He activated the observation device of Multiverse once again, and the data flowed towards him like a waterfall. He was no longer just an observer, but an explorer delving deep into the truth. He began to carefully examine every piece of data, every event, and every character, like a detective scrutinizing every detail of a case. 0

He noticed a small piece of information: a political assassination. A highly influential leader was assassinated on the eve of reaching a peace agreement. This event not only enraged the public but also disrupted the already fragile political balance. It ignited the flames of war, which became uncontrollable. 0

Neil's heartbeat accelerated, and the observation device in his hand vibrated, as if sensing the turmoil within him. In that inconspicuous piece of information, a seemingly ordinary political assassination was about to trigger the collapse and reshaping of a world. 0

He took a deep breath, immersing his consciousness deeply in that special time and space. The stone-paved roads, ancient buildings, and elegantly dressed people made it an extremely prosperous and civilized city. In the center, a carriage made of gold, bronze, and wood slowly made its way, with the noble couple inside enjoying the envious glances of the people. 0

They are the rulers of the city, overseeing the land and the people, but they are completely unaware that the shadow of death is quietly descending. Neil noticed the man who was about to become an assassin quietly appearing in the crowd. He was thin and frail, with a determined look in his eyes, as if he knew full well the consequences of the choice he was about to make. 0

The man chose a corner, where he stood with a newspaper in his hand, concealing a gun underneath. Neil saw him take a deep breath, then pull out the gun and take aim at the noble couple. In that moment, time seemed to freeze. Bang! Bang! After two gunshots, the noble couple fell to the ground, their expensive clothes stained with blood. 0

The crowd fell into chaos, with continuous screams and exclamations. However, the assassin remained silent and was quickly subdued by the city guards. Neil saw the assassin smile slightly when being arrested, seemingly satisfied with their actions. 0

Neil began to contemplate the motives and significance behind this assassination. The nobleman was an extreme authoritarian ruler, whose policies not only oppressed the common people but also stirred dissatisfaction in neighboring countries. The assassin evidently was an extreme resistor, using extreme means to combat extreme oppression. This assassination not only shook the city but could also potentially alter the political landscape of the world. 0

A seemingly simple assassination is actually a complex web of interests and emotions, much like the one in which Neil is involved, the organization of the Eyes of the Philosopher. While it may appear calm and rational on the surface, it is filled with various unknown purposes and plans behind the scenes. 0

Neil took a deep breath and began to meticulously record everything he saw and felt on the observation device. He knew that this information point would be an important part of his future reports, and possibly a key to understanding the Multiverse and human behavior. 0

Neil continued to stare at the observation device's screen, which was playing the interior of a specific world's parliament building. On the screen, a silver-haired old man was standing at the podium, exuding an indescribable sense of oppression. 0

The prime minister forcefully tapped the podium, capturing the attention of those present. "Ladies and gentlemen, we are gathered here today because our country, our nation, is facing unprecedented challenges. Just a few days ago, we lost an indispensable leader. His passing is not just a family tragedy, but also a significant threat to the peace and stability of our country and several worlds." 0

Neil Listening to the Prime Minister's words, I felt even more uneasy. This incident is clearly not a simple assassination operation; it involves multiple interests and conflicts, and is more likely to be a carefully organized, premeditated conspiracy. 0

The Prime Minister continued, "We have ample reason to believe that this incident was orchestrated by external forces. We cannot stand idly by; we must take action." 0

Neil's heart was racing, and he could feel that the world had reached a dangerous tipping point. If the world decided to take retaliatory action, the consequences would be unimaginable. 0

The atmosphere inside the parliament building grew increasingly tense. As the Prime Minister finished his speech, the members of parliament began to engage in heated discussions. One member stood up and passionately declared, "We can't sit back and wait for our demise. We must take retaliatory action to show our determination and courage." 0

Another legislator countered, "Retaliation will only make things worse. We need to calmly assess the situation and find a peaceful solution." 0

Neil closely observed all of this, knowing that the future of this particular world would be uncertain and would also affect the political landscape and stability of multiple worlds. 0

"This is a serious test," Neil thought, "It will test whether this world has the ability to solve problems through wisdom and compassion, rather than through war and retaliation." 0

Neil stared tensely at the monitor of the observation device, exhausted yet inevitably observing the world on the brink of war. The Prime Minister's voice came through, officially igniting the flames of war: "We have made our choice, from today, we will begin retaliatory action. May God bless us." 0

Neil's fingertips froze, and he felt a wave of cold piercing through his body. He pressed the record button, permanently saving this moment in the database of The Eye of the Philosopher. The impact of the war would be multidimensional, not only in this observed world, but possibly affecting parallel timelines and other dimensions. 0

In the following weeks, the war in that world unfolded as expected, far more devastating than Neil or anyone could have foreseen. He witnessed the scenes of cities being bombed, children losing their parents due to the war, and lives dissipating in an instant. 0

Every day, Neil needs to record these observations. Every detailed description, every vivid scene needs to be preserved. His hand trembles slightly as he presses the record button, but he understands that this is his unshakable responsibility as an observer. Neil cannot change any of this; he can only, according to the principles of The Eye of the Philosopher, observe, record, and report calmly. 0
