I told Captain Wu about the scene I had witnessed that day. 0

Captain Wu was very excited, saying that this matter was almost resolved; as long as we found the strange man, everything would be settled. 0

Uncle Tiger, standing nearby, remained silent, his expression serious as if he were deep in thought. I glanced at Uncle Tiger and told Captain Wu that this might not be easy because the man was no ordinary person but rather a Mountain Demon. 0

Captain Wu was taken aback, clearly not expecting this outcome. The atmosphere suddenly became awkward, with everyone staring at each other in silence. I felt a bit embarrassed and coughed lightly. At that moment, Uncle Tiger suddenly asked Captain Wu what common traits the victimized girls had, so they could lure out the Mountain Demon. 0

Captain Wu scratched his head and asked us to wait in the hospital while he went back to retrieve the victims' information. After saying that, he returned to the police station. 0

Once Captain Wu left, Uncle Tiger and I naturally exited the victim's room. In the hallway, Uncle Tiger suddenly stopped and asked if I regretted it. 0

I didn’t understand what Uncle Tiger meant. He smiled strangely but didn’t elaborate further. Back in the room, Uncle Tiger and I chatted for a while before we both fell asleep on the sofa. 0

Early in the morning, Chen Ming burst into the room, his face covered in sweat. He pulled me up from the sofa and said, "Wang Niu, something terrible has happened." 0

I rubbed my eyes, still half-asleep. Chen Ming was frantic, shouting in my ear, "The victim's daughter is dying!" 0

In an instant, it felt like a bucket of cold water had been poured over me; I woke up immediately and hurriedly asked Chen Ming what was going on. At the same time, Uncle Tiger was also stirred awake by Chen Ming's commotion. 0

Chen Ming gave Uncle Tiger an awkward smile and explained to me that he had received another call from the victim last night. On the phone, the victim sounded extremely anxious, saying her daughter was in critical condition, her health resembling that of an eighty-year-old woman. Not only that, but her hair had started turning gray; she was already on the brink of death. If we didn’t deal with that evil entity soon, her daughter might not survive until tonight. 0

My heart sank at his words, and I turned to Uncle Tiger for help. His expression was strange and hard to read. After a moment of silence, Uncle Tiger didn’t say anything further, which made me feel anxious and uncertain. 0

After a while, Uncle Tiger sighed and stood up, asking me to take him to where the victim performed ancestral rites to take a look. He mentioned that it was possible that the evil entity had latched onto the victim's daughter again due to a ghost marriage. 0

I agreed but then remembered A Yao lying in the hospital bed without anyone to care for her. I hesitated for a moment when Chen Ming understood my concern and patted his chest reassuringly, saying he would take good care of A Yao. 0

With Chen Ming looking after her, I felt relieved and immediately took Uncle Tiger out of the hospital. We hailed a taxi and told the driver our destination before arriving at where the victim performed ancestral rites. 0

Upon reaching our destination, the driver quickly sped away. If it hadn’t been for my generous payment, he wouldn’t have wanted to come here at all. 0

After Uncle Tiger got out of the car, he didn't move forward or backward but instead looked around. After a full circle, his expression changed dramatically, appearing pale and uneasy. 0

I immediately felt tense, thinking that Uncle Tiger might be unwell. I rushed to support him, but to my surprise, he waved his hand dismissively and said he was fine. He then asked me why Victim would choose this place, remarking that it was a site where the living suffered and the dead were buried in misery, with not a single sign of life present. 0

I shook my head and explained that this was the location chosen by Victim's feng shui master. Uncle Tiger sighed and said that the feng shui master intended to harm Victim. I was taken aback and voiced my confusion—if the feng shui master wanted to harm Victim, why had everything been going smoothly for him? 0

To my astonishment, Uncle Tiger sneered and looked at me with an expressionless face, saying, "Wang Niu, do you really think Victim has been sailing smoothly? Look over there; there's an empty space in the middle. If I'm not mistaken, that's where Victim's ancestors are laid to rest." 0

I nodded in surprise as Uncle Tiger continued, "What does that shape resemble?" 0

I glanced over and said it looked like the character for 'mouth.' Uncle Tiger shook his head, saying I was mistaken. I was puzzled—if it wasn't 'mouth,' then what could it be? 0

Uncle Tiger urged me to follow him into the flat area. As we walked, his gaze remained fixed on the flowers and grass nearby. I stole a curious glance but couldn't discern anything unusual. 0

