The dim stars peeked through the leaves, and the cold wind gently caressed the mountains and fields. The once blazing heart could not help but cool down.

Amidst the silence, a fierce roar suddenly echoed through the forest, yet there was no response. Beneath a large tree stood a tall knight, gripping a spear, his gaze stern. On the knight's right arm was a mercenary badge, with the words “Divine Silence” clearly visible.

The knight murmured to himself, his tone tinged with desolation as he stared blankly at a corpse lying not far away. He couldn't help but let out a long sigh and shook his head, saying, "A difference of ten seconds makes all the difference!"
"President..."
A Swordsman Player rushed in front of the knight, his expression bitter. "President, the loss statistics are in. Out of the two hundred brothers who came, one hundred fifty-three died. Among them, one hundred three brothers died twice, and fifty-eight brothers died three times."
"The losses are severe!" the knight sighed.
"Damn it, it's all that Falling Leaves' fault! If it weren't for that ten-second difference, we would have secured the first kill on the Purple Gold Boss," someone complained.
Another added, "That Falling Leaves seems to have also been involved in the first kill of the Golden Boss, right? Who is this guy? How does he have such skills?"

Golden light shimmered as Yi Tianchen successfully leveled up to 35 and obtained a piece of equipment. Upon asking everyone else, they all received equipment as well. The ten of them followed Village Chief Kahn into the village and each took out their gear. With a wave of Yi Tianchen’s hand, ten pieces of Golden Equipment gleamed brilliantly.
“Ha ha… Golden Equipment! It’s actually Golden Equipment!” everyone cheered.
Yi Tianchen exchanged smiles with Liu Yuhan before checking their gear. The Guardian Heart he received was a pendant shaped like a crescent moon. When hidden effects were revealed, it emitted a faint aura; its texture was delicate and smooth—clearly an exceptional item.

Feeling the curious gazes from everyone, Liu Yuhan merely smiled faintly without offering any explanation. Instead, she said earnestly, "Everyone, let's call it a night. Tomorrow will be a brand new day!"
"Uh..."
Not a Master spoke up in surprise, looking at Yi Tianchen with confusion as if seeking an explanation from him. After a moment, he asked, "What’s different about tomorrow?"
"Hehe... Tomorrow is the day we return to Southern Wilderness City!"
Yi Tianchen chuckled; those who understood got it, while those who didn't remained puzzled. Ever since the incident at Black Wind Stronghold, their base had completely shifted to Maple Village. After being hunted down, obtaining Dragon's Roar, searching for Earth's Essence, unsealing Dragon's Roar, and defending the small village, it was finally time to go back.
Back in Southern Wilderness City, everything had a reason to begin.
