It was rare to encounter such a wild ghost; there was no way I would let it go so easily.
However, the ghost was quite clever. As soon as it saw me pull out a Spirit Binding Talisman, it darted away.
With no other choice, I had to release the treasure from within my gourd. Ever since Mu Xuanche brought it back last time, I noticed it had grown significantly stronger, making it just the right time to put it to use.
I lit an incense stick in front of the treasure to entice it.

Principal Chen pondered for a moment before cautiously asking, "Is this matter serious?"

"It was introduced by a leader from the Education Department, a Master Cao who set this up for me," he explained.
Master Cao. I had always thought it was Shangguan Zili; it seemed the Cult of Spirits had deep roots indeed.
"Where is this Master Cao now?" I pressed on.
Principal Chen shook his head, indicating he didn't know either.
I hadn't expected to find the person behind this setup. If I could locate someone from the Cult of Spirits so easily, that would be truly strange.
"Principal, can you tell me if there are any other places in the school that have been altered besides those two locations?"
Suddenly, Principal Chen stood up, slapping his thigh.
"Right! My office! That Master Cao said the feng shui in my office was bad. He claimed that if he changed offices, I would be promoted and become wealthy!"
After saying this, Principal Chen awkwardly lowered his head.
"Let's go check your office," I suggested.
When I arrived at Principal Chen's office, standing at the door, I was pulled back by Shangguan Mingyue, who told me to wait and let Principal Chen open the door first. She then entered, leaving me outside, and I didn't understand her intentions.
I felt a strange pull from the principal's office, urging me to go in.
