The medical room was established directly within the factory workshop to ensure that personnel could receive treatment as quickly as possible in case of an emergency. Matsushima Riko did not stay on site; she was not skilled in emergency repairs, and rather than standing by helplessly, she decided to personally guide An Xiaotian, who was unfamiliar with the route. However, she underestimated An Xiaotian's physical capabilities. After taking the horizontal elevator out of the factory, she could not keep up with An Xiaotian's running speed, forcing him to stop and wait for her.
"Wait a moment!" Matsushima gasped, resting her hands on her knees. "Hero, I... I really can't keep up. I've uploaded the map to your phone. I'll notify the rapid Security Team to fully cooperate with you!"
An Xiaotian confirmed the map information; it provided a three-dimensional display, clearly marking who lived in each building and on every floor. Colonel Gao's living quarters were located in the 02 office building on the eighth floor, three hundred meters north of the command tower. The rapid Security Team proactively contacted An Xiaotian and immediately sealed off all entrances and exits to the 02 office building and its surroundings at his request.
"Captain of The Celestial Warriors, it's an honor to meet you!" Outside the blockade line, the base's rapid Security Team commander saluted An Xiaotian and introduced himself. "We are the only Armed Police unit at Center 749, specifically responsible for internal security."
"Since that's the case, I believe you will impress me," An Xiaotian replied, locking eyes with the Security Team commander, noticing his bright gaze. "You look quite young; although you must be a few years older than me, may I ask your name?"
"Wu Xiaolong, a member of the 'Spark' special forces squad from Military Base in City S." Wu Xiaolong saluted An Xiaotian again. "I am a survivor of that great battle. After your alliance was established and made public, the name Superhero Alliance fell upon my current special forces squad. It is an honor to inherit the mission of heroes; please accept my highest respect."
Ten minutes later, the entire 749 Reaction Center was under lockdown. Although it was just an explosion, with past incidents involving the Satellite Bureau in mind, the command level realized that there might be internal humans infiltrating the center. This location was crucial for implementing the Southern Gate plan; if secrets were discovered by enemies, human defenses would be severely compromised, making the situation very serious. Both An Xiaotian and Lu Sha had their instincts pointing towards the "very strange" Major Gao Ling, but there was no concrete evidence—just as previous officers had said, they had been unable to find proof of his corrupt practices for three years.
After assisting General Jiang with the medical team, An Xiaotian inquired about Lu Sha's situation over the squad channel. "The general is undergoing surgery now; we can trust the doctors from here on."
In disbelief from those around her, Lu Sha picked up a piece of still-hot energy storage chamber debris without any protective gear and placed it on an AI analysis platform for scanning. The repair team needed to know the specific chemical damage to the machinery but no one dared approach materials that had just been involved in an explosion—only Lu Sha had the courage to try it out. Despite her fingers healing instantly, her expression showed that she had been burned badly; after dropping the fragment, she shook her hands and replied to An Xiaotian, "Understood."
Lu Sha received orders to return near the medical room and ensure that surgery proceeded safely while providing full cooperation if needed. An Xiaotian trusted her and hoped that his past would not repeat itself. On his side, without evidence or a unified suspect among them, everyone felt helpless in this situation. A few members of the Security Team began chatting quietly about mundane topics; it was nearing midnight when they should have been free to rest.
"The visibility is low at night; there's a greater chance of suspects escaping—don't let your guard down!" Wu Xiaolong could only remind them one by one from behind while hoping that An Xiaotian could find some useful help through communication.
"If that's the case, we can basically conclude that the impersonators are nearby because their activities are organized; any evidence detrimental to their actions has long been swallowed by these rats." On the other side of video communication sat Jiao An, Qin Weishan, and Liu Xuan in front of them while Liang Muqi and Wen Yue City were busy behind them with what seemed like Qin Weishan's mechanical gauntlets.
"Do you have any recorded features of Wang Hao—the impersonator we previously captured? Perhaps I can think of a way."

Watching several Earthlings frantically trying to find a solution, Wen Yue City paused his work and turned around only to collide with Liu Xuan's gaze—except it wasn't Liu Xuan; a moonlight-colored eye on his left was staring intently at him.

