Chapter 147: The Purpose of Xue Qiong
Before meeting Le Yan, Lian Yun believed that as long as she was happy, he could tolerate anything. However, seeing her being supported by a stranger now stirred feelings of jealousy and an inexplicable anger within him.

This was an arrogant display, indicating that he intended to take on both Lian Yun and Xiao Yun alone, especially since Le Yan was being supported by him and seemed devoid of any combat power.

"Senior brother~" Le Yan said with a hint of anger before looking apologetically at Lian Yun. "It seems we really are familiar with each other, but why can't I remember you?"
As for Xue Qiong, Lian Yun seemed to ignore him entirely and asked curiously, "Are you close with him?"
