"Bang! Bang! Bang!"
"Roar! Roar! Roar!"
Suddenly, the deafening sound of intense hammering echoed from the north, east, and west, accompanied by terrifying roars that made Ye Kai's heart race and his scalp tingle.
What the hell!
The Intermediate Fantasy Dimension was far too frightening. Were there really that many terrifying creatures?
Although centered around the Frozen Castle, the giant mountain seemed to be surrounded by rumbling sounds, with the ground shaking intermittently as if a massive earthquake was imminent!
"Mr. Alex, I think we should hurry!" Ye Kai urged.
Before he could finish speaking, Dual Eyes suddenly focused, swelling several times before unleashing a wave of Psychokinesis that lifted Alex and propelled him like a whirlwind dozens of kilometers away.
While it seemed like there was no immediate danger, Ye Kai couldn't shake the feeling of dread about how long the spatial barrier above Frozen Castle could hold. What if more of those terrifying creatures showed up?
A chill ran down his spine as he intensified his Psychokinesis and increased his Speed even further.
"Roar!!!"
At that moment, silence enveloped the ground as if it had lost its voice. The only sound left was the crisp crack of the spatial barrier shattering. Suddenly, a massive gaping hole appeared above where the rallying speech had just taken place, and a grotesque head poked through.
It resembled a Tyrannosaurus Rex from the divine realm but was covered in warts, dripping with a viscous, disgusting liquid. Its pitch-black eyes seemed to contain countless Creatures wailing and roaring in agony.
"Boom!"
The owner of that hideous head appeared to be stuck in a narrow space. In a fit of rage, it opened its enormous mouth and unleashed a torrent of greenish flames.
It was as if a stream of fiery magma erupted from its depths, quickly engulfing half the sky.
Everything had lost its original color.
Although the thirty-two massive stone pillars shone brightly, they looked as if they were about to flicker out, utterly powerless to prevent this impending disaster.
Especially the flames that had suddenly appeared showed no signs of stopping. The people, already in a state of panic due to the catastrophe, now let out desperate cries of despair.
The fear within them was magnified to its extreme the moment the flames descended. Ye Kai felt as if he had become an ant desperately rushing forward, watching a gigantic foot come crashing down above him.
Though he knew it might not cause him significant harm, he couldn't suppress the terror rising within.
When the flame that obscured the sun struck the ground, it formed a massive wave of fire, resembling an enormous wall that surged westward in all directions.
It continuously engulfed the fleeing crowd; most people didn't have time to escape. Even those who ran with all their might could not evade the sweeping speed of the fiery tide.
Even seasoned warriors and powerful Mage Envoys appeared insignificant and pitiful in the face of this sudden calamity.
A wall of strong bodies formed as one by one, the elegantly robed Mage Envoys raised their staffs high, their faces showing madness. The sounds of their solemn and inexplicable incantations pierced through the sky.
They were ready to fight against the evil that had descended for the hundreds of thousands of Bloodline compatriots who had yet to escape.
They were prepared to sacrifice their lives at any moment.
Ye Kai's eyes burned with emotion; a mix of sorrow and courage churned within him. He made a decision that, looking back at his former self, seemed foolish—perhaps it would be his last.
"God, Hope, begin charging the Main Cannon! I want you to aim that cannon at that disgusting creature and fire!"
As soon as he finished speaking, he abruptly stopped and shouted at Alex, "Can we increase the power of the Magic Energy Array? Is it possible to fill it with other energy?"
"It can be increased, but..."
"At this point, it's no use holding back! Hurry up and activate it!!!"
Ye Kai watched as Hope rapidly approached, and he grabbed Alex by the collar, shouting, "I'll hold them off for a while, but listen carefully: if you can't increase the power of the Magic Energy Array within ten minutes, don't blame me for turning against you!!!"
Cecilia was stunned, and Denric, who had returned with her, was equally shocked. Even Alice, who usually understood Ye Kai quite well, covered her mouth in disbelief.

Ye Kai wasn't crazy nor was he a true saint; he simply felt an overwhelming sense of tragic heroism and fervor as he looked at those warriors who fearlessly plunged into the flames to fight for others.
But he wasn't foolish. He knew that with the Rune Technology he currently possessed, it was impossible to deal with such a colossal beast. Even inscribing runes on Hope wouldn't be enough.
However, he still had his divine weapon.
He had a secret weapon that might not be able to eliminate this hideous giant but could at least slightly impede it and reduce casualties.
After all, there were far too many humans dying right before his eyes.
Ye Kai calmed the turmoil within himself and soared into the air, finally landing above Hope.
At a height of one hundred meters, a faint blue light suddenly illuminated Hope. Ye Kai gazed calmly at the roaring head of the colossal beast above and silently commanded the deity, "Let the operation begin!"
As soon as he finished speaking, the faint blue light on the Main Cannon of the Hope-Class Air Battleship flared up dramatically, and a beam of light with a diameter of about a meter shot forth.

With that final shout, nearly all their faces displayed boundless fervor. The staffs in their hands glowed with rings of Radiance as they aimed at the massive breach, determined not to let their 'comrade' face the formidable enemy alone!
