Early in the morning, I woke up to find the space beside me empty. A sudden sense of emptiness washed over me when I realized he was not there. My heart tightened, and I turned over, preparing to look for him.
I heard his voice outside the door, instantly calming my nerves. He was talking with Bai Qiling. To avoid disturbing them, I obediently sat on the bed and waited.

I felt embarrassed and remained silent.
