Upon reflection, it was clear that the hotel had given them a significant hint. The enormous mirror placed in the room was obviously out of place, yet not a single person questioned it. Jiang Liu had thought about this too, but as a newcomer, he wasn't entirely sure of his thoughts and only voiced them today. 0

Li Lin was different; he and Xu Qian had experienced numerous supernatural events and survived. They should have been aware of such phenomena, yet for some reason, they overlooked this obvious clue. 0

"Can you please be clearer? I'm getting a bit confused!" the White-Collar Man said anxiously. 0

"What Jiang Liu means is about the mirror in our room!" Li Lin explained to everyone. "Don't you think the mirror in our room is a bit too large? It reflects most of our room, and since all our rooms are quite similar, we can see it as another non-existent room. The entrance to this non-existent room is actually our room, which aligns with the idea of a closed-off space." 0

"Are you saying that the ghost has been living in the same room as us?" the Student Sister said, looking at the massive mirror on the wall with fear, her body instinctively wanting to distance itself. 0

"Then should we smash this mirror to trap the ghost in that non-existent room?" the White-Collar Man suggested. 0

"That might work; I think this could be our way out!" Li Lin replied. 0

"Then let's hurry up and break it!" The White-Collar Man seemed eager to act immediately. 0

"Wait!" Li Lin urged him not to rush. "This is just our speculation; we shouldn't act on something we're not sure about!" 0

"What are you hesitating for at a time like this?" the White-Collar Man pressed. "Isn't Jiang Liu right? Don't you agree? If that's the case, then let's break it and keep the ghost from coming out!" 0

"Didn't you hear that Jiang Liu said it's just a guess?" Xu Qian interjected. 0

Silence fell around them. Jiang Liu felt as if he had become the center of attention; his words could lead to significant consequences. After pondering for a moment, he said, "Xu Qian is correct; all of this is merely my conjecture. I don't have more than half confidence in my thoughts, and it's best for all of us to remain calm." 0

"So what do we do now?" the Student Sister asked with a quivering voice. "Liu the Great has mysteriously disappeared, we can't find him, and now that we've finally gotten some clues, we're too scared to act! Are we just going to wait for the ghost to kill us one by one?" 0

"What I mean is that breaking the mirror might not be the hint we need; on the contrary, it could lead us down a dead end!" 0

Jiang Liu furrowed his brows as he noticed that due to Liu the Great's disappearance, both Student Sister and White-Collar Man were teetering on the edge of emotional collapse. He was worried that if they acted impulsively, things could spiral out of control, and they might end up dead right there. 0

Li Lin also sensed the instability in Student Sister and White-Collar Man's emotions. He comforted them, saying, "Unless we trigger a dead end, the way ghosts kill is generally systematic. It's unlikely that one person would be killed here while another is taken out elsewhere. So let's not be too tense; relax and think clearly about where our escape lies!" 0

As someone with more experience, Li Lin's words carried weight. Hearing this, White-Collar Man and Student Sister hesitated to act on their own. If it turned out that smashing the mirror was indeed a dead end, they would be the first to fall into danger. 0

After discussing for a long time without arriving at a solid plan, they checked the time and saw it was already past midnight. Li Lin urged everyone to get some sleep; everyone was feeling fatigued and couldn't come up with any good ideas. They decided to wait until dawn to make further plans. 0

Although others were scared, the rules prevented them from staying outside for more than zero minutes. Reluctantly, they returned to their respective rooms to sleep. 0

As Jiang Liu passed by the enormous mirror, he paused, staring blankly at the nonexistent room reflected in it. After a while of fruitless contemplation, he gave up and returned to his bedroom to sleep. 0

On the other side, White-Collar Man, having heard Jiang Liu's speculation, no longer dared to approach the mirror. Instead, he decided to sleep on the floor right by his door for the night. Student Sister found a sheet and hung it up to block the mirror before she felt safe enough to return to her bedroom. 0

Lying in bed, Student Sister looked around her empty room. The luxurious decor that once excited her now filled her with an inexplicable fear. 0

She hesitated to turn off the lights; in such circumstances, not just her but everyone else kept their lights on while sleeping. Although she knew this wouldn't stop any ghosts, it provided her with a slight sense of comfort. 0

Time passed without her noticing, and gradually drowsiness overtook her until she finally fell into a deep sleep. 0

Just as she drifted off, the lights in her bedroom suddenly went out! 0

A pair of pale hands emerged from beneath her bed, slowly crawling outward. The ghost in red who had killed Liu the Great was creeping out from under her bed. 0

The ghost stood up with mechanical and grotesque movements, facing away from the sleeping Student Sister. 0

Slowly, the ghost turned around, revealing its face obscured by long black hair as it gazed at Student Sister. 0

In the early morning, Student Sister woke up with a start. Looking around at the familiar surroundings, she let out a sigh of relief and murmured, "Thank goodness, it was just a dream!" 0

She got out of bed and went to the bathroom to wash her hair, but suddenly felt an extremely malicious gaze watching her from somewhere. Startled, she didn't even have time to dry her hair before she screamed and dashed out of the room. 0

A few people sitting in the dining area having breakfast heard Student Sister's scream and were about to react when they saw her running out in her pajamas, screaming. They quickly set down their food and rushed over to her, asking what had happened. 0

Student Sister threw herself into Xu Qian's arms, trembling from the shock. "I felt it, I felt it!" 0

"What did you feel?" Li Lin asked anxiously. 0

Xu Qian shot him a glare and gently comforted Student Sister in her embrace. "Don't be afraid, we're all here. What did you feel?" 0

Seeing everyone around her, Student Sister finally calmed down, her voice still trembling with fear. "Just now, while I was washing my hair, I suddenly felt a malicious gaze on me. I was so scared that I ran out!" 0

"A malicious gaze?" Li Lin and Jiang Liu exchanged glances, unsure of what to think. 0

"I'll go check on Li Jing's room," Jiang Liu said as he headed toward Student Sister's room. Seeing Jiang Liu take action, Li Lin felt he couldn't just stay there and followed him into Student Sister's room. The other two newcomers didn't have the courage to enter the haunted room, so Xu Qian stayed behind to look after Student Sister. 0
