Yan Yangzi kicked towards my ankle, but I stood still and looked at him, saying, "As a mere early-stage Divine Transformation Realm cultivator, do you think this is appropriate?" 0

Although I was also at the early stage of the Divine Transformation Realm, I possessed the Taoist Sacred Body, and my Qi Sea was far more vast than Yan Yangzi's. His kick on my ankle felt like nothing more than a mosquito bite. 0

Yan Yangzi frowned and signaled his disciples to step forward. "Force this madman's mouth open and cut off his tongue. Let's see how tough he can be!" 0

Two disciples from the Kongtong Sect stepped forward, ready to act. Suddenly, a gust of wind rushed past my ears as two stones flew from either side of my face, piercing through the skulls of the two disciples. They fell to the ground, dead without a doubt. 0

"Who dares to harm my Kongtong Sect disciples?" Yan Yangzi shouted angrily, looking up towards the gorge. 0

Standing above the gorge was a young man in purple robes with white hair, carrying five long swords on his back—Dongfang Yuqing. 0

Wudang's Third Disciple, Lu Yan, looked up at Dongfang Yuqing standing above the gorge and said, "I wondered who it was. You truly chose the wrong path to walk into hell. Earlier, I heard from the Outer Sect that a young man with five swords on his back attacked them alongside someone named Yang Hao. I thought he must be some divine figure." 0

Dongfang Yuqing did not refute Lu Yan's words; he glanced at him expressionlessly before turning to me and asking, "If you are not immobilized, why aren't you making a move?" 0

"Not immobilized?" Everyone furrowed their brows as they looked at me standing still. I smiled and replied, "I just wanted to see what they intended to do. I can't go around killing people for no reason, can I?" 0

In reality, Lu Yan's Silver Needle had indeed sealed the acupoint at the back of my neck. There is an acupoint that connects to the cervical nerves; once sealed, a person cannot move. However, having read tens of thousands of Taoist classics through the Martial Dao Classic and being familiar with their applications, while I may not possess any extraordinary cultivation methods, I am well-versed in fundamental knowledge. The human body's meridians consist of over a thousand acupoints—three hundred sixty-five major acupoints and seventy-two hidden ones, along with thirty-six extraordinary meridians that are difficult to see with the naked eye. No one can fully unlock them in their lifetime. Among the myriad Taoist texts discussing acupoints, there are hundreds of classic medicinal texts that I have learned and understood thoroughly. Thus, when my acupoint was sealed at that moment, I began to shift it slightly; within three breaths' time, I could break free from the immobilization. 0

"Master, let me kill this madman!" The eldest disciple of Kongtong Sect drew his long sword from his waist and thrust it towards my throat. I gripped the Sword Body tightly; with a forceful twist of my wrist, the long sword snapped in two, its tip piercing into the heart of the Kongtong disciple. 0

I shook my head and said, "Simply pathetic." 0

"Thief! Die!" An elder from Kongtong Sect launched a sneak attack from behind. Dongfang Yuqing raised a finger while standing above the gorge; suddenly, a sword in one of Kongtong's disciples' hands flew out of its sheath and pierced through the elder's throat. 0

The remaining disciples were terrified by this sight and turned their gazes towards the Kongtong Sect leader and Wudang's Third Disciple Lu Yan. 0

Kongtong Sect Master Yan Yangzi looked at Lu Yan and said, "Yan'er, why aren't you taking action to kill these two madmen?" 0

Lu Yan disdainfully replied to Yan Yangzi, "Even though you are my uncle and we share some blood relation, that doesn't mean you can hold me back. The upper echelons of Wudang have long been dissatisfied with Kongtong's dependence." 0

"Lu Yan, you heartless wretch! You are worse than a beast! Everyone, attack!" Yan Yangzi roared as he charged at me with his sword. 0

The Silver Needle embedded in the back of my neck flew out on its own, blinding one of Yan Yangzi's eyes. 0

Yan Yangzi screamed in agony while the crowd that had rushed behind me halted in their tracks. 0