Wen Yue City hurriedly ran outside and sat down at a corner of the corridor, clutching his chest as he gasped for breath. He was certain that Inner Beings' New King Nars was among those Earthlings present but neither side dared speak out due to their unity. As an ordinary soldier among internal humans while facing his arch-nemesis leader—the God of War—who appeared before him daily felt like death looming nearby but never striking made Wen Yue City increasingly feel fear and collapse.
"How much longer are you going to hide?"
A clear voice echoed from down the corridor along with approaching footsteps; Wen Yue City's fear peaked as he quickly got up to head downstairs. However, as he reached for the stairs' Voice-controlled light activated unexpectedly—Nars' avatar blocked his path!
"Ah! Ah!" Wen Yue City's legs went weak as he knelt before Nars' avatar pleadingly. "My lord! I'm just a soldier following orders; I've never killed anyone! Really! I was just temporarily assigned on Kumul—please spare me! I want to go home and see my parents..."
"Wen Yue City! What are you doing?" It wasn't Nars who arrived but Liang Muqi who struggled greatly to get emotional Wen Yue City back on his feet.
"Enough Nars; don't scare him anymore."
After Liu Xuan's voice faded away, Qin Weishan and Liu Xuan followed closely behind while Jiao An remained at video front maintaining communication. Even if Nars didn't clarify Wen Yue City's identity directly, everyone could infer: The concept of String Energy might relate to Liang Muqi; however, how could he possibly know about Judgment Day's coordinates? Thus everyone's attention had long since shifted onto this taciturn man who only followed Liang Muqi’s lead. Nars had been monitoring Wen Yue City all along but found that this impersonator hadn't done anything dangerous—instead his cooperation with Liang Muqi was quite seamless; many applications of String Energy technology were shared through electronic data he disclosed to Nars and Liang Muqi.
Liang Muqi helped the still-shaken Wen Yue City to his feet. Facing their gazes, he helplessly said, "Yue City is not a bad person; please don't misunderstand. Although he is disguised as an Internal Human, he has helped me a lot. We have relied on each other for years. If he wanted to kill me, he would have done it long ago."
"We all understand that, but not everyone can let go of their prejudices," Liu Xuan's personality shifted to Nars. The Time Portal connection device on his arm began to glow more intensely as he stepped forward, pointing at Wen Yue City with righteous indignation. "As the leader, how could I forget what you have done to our homeland? Moreover, you appeared here as an invader on my newly rebuilt planet!"
"Be rational, Nars!" Liang Muqi shielded Wen Yue City behind him. "The grievances of civilization cannot be imposed on individuals! The civilization that Yue City was born into is not his fault; the key is that he is a good seed! Can’t all his silent contributions prove that?"
Nars's expression twisted visibly, and finally, he punched the railing beside him before turning and striding away.
"Liu Xuan, talk to him," Qin Weishan urged as he caught up, returning to stand behind Jiao An. "I won't comment on anything else, but at least Liang Muqi's words are indeed reasonable."
"Reasonable, yes," Liu Xuan replied, turning around with eyes now completely transformed into a moonlight hue. He looked at Qin Weishan and said, "If you were in my position as a deposed king collaborating with the invaders' subordinates, could you accept it?"
"I understand; as a Chinese person, how could I not?" Qin Weishan's speaking style reflected his unwavering combat principles. "But now they are back—same scene, same significance. A similar yesterday has happened today. This is an opportunity to redefine the fate of our homeland. Will you choose to evade or face it again? Are you willing to fight once more for your regrets?"

"Then you should make every possible concession for this aspiration!"
As Nars seemed ready to argue with Qin Weishan, Liu Xuan quickly intervened, leaning back and nearly knocking over the Newton's cradle on the desk. His eyes returned to their human form as he lowered his head in melancholy, blinking uncontrollably.

This meant that Internal Humans had been observing their Superhero Alliance since its formation.
"What is the purpose of this plan?" Jiao An pressed further while An Xiaotian also watched Wen Yue City in the office.
"Know yourself and know your enemy," Wen Yue City answered succinctly. "During the civil war, we implemented an identical plan against Inner Beings; it just went undetected."
"So they are fully aware of our existence?" Qin Weishan felt an invisible pressure mounting. "Including our abilities and characteristics—they must have researched us."
"I can't say for sure about that, but one thing I can confirm is that since Xiu Sha's defeat, the Emperor's view of Vamulel has changed significantly. He originally did not emphasize our importance because he would habitually place several infiltrators on any civilized planet. However, over the past two years, his attitude towards us has been entirely different. Emperor Ban Sa is also a strategist skilled in long-term covert observation and striking weaknesses; his subordinates will surely create targeted weapons and strategies based on intelligence from 'familiar' sources. Currently, I only know one strategy: they have formulated a specialized biochemistry formula based on human biological data collected over recent years."
"Biochemistry weapons?!" Qin Weishan slammed his hand down in outrage. "How dare you call yourselves a higher civilization? This is nothing short of planning a massacre!"
"It’s not a massacre," Jiao An coldly glared at Wen Yue City. "This is extermination."
"I feel deeply ashamed of my identity," Wen Yue City half-kneeled on the ground this time in front of Liang Muqi. "But please believe me; I will fight alongside Liang and all of you until the very last moment."