Upon reaching Ancestor of the Victim's grave, Uncle Tiger stood beside it and looked up at the sky with a long sigh, saying, "This is indeed a disastrous formation." 0

I was momentarily stunned, unsure of what Uncle Tiger meant by 'disastrous formation.' At that moment, I stared blankly at the grave before me, recalling what Uncle Tiger had just asked. The grave was round and resembled the character for 'mouth.' With the outer layer added on top, it formed a structure akin to 'return,' or 'hui.' 0

I felt a surge of excitement and shared my thoughts with Uncle Tiger. He nodded but still wore a serious expression as he explained, "In feng shui terms, 'return' is a bad omen. It signifies being trapped within traps; not only does it confine the ancestral spirits' fortunes and development in the Underworld, but it also obstructs future generations' luck and growth in the Yang Realm. Offspring will struggle to multiply; at most, they will cease with Victim's generation." 0

Uncle Tiger's words left me shaken. However, after a moment's thought, it seemed not quite as dire as he suggested. Noticing my confusion, Uncle Tiger beckoned me to follow him. 0

He approached Ancestor of the Victim's gravestone and crouched down as if examining something. I watched in puzzlement until he pulled aside some weeds beside the gravestone. Suddenly, a mass of insect corpses was revealed before my eyes. 0

Then Uncle Tiger picked up a small stick nearby to clear away the insects and dug out a small hole. To my shock, blood began seeping from the hole just seconds later. 0

I jumped back in fright—how could there be blood in the soil? 0

Uncle Tiger stood up and turned around to inspect the Tomb behind him. With each few steps he took, I noticed him crouching down again to fiddle with something. 0

After everything was settled, Uncle Tiger took a moment to catch his breath and said, "Wang Niu, take a look at the Tomb of the Ancestor of the Victim. The area around it, including the gravestone, has been subjected to a blood sacrifice ritual. Although this blood ritual can absorb all the Yin Qi within a ten-mile radius into this Tomb to nourish the Ancestor of the Victim, which in turn benefits future generations by bringing them wealth, it also brings about backlash and retribution. This mountain already harbors some unclean entities, and choosing this location for the Ancestor of the Victim's Tomb makes it a later guest. As a later guest, one must offer respect to the things here and allow them to take precedence. The Victim was unaware of these entities, and the Feng Shui Master concealed this from them, causing the Victim to inadvertently become the master instead of the guest. This led to all the Yin Qi in this mountain being obstructed and drawn into their own possession. Naturally, the resentment from these entities will grow day by day and eventually seek retribution on their descendants. It is not surprising that something happened to the Victim's daughter; she must have provoked these entities." 0

I pondered Uncle Tiger's words and nodded, recalling that during an ancestral worship ceremony, the Victim's daughter had accidentally urinated on a solitary grave, which happened to be disturbed by the Victim. 0

Uncle Tiger acknowledged my thoughts and said, "Exactly. Those entities would not let the Victim's daughter go easily; they probably vented their long-hidden resentment onto her. Not only that, but even the Victim cannot escape." 0

I gasped, unsure of what to say. Uncle Tiger looked at me and said, "Let's go; there's nothing good left for us here." 0

Reluctantly, I followed Uncle Tiger away from that place. Having taken money from the Victim, I felt compelled to address this matter. At my urging, Uncle Tiger accompanied me to the Victim's home. 0

Upon arriving at the Victim's house, I saw the Victim sitting on the stairs with half of their body hanging out. This made me very anxious; I feared they might fall. 0

I shouted loudly for the Victim, but it seemed they didn't hear me. They leaned further out, which only heightened my anxiety. If something were to happen to them, I would feel guilty. Without thinking much further, I instinctively ran toward the villa. Suddenly, Uncle Tiger stopped me with a serious expression and scolded me for wanting to follow the Victim to their doom. 0

I was taken aback and didn't understand Uncle Tiger's intentions; he was not someone who would stand by idly, especially when a life was at stake. 0

"Look at the sky," Uncle Tiger said. 0

I looked up and noticed a dark cloud had appeared overhead, obscuring the Victim's home. I asked Uncle Tiger what was happening. 0

He shook his head and replied, "It seems that the Victim's fate has come to an end. It's not just those entities seeking revenge on them; it's someone from the Underworld coming up." 0