I looked at Yan Yangzi and said, "You haven't learned much skill, but your voice is quite loud. Kongtong Sect has been a thousand-year-old sect; its founder, Feihongzi, was a hero in his time, and a century ago, Yan Feixia was considered a big shot in the Daoist Sect. But in your generation, you truly are like mud that can't be molded. I won't comment on how the disciples in your sect are doing; you yourself are just a worthless bully relying on others. It's truly pathetic to blame others for your shortcomings." 0

As I spoke, my Dao Qi controlled the Silver Needle in Yan Yangzi's eye, piercing through his brain. He kicked his legs and clutched his head in pain before dying. 0

Behind me, many disciples of the Kongtong Sect stood expressionless. The Kongtong Second Disciple, hiding to the side, was so frightened that he lost control of himself. When he saw me looking at him, he shook his head and cried out, "Please don't kill me, Senior Brother Lu! For the sake of my respect for you, save me!" 0

"I already gave you a chance. Knowing full well that you can't provoke me, you still sought unreliable support to stir up trouble again. Be smarter in your next life," I said coldly. With a flick of my finger, one of the Kongtong disciples suddenly plunged his sword into the back of the Kongtong Second Disciple. 0

"That was quite a move," Lu Yan clapped his hands and said without a hint of fear on his face. "I didn't expect you to be a Puppet Master." 0

Behind me, everyone was under the control of nearly invisible Silver Threads. I moved both hands simultaneously, and everyone surged toward Lu Yan. He stood still as his treasured sword unsheathed; with one sweep, sword energy surged like a startled phoenix, severing limbs and scattering body parts. The Silver Threads retracted from my fingertips; some people regained consciousness and let out terrified screams before quickly losing their vitality. 0

I remarked, "From the fluctuations of your Dao Qi, it seems you're at the late stage of the Divine Transformation Realm, slightly stronger than me. You're also known as the third famous sword of Wudang. But I wonder if you have any real skills." 0

Lu Yan looked at me with pride and said, "Killing you would be effortless; however, I want you to watch because you can't wield a sword." 0

He then turned to look at the expressionless Dongfang Yuqing above the gorge. Dongfang Yuqing replied, "You don't even have the qualifications to make me draw my sword." 0

These words infuriated Lu Yan; he attacked Dongfang Yuqing with his sword and shouted, "Having many swords doesn't mean you're strong! I want to see what skills you really possess!" 0

Dongfang Yuqing watched as Lü Yan approached, his expression calm. The loose purple robe billowed in the strong wind above the Gorge, and as his white hair danced, he dodged Lü Yan's thrusting sword and sidestepped to deliver a palm strike to Lü Yan's chest. 0

Lü Yan retreated, pushing off against the other side of the Gorge, and shouted, "Draw your sword!" 0

A green sword with shimmering emerald scales slashed toward Dongfang Yuqing. The sword's energy forced Dongfang Yuqing to leap aside. As he flew backward, he reached out and broke off a branch from a wild peach tree growing above the Gorge. 0

Lü Yan felt a deep sense of humiliation. The sword light flared as he secretly activated his sword technique. Pointing his long sword at Dongfang Yuqing, a dragon's roar echoed, and a streak of blue sword light shot toward Dongfang Yuqing like a flying dragon. 0

Dongfang Yuqing frowned. With the peach branch in hand, he spun it to create a dazzling flower of sword energy that blocked Lü Yan's attack. However, once he landed, the branch snapped at its root. 0

Dongfang Yuqing sighed and said, "It seems that in this competition among peers, the third famous sword of the Wudang Disciple still has some merit." 0

"Azure Dragon Slash!" Upon hearing Dongfang Yuqing's sigh, Lü Yan leaped into the air, tilting his body as the sword light swirled around him, carving out a blue dragon-shaped sword energy that even revealed azure scales within it! 0

The Azure Dragon roared in fury, sending all vegetation and stones above the Gorge flying. Dongfang Yuqing furrowed his brow as he gazed at the roaring Azure Dragon. His white hair whipped wildly behind him as he flicked his finger; from behind him, five swords emerged, with the Azure Longsword ringing as it was drawn. 0

