Christopher's mad and bizarre behavior plunged Ethan's mind into chaos and fear. He couldn't remain calm, feeling his sanity eroded by the strange scene before him. The eerie sounds and the cold hands wrapping around his legs seemed to summon something hidden deep within the darkness. 0

"You’re lying to me..." Christopher whispered again, his voice low and distorted, as if accusing Ethan of some unforgivable crime. 0

Ethan's heart raced, his breath quickened. The Christopher before him was no longer the normal patient he once knew; he had transformed into a being completely consumed by madness, grotesque to the extreme. The thick bandages wrapped around his face made him look like a cursed ghost, wandering recklessly in the shadows. Those hands continued to explore Ethan's legs, appearing stiff and lifeless, like fingers of a corpse devoid of sensation. 0

"No... stop!" Ethan cried out in terror, instinctively stepping back, trying to distance himself from this bizarre entity. But his steps were unsteady, too frantic; his heel suddenly collided with the coffee table behind him. 0

"Crash!" The vase on the table toppled over, hitting the ground with a sharp shatter, shards scattering everywhere. The sound echoed in the silent room like a warning bell, striking hard at Ethan's heart. He lost his balance and stumbled, falling to the floor as his palms scraped against the cold surface, pain radiating through him. 0

The fear within Ethan reached its peak as he stared wide-eyed at Christopher, as if trapped in an inescapable nightmare. Christopher's bandaged face revealed no expression; his eyes seemed completely obscured, yet he advanced step by step toward Ethan like a monster hunting its prey in the dark. 0

Christopher's trench coat swayed slightly with each movement, and with every step he took closer, his form appeared increasingly grotesque. His body seemed more twisted than usual, like some creature corrupted by darkness, harboring unfathomable evil. Each step brought an oppressive silence that felt like an unseen predator searching for its fleeing quarry. 0

"Christopher, stop!" Ethan's voice trembled as he clutched the floor tightly, desperate to rise but feeling as if fear had drained all strength from his legs, rendering him immobile. 0

Christopher's bandaged face turned blindly in the air, attempting to locate Ethan’s direction. His hands still rose uncontrollably like a puppet gone awry, searching for something as they slowly and bizarrely reached toward Ethan. The entire room was filled with suffocating terror and silent despair; Ethan felt trapped in a strange nightmare with no way out. 0

The heavy breathing that accompanied Christopher’s approach made Ethan tremble all over, his heart racing wildly. He couldn't tear his gaze away from Christopher; everything before him was so bizarre it nearly suffocated him. He sensed that this was not merely a mental breakdown but something deeper—a darkness pulling him step by step into an unknown abyss. 0

Suddenly, Christopher seemed to sense Ethan’s presence; his movements quickened as if he had found his target in the dark. He abruptly dropped to the ground, limbs spread wide like a monster, crawling frantically toward Ethan. Frozen in place, Ethan watched this bizarre and frenzied act unfold before him, overwhelmed by fear and confusion. 0

"Look at my face!" Christopher howled with bared teeth, his voice sounding as if it came from the depths of hell—filled with madness and rage. Ethan felt that voice penetrate his eardrums, stripping away what little sanity he had left. As Christopher screamed and crawled rapidly beside Ethan, he lunged forward suddenly like a ferocious beast. 0

"Get away! Don't come near me!" Ethan shouted in fear, his voice trembling as he struggled with all his might to push away this bizarre presence. However, Christopher's strength was overwhelming; he sat heavily on Ethan's stomach like an unmovable stone, leaving Ethan gasping for air. 0

Ethan's eyes widened, his heart racing as he felt the pressure on his chest nearly suffocating him. Christopher's face was still wrapped in bandages, but his contorted body pressed down on Ethan, and his gaze revealed a mad hatred. 0

"You lied to me... You can't see my true self!" Christopher's voice was low and distorted, accompanied by heavy breaths, as if announcing some impending horror. He suddenly tore at the bandages on his face with brutal determination, as if forcing Ethan to confront an unavoidable truth. 0

Layer after layer of bandages were ripped away, and as the last piece of gauze was stripped off, a horrifying face appeared before Ethan—this was not an ordinary face but a terrifying visage marred by deep scars. In an instant, Ethan felt his mind go blank, all rational thought obliterated by the sight of that bloodied face. 0

Christopher's face was grotesquely torn apart, skin seemingly ripped away violently, exposing raw blood vessels and fascia. The wounds were deep and fresh, with blood still oozing and claw marks visible everywhere. Most horrifying of all was how the flesh seemed to hang loosely from his face; some pieces were even drooping, as if they could fall off at any moment, creating an utterly terrifying sight. 0

Ethan stared in terror, engulfed in an indescribable fear. Christopher's face drew closer to him, the stench of blood assaulting Ethan's senses and nearly making him gag. That face twisted in agony and rage seemed filled with a malevolence that transcended humanity. 0

"Look closely! Look at my face!" Christopher screamed hoarsely at Ethan, his frenzied eyes nearly consuming him. His hands clawed at Ethan desperately, forcing his blood-soaked visage against Ethan’s own face, compelling him to confront this ruined countenance. 0

"No! Get away!" Ethan screamed in terror, trying to break free but realizing he couldn't move at all. He felt an unbearable weight pinning him down, as if a massive stone sat on his chest, making it impossible to breathe. Christopher's twisted and broken face loomed ever closer, filled with the scent of death and despair. 0

Foul-smelling slime mixed with thick blood dripped continuously from Christopher's face onto Ethan. The sticky liquid carried a nauseating stench reminiscent of blood and pus oozing from a decaying corpse. In an instant, Ethan felt his stomach churn; the putrid smell and the slimy texture threatened to overwhelm him as waves of nausea surged through his throat. 0

Christopher howled madly, his distorted face drawing nearer still, his voice sounding like a roar from hell. The sight of his blood-streaked face with its drooping flesh triggered memories of his childhood—of Grandma’s rotting corpse after her death—a horrific vision of decay flooding back into his mind. The world around Ethan began to spin; acid rose in his stomach as fear and disgust intertwined into an unbearable pressure. 0

"No... no!" Ethan gasped for breath; the acid surged up to his throat, almost making him vomit. He struggled desperately as his vision blurred; it felt as though he was about to be completely consumed by this repulsive scene. Just when he was on the brink of collapse, a dull thud suddenly shattered the eerie silence. 0

"Bang!" Christopher let out a muffled grunt as he lost control and toppled sideways, crashing heavily onto the floor. Ethan's eyes widened in shock as he gasped for air; before he could process what had happened, he saw Becky standing beside him, holding up a chair with a pale but determined expression in her eyes. 0

"Doctor, are you okay?" Becky's voice trembled, clearly shaken by the horrifying scene they had just witnessed, but she forced herself to steady her emotions. Her chest heaved violently, revealing the fear and pressure she had felt in that moment. 0

Ethan remained on the ground, his face smeared with blood and a foul liquid. He was engulfed in extreme fear and exhaustion. Struggling to prop himself up, he gazed vacantly at Christopher, who lay on the floor. The face was still terrifying, but it had lost the earlier frenzy. 0
