I felt a tremor in my brows, yet I did not withdraw. The clay figure was the same; two daggers were simultaneously plunged into Zongzi's body. In that instant, the poison surged like tidal waters, creeping up the blades toward the wooden handles. Just as it reached our hands, it felt as if we were burned by a red-hot iron, and we quickly pulled back.
"There's blood!" I exclaimed in surprise.
The clay figure swiftly adjusted its stance, its gaze fixed on Zongzi's body. I saw two dark wounds where our daggers had pierced, from which a small amount of bright red blood flowed. But it was very little—this was Zongzi's Heart's Blood.
At that moment, Zongzi remained still. After waiting for a while, I decided to be less courteous. Taking a deep breath, I moved closer to Zongzi with a dagger in hand.
Zongzi's blood began to drip onto the ground. I took out a plastic bottle and placed it beneath Zongzi's corpse. The first drop of blood fell into the bottle under my watchful eye. I felt a surge of excitement, my vigilance easing considerably. The second drop, the third...

In no time, my arm was marked with five distinct claw marks, and a burning pain shot through my nerves to my brain. At that moment, I couldn't think of anything else but to get away from here. As I stepped back, I stumbled after just a few paces; my footing faltered and I nearly fell over, feeling dizzy.
One hand braced against the wall while the other clutched the plastic bottle.
I sensed my consciousness fading slowly. In a haze, I felt like someone was fighting nearby when suddenly darkness rushed in around me. My head grew heavy, and I slipped into unconsciousness.
Where am I? It feels familiar. A thought suddenly surfaced in my mind. Looking at everything before me—Long Bridge, cliffs...
I seemed to have seen this place before but couldn't recall where exactly. Everything looked vaguely familiar yet strangely unfamiliar at the same time. In the dim light, I finally discerned my surroundings: Long Bridge was constructed of iron cables and wooden planks, but the railings were intricately carved.
As I looked down from the cliff, I couldn't help but gasp in shock. A chill swept through my body, and I shivered involuntarily, quickly retracting my body. Damn, this is too high! I couldn't see the bottom at all, and considering I had a fear of heights, it was even more daunting.
What kind of place is this? It's truly strange!
After surveying my surroundings for a moment, suddenly, a strong light burst forth from across the Long Bridge, especially striking compared to the dim light here.
From my position on this side of the Long Bridge, I couldn't make out what it was. Driven by curiosity, I stepped onto the Long Bridge. As soon as one foot landed on it, the iron cables of the Long Bridge swayed slightly. I tested its stability with my foot before placing my other foot on it as well.