The Azure Sword flew into Dongfang Yuqing's hand. He stepped forward with his right foot and thrust the sword through the azure dragon's sword energy toward the front. 0

The Azure Dragon's Light Shadow abruptly halted. Lü Yan looked down at his heart area; there was an almost invisible cut on his Daoist robe. Touching it with his hand revealed blood seeping out. 0

"Sword energy pierced my heart! How could you master my Wudang's Ultimate Technique?" Lü Yan looked at Dongfang Yuqing, who appeared uninterested, and asked painfully. 0

Dongfang Yuqing retracted the azure longsword without replying and flew toward another direction of the Gorge, not sparing Lü Yan a glance. 0

Lü Yan attempted to pursue but stumbled forward instead. His heart had been pierced through; life force rapidly dissipated. He murmured to himself, "Wudang’s Azure Dragon Slash... I have trained for twenty years to master this famous sword and achieve unity with it. He can't possibly have mastered all five swords; what was that heart-piercing sword energy just now?" 0

"Wudang’s famous swords are truly overrated; they dare to claim fame without even recognizing their own Sword Technique. The Eastern Yi Wood is known as Azure Dragon; Azure Dragon Slash comes from it—understand it or not is up to you." Dongfang Yuqing's voice drifted back from afar. 0

"So it's Five Elements Sword Technique... no wonder! You are the young master of Sword Pavilion." With that, Lü Yan's head fell to the ground as he silently passed away. 0

I leaped above the Gorge, watching the distant figure of Dongfang Yuqing as I shouted, "Dongfang Yuqing, are you the son of Dongfang Jiu?" 0

I had a grudge against Dongfang Jiu, and this Dongfang Yuqing not only bore some resemblance to him but also shared the same surname. I should have anticipated this possible connection. 0

In that moment, the friendship I had unconsciously built with Dongfang Yuqing crumbled in my heart, and I lost all desire to befriend him. Dongfang Yuqing did not turn back upon hearing my words; after a while, his voice drifted back from afar, "He is he, I am I. Please do not confuse me with Dongfang Jiu, and do not associate me with Sword Pavilion. If you wish to use me to climb up Sword Pavilion's ranks, that's impossible. If you have a grudge against Sword Pavilion, settle it yourself; it has nothing to do with me. I have already repaid what I owed you last night." 0

His tone was cold and serious, devoid of any emotion, which reminded me of Yunxi, who had already left my side. 0

"Five Elements Sword Technique?" I frowned. "Isn't it said to be lost?" 0

Rumor had it that the Five Elements Sword Technique was the most difficult sword technique in Daoist Sect's repertoire because practitioners needed to possess all five elements—metal, wood, water, fire, and earth—and excel in them. Those who practiced the Five Elements Sword Technique had to be extraordinarily intelligent and level-headed since the transitions between the five elements required immense effort. The second element, third element, fourth element—many combinations of sword techniques made it nearly impossible for an average person to master. Even if they tried, they would struggle throughout their lives without achieving anything significant. 0

Years ago, a Sword Saint named Miao Zhong from Emei Sect claimed to have seen fragments of the Five Elements Sword Technique. Even he shook his head at its complexity. Moreover, among the top five manuals in Sword Pavilion's collection, it seemed that none contained the Five Elements Sword Technique. Dongfang Yuqing did not deny being Dongfang Jiu's son but clearly distanced himself from both Dongfang Jiu and Sword Pavilion as if he did not want to hear anyone mention them. 0

I sighed; every family has its own difficulties. I had mine; Yunxi had hers; even Dongfang Yuqing had his burdens. My Yang Family might also be responsible for the poison that harmed me back then, sacrificing collateral bloodlines for the sake of maintaining the primary lineage's interests. 0

I walked toward the place where Song Qianqiu and the others had disappeared, probing with my hand for any anomalies behind the mountain. Then I struck out with a punch, creating a large hole in the mountainside. 0

The cave was pitch black, yet I could see clearly within. I stepped into the cave and quickly moved deeper inside; I needed to find out what Song Qianqiu and the others were up to. 0
