"Are you going to repay me?"
Ye Kai looked at the serious woman in front of him with amusement. Did she not realize how attractive she was to men?
At that moment, he genuinely began to wonder about the beautiful woman before him. After sizing her up, he couldn't help but speculate about what kind of background a woman so naive could possibly have to survive until now.
"Mm-hmm!"
Kong Xiaoxiao nodded vigorously, exuding a sense of innocent cuteness. "I'm just really grateful to you! If it weren't for you, I would have had to ask my dad to pay for my ransom. Besides, this place is really hard to find!"

Ye Kai rubbed his temples, barely managing to control his tone. He suddenly began to doubt whether this girl had lived in an Eden-like bubble all her life. With a slight headache, he asked, "Haven't you noticed that these people have ill intentions toward you?! Miss, this is one of the most dangerous places in the entire city! And yet you foolishly followed them in here?"
"But they have a goldfish that's all red and black, and there's even a golden one!" Kong Xiaoxiao pointed in a certain direction.
Ye Kai couldn't help but roll his eyes. "What kind of goldfish would be kept in a trash-strewn alley? Have you never interacted with anyone else? Don't you understand how treacherous people can be?"

He really wanted to wake up a few thugs and commend them on their 'great description.'
Kong Xiaoxiao was momentarily stunned before she realized what he meant. Her big eyes dimmed instantly, and she looked dejected. Ye Kai sighed and said helplessly, "Those people are... never mind, never mind. Where do you live? I'll take you home!"
"Ah! Ha... ha..."
Upon hearing the question, Kong Xiaoxiao immediately feigned a serious effort to recall, but after more than a minute, she finally revealed an awkward expression. "I forgot. I usually don’t need to remember the way; I just know I live in the East District..."
Ye Kai finally understood what was off about this girl in front of him.

Feeling the softness against his arm and her pretty face so close, Ye Kai felt a stirring desire within him. His brother down below was also starting to take notice!
He swallowed hard; did this girl not realize her own charm?
With a sour expression, Ye Kai bluntly declared that houses could go to hell!
"You!" Kong Xiaoxiao waved her hand grandly.
Feeling that if this continued, he might really end up dealing with this woman on the spot, Ye Kai quickly held down the lively woman. "I don't like villas or anything; just take me to Raccoon City!"
Kong Xiaoxiao stared blankly at the note in her hand, which had an address of a place in America written on it. She was all too familiar with this address; it was the same one from her father's laptop.
"What do you want to do at this place? Do you know anyone here?" Kong Xiaoxiao asked curiously, not understanding why this stranger she had just met had that address.
Could he be a bodyguard sent by her father?!
At that moment, Ye Kai felt a bit excited, but he was also self-aware enough to know that all his luck in life had almost been used up after obtaining the Divine System.
So he had to put on a gentle smile to mask his shock while his mind began to race.
This woman knows this address? She actually asked, "Do you know anyone here?"
To think that this place was Raccoon City Mansion, where Alice and Spencer supposedly lived.

How could this woman possibly know someone who recognized this address?

Ye Kai finally understood something, his eyes filled with a hint of surprise!

"I'm just looking for someone!" Ye Kai replied casually.
However, he was already on high alert, trying to reassure the woman in front of him while glancing around.
Finally, he noticed something.
There was a glint of light reflecting off a surface: "God, scan."
"Lord God, within a ten-meter radius, there are eleven individuals carrying lethal weapons. Please prepare yourself."
A cold smile crept onto Ye Kai's lips. It seemed this group had already spotted him and likely reported his presence to someone.
It was precisely because he was standing up for himself that these hidden individuals had not immediately opened fire or rushed out to subdue the few thugs.
In the alley where he stood, there were actually eleven armed bodyguards hiding in the shadows within a ten-meter radius. This made Ye Kai start to have doubts.
Perhaps this girl’s father was a member of the Umbrella Corporation and very likely a high-ranking official!
Kong Xiaoxiao spoke up decisively, "What's so difficult about that? I have two planes myself! I can go with you; it’s been a long time since I vacationed in America!"

As he watched the man lightly poke his finger, creating a hole in the wall, Ye Kai's pupils constricted in shock.
The short man possessed a terrifying strength!
That was pure, unadulterated power! He had managed to poke a hole with just a gentle jab.
However, he didn't really want to confront them head-on. He raised his hands in a gesture of peace, indicating that he only wanted to take the woman home and had no other intentions.
"Hey, hey, hey! Where are you going? You still haven't told me who you're looking for. Maybe I can help you! Oh, wait up! I'm wearing high heels and can't walk fast..."
Ye Kai felt utterly helpless. Had this woman never spoken before in her life? "Sister, look at the sky; it's getting dark. You don't plan on spending the night out here, do you? You should know that this area isn't exactly safe."
As he passed by the hole he had created, he glanced back and suddenly found himself intrigued by the man in black. Such skills were rare!
He paused for a moment, hearing the soft panting behind him. A sly smile crept onto Ye Kai's lips. After all, he did need to take this woman home and could use her energy to reach America’s Raccoon City.
Wouldn't it be possible to learn a few moves from them?
This was martial arts; if he could master it, then when facing those assassins, he wouldn't have to rely solely on his Energy Shield and Brute Force every time.
Of course, that was all too far off for now.
For now, it was just the two of them—a man and a woman—together. A little friction between them was only natural, right?
