"Uncle, listen!" I immediately stopped in my tracks, and Uncle Tiger did the same. The woman's voice from the second floor grew increasingly terrifying and mournful, sending chills down my spine. Just as I was about to speak, Uncle Tiger gestured for me to remain silent. I hesitated for a moment, then crouched down beside him by the coffin. At that moment, the woman's voice drew closer, and I could faintly hear the sound of chains scraping against the floor. 0

In such a situation, everything felt even more bizarre; my heart was racing as if someone were gripping it tightly. Suddenly, I saw a dark shadow appear at the staircase, swaying as it descended. I swallowed hard and nervously nudged Uncle Tiger. He signaled for me to stay calm and said in a low voice, "Don't be afraid; it's a person." 0

I let out a sigh of relief and managed to calm down, but then I thought about it and felt something was off. I lowered my voice and asked Uncle Tiger, "Uncle, how could there be a living person here?" 0

Uncle Tiger shook his head, his gaze still fixed on the staircase. "This matter can only be investigated by Captain Wu. Also, the family of the deceased is quite suspicious!" 0

I nodded and handed over the photos I took last night to Captain Wu. He seemed startled by the pictures and took a while to regain his composure before asking us why there were so many coffins in the villa. 0

Neither Uncle Tiger nor I had an answer to Captain Wu's question, so we both shook our heads. Captain Wu looked deflated and said, "What are we going to do? If people find out we've lost the bodies, not only will we lose our positions, but there might be other troubles as well." 0

Uncle Tiger tried to comfort Captain Wu, telling him not to worry. Even if the bodies had left the Funeral Home, they couldn't have gone far. Upon hearing this from Uncle Tiger, I asked, "Uncle, did you think of something?" 0

Captain Wu perked up at once and asked, "Could there be some mystery here?" 0

Uncle Tiger looked at us and nodded. He explained, "There are only two reasons that could make a corpse walk: one is resurrection, and the other is possession by a spirit. But since neither of these seems to apply here, it must be that the Ghost Child within the corpse is causing trouble!" 0

"The Ghost Child is causing trouble?" Captain Wu and I exclaimed in shock. 0

Uncle Tiger nodded seriously and continued, "Do you remember when I dressed the corpse? That was to suppress the Yin Qi and the Ghost Child within it. Before leaving, I also drew talismans on the door as a precaution. However, the corpse still managed to leave the room; this indicates that someone is helping it escape. The Ghost Child must have sensed its mother calling it and unleashed its energy all at once." 0

"Mother? Uncle, do you mean the Yin Coffin in the villa?" 0

Uncle Tiger thought for a moment before denying my statement. The atmosphere grew heavy; Captain Wu looked at us with an anxious expression that suggested he wanted to say something but held back. 0

After a while, Uncle Tiger instructed Captain Wu to hurry and take people to check on the villa; it would be best if they could burn the coffins inside. Captain Wu agreed and immediately left. 0

I glanced at Captain Wu's retreating figure before turning back to Uncle Tiger and asking, "Uncle, what about us?" 0

"Let's go check on the Funeral Home," he replied. 0

With that said, Uncle Tiger and I rushed toward the Funeral Home. When we arrived, it was already secured by police; ordinary people were not allowed inside. Uncle Tiger instructed me to contact Captain Wu. With his permission granted, we were finally able to enter. 0

We headed straight for the room where the bodies were kept; everything appeared just as before—nothing seemed out of place. Turning around, I noticed Uncle Tiger crouched by the door, seemingly examining something. Curious, I crouched down beside him and asked, "Uncle, what are you looking at?" 0

Uncle Tiger placed his hand on something on the ground and then picked it up; to my surprise, it was ash. 0

"Uncle, how could there be ash here?" 0

"This is ash from burnt talismans," he explained. "Look closely; you can still see remnants of them." 0

I took the ash from Uncle Tiger's hand and examined it carefully while he stood up and gazed at something on the door. Noticing nothing unusual myself, I followed his gaze upward until I finally saw what was on the door—and my expression changed immediately. 0
