Mu Xuanche took advantage of Yaoji's momentary distraction to use his knife as a hidden weapon, and it proved to be highly effective.
It wasn't long before Yaoji fell dead at Mu Xuanche's hands, his eyes still wide open, staring in our direction, fixated on me and Shangguan Chenxi.
With Yaoji gone, only Qian Yong remained. The moment he saw Yaoji's death, his fighting spirit seemed to evaporate. He made a few hasty attempts to defend himself but was soon pierced through the heart by Bai Qiling, collapsing to the ground.
I rushed forward and embraced Mu Xuanche, my heart aching as I looked at his injured body. "I'm sorry, it's all my fault. If it weren't for me, you wouldn't have been distracted and wouldn't have gotten hurt."
Mu Xuanche smiled at me affectionately, gently stroking my hair. "I don't blame you. Without my spiritual power, I could only rely on my martial skills to deal with those two. It was inevitable that I would get hurt; one person can't fight against four hands."
I fell silent, my heart heavy as I gazed at Mu Xuanche's wounds, quietly blaming myself. No matter what happened, I could never forgive myself for Mu Xuanche getting hurt.

Hearing this made me realize that there were surveillance cameras installed in the courtyard; all our actions had been clearly seen by Xun Lao and Shangguan Jinhong.
Xun Lao is truly cunning and deep-minded.
Xun Lao led us back to the building.
Mu Xuanche was the first to speak, his voice cold as he said, "What does Xun Lao mean by this? There must have been something wrong with last night's meal. Since the game is over, hurry up and lift the constraints on our spiritual power!"
Mu Xuanche's words felt like ice, directly lowering the temperature in the air.
