into a tiger's den?
Thinking of this, Lin Yi focused his Consciousness. He soon noticed ripples in the air before him and saw a colorful world unfolding. However, he quickly discovered that within that vibrant realm flowed a peculiar energy that he could feel was lethal!
The energy manifested as a grayish-brown hue, resembling endless streams flowing without end. Lin Yi then released his grip, and the torn space quickly returned to its original state.
Time and space have always been difficult concepts to explain, regardless of how advanced contemporary technology becomes. Now that Lin Yi could tear through space, this bizarre situation was beyond his comprehension.
However, if he wanted to leave successfully now, Lin Yi had no choice but to master his Bestow Unique Ability! He descended carefully; if he remained suspended like this for too long, someone might discover him.
Lin Yi made his way into a nearby forest and pushed against the ground with both hands. A colorful space reappeared before him. This time, however, Lin Yi dared not enter recklessly as before. Instead, he released strands of Psychic Power to probe inside.
With a whoosh, ripples spread through the air as Lin Yi realized that his released Psychic Power had vanished! In that brief moment when it entered the torn space he created, it simply disappeared!
Though Psychic Power was intangible, it was indeed an energy wave that could be sensed! In an instant, Lin Yi expanded his Psychic Power to cover the entire island. Yet still, there was no trace of the vanished Psychic Power!
Lin Yi felt a pang of anxiety. If he couldn't control his Ability properly, it would be better not to use it at all! After pondering for a moment, he picked up a twig and tossed it into the vibrant space.
With a splash sound, Lin Yi watched helplessly as the twig disappeared into those flowing streams. In this situation, he barely had time to see it before losing track of it entirely.
Looking around, Lin Yi spotted a large Banyan Tree not far away with numerous long aerial roots. An idea struck him; with a flick of his hand, a flash of light appeared as most of the Banyan Tree's aerial roots were swiftly severed.
Then Lin Yi connected those roots together one by one until they formed over a thousand meters in length before letting go. He once again tore open space and tossed one end of the root into that colorful realm.
In the next moment, something strange happened. The energy root did not disappear, but it remained completely still. Lin Yi had no choice but to slowly throw all the remaining energy roots into the space, and as soon as he did, they all vanished.
This time, Lin Yi could confirm that if an object only partially entered this space, it would not react at all. Even intangible energies like Psychic Power would be swallowed by this torn space.
However, once something was consumed by the space, even Lin Yi would not be able to locate what had been swallowed! A sense of gloom settled in Lin Yi's heart; if he tore open the space and ended up falling into an erupting volcano, wouldn’t that be a way of self-sabotage?
But right now, the most pressing matter was to contact the other members of the Blood Envoy Mercenary Corps. Lin Yi began to wander around, only to find an abandoned tent nearby, with scattered personal items of both men and women not far away. After a moment of thought, he understood what this place was used for!
At that moment, Lin Yi could no longer afford to hide his strength and instantly radiated all of his Psychic Power!

Lin Yi's astonishment grew as he realized that after breaking through to ten Star Level, his Psychic Power had expanded significantly.
Soon, the range of his Psychic Power reached its previous limit, yet it showed no signs of diminishing and continued to expand.
Although Lin Yi knew that continuing to release his Psychic Power could potentially lead to being locked onto, he couldn’t care less at that moment. After days of frustration, he just wanted to vent freely.
In the next instant, ripples spread across a hundred-kilometer radius around Lin Yi, as if the entire space was being pushed by an invisible force.
At that moment, Lin Yi felt a shift in his heart, followed by a terrifying wave of energy. The next second, two familiar figures appeared before him—one tall and one short.
"Although I don't know how you managed to evade the omnipresent pursuit and end up here, you really are in deep trouble this time!"
The Tall Man hovered in mid-air, hands clasped behind his back, his Psychic Power firmly locking onto Lin Yi. He relished the feeling of being above it all, watching as those below begged for his mercy like ants at his feet.
This was the sensation of a god, and the power that only a god could wield.
"You all are quite persistent. It seems you are determined to kill me this time?" Lin Yi quietly retracted his Psychic Power, every muscle in his body tense.
Although his combat strength had risen to Nine Star Level and his Psychic Power had broken through to Ten Star Level, facing two genuine Ten-Star Masters left him with little confidence in overcoming them. Despite having a trump card at this moment, he regrettably did not know how to utilize it!
If he were to tear open space and end up in an even more terrifying place, it might indeed be more advantageous to confront these two directly.
"Of course, between humans and Zombies, only one side can survive. You are a Zombie, so we naturally must kill you!" The Short Man subtly changed direction and moved to Lin Yi's other side, the two of them forming a faint encirclement.
Anyone who could break through to Ten-Star Combat Power was no fool; they understood that someone capable of evading the Base Laser Cannon's strike possessed strength far beyond what appeared on the surface.
"Haha, I'm not foolish either. You know the reason well enough; before I die, I want to know who exactly wants me dead!" Although Lin Yi was aware that his chances of escaping were high, he didn't mind temporarily feigning weakness.
At the very least, he needed to understand whose interests he had touched upon that warranted such extreme measures to eliminate him!
"There are many who wish to kill you, but few who can actually do it. If you want to know, go ask the devil in hell yourself!" The tall Ten-Star Master shuddered at the thought of the pressure he felt from that individual and immediately charged forward, intending to slay Lin Yi in one fell swoop!
With a whoosh, the Tall Man instantly appeared beside Lin Yi, wielding a golden spear formed from condensed energy aimed directly at Lin Yi's forehead!
This time he unleashed all his power; there could be no room for error!
In the next moment, the Tall Man's face was filled with astonishment as he found himself stabbing only at an illusion; the real Lin Yi had already vanished without a trace!
Unlike last time, this time the Tall Man discovered that after encountering the illusion, he could no longer find any sign of Lin Yi!
Panic surged within him. Without hesitation, he spun violently on the spot, his spear slicing through the air with such force that it seemed ready to tear apart everything around him.
The area surrounding Tall Man was filled with a resonating sound, disturbed by a wave of energy that surged through the air.
Suddenly, Tall Man felt a chilling light pierce down from above, sending a shiver through him as if he had plunged into the coldest depths of Antarctica.
In that moment, he even sensed the threat of death looming over him.
However, he was ultimately a Super Expert with Ten-Star Combat Power. Without hesitation, he retracted all his strength and pushed forcefully upward toward the source of the threat.
"Too late!"
With a fierce shout, an intense wave of energy descended, its power overwhelming as if it could split the ground itself.
At that moment, Tall Man caught a glimpse of Lin Yi, who had somehow floated above him, radiating a dazzling light from his hand.
The light was a concentrated form of energy, taking on the shape of a blade with a chilling gleam. Just one glance at it felt like being pricked by needles!
How could this be possible? The ability to fly belonged to those above Star Level Nine; how could he have mastered it? Tall Man's heart screamed in disbelief. He didn't want to accept this reality, yet he had no choice but to confront it.
At that moment, this man who once regarded human life as worthless felt the threat of death for the first time. If Lin Yi, with Eight-Star Combat Power, could easily slay experts at Star Level Nine, then now that he had reached Star Level Nine himself, did he possess the ability to kill a Ten-Star Master?
