Yi Tianchen continued issuing commands, directing small monsters to serve as blocking points while landing another strike on the Sea Monster King to stabilize their aggro. Despite its furious roars and occasional attempts to strike Yi Tianchen with its Harpoon, it posed no lethal threat.

Yi Tianchen cursed angrily and used Identification Technique. The mutated Sea Monster King's total Vitality reached a staggering 350,000; 10% of that was a hefty 35,000. Adding that to what was left from before, its current Health Points were still over 40,000. With a five-level increase, all its attributes had skyrocketed.

The Sea Monster King's eyes glowed crimson. With a flick of its Harpoon, it sent a small creature flying over ten meters away, causing everyone present to gasp in shock.
"Tactics canceled, retreat!"
Yi Tianchen shouted as he prepared to flee. But the Sea Monster King was not about to let them go; after undergoing mutation, it no longer showed signs of exhaustion. With each powerful step it took, the ground trembled beneath it. The sound of its movement was thunderous yet deceptively swift.

Not a Master roared as he swung his weapon to knock away the small creatures pursuing them. Seeing the Sea Monster King rapidly closing in on Yi Tianchen, he charged forward like a whirlwind.

In that brief moment, it felt like half a year had passed for Yi Tianchen and the others. Not a Master's sudden action caught everyone off guard, but they quickly understood his intention. Due to the Sea Monster King's increased speed after mutation, their previous strategy of using smaller creatures as bait was no longer viable.

If they did not employ the Checkpoint Tactics, they would never be able to defeat the Sea Monster King on this flat ground. “Tianchen Boss, don’t let our sacrifice be in vain!” Li Tielong declared resolutely as he activated his Earth Shield and began his Charge, stepping up as the next checkpoint.
A pang of pain shot through Yi Tianchen's heart, yet he gripped his Dragon's Roar even tighter. Among those present, his attack power was the strongest, and facing the level 50 mutated Sea Monster King, his chances of delivering a killing blow were also the highest. That was why everyone had so readily placed such a heavy responsibility on his shoulders.
“Die!”
With a roar, Yi Tianchen moved. A dark circle descended from the sky, and golden light spread and blossomed across the blade of his sword, instantly unleashing a powerful aura that fiercely pierced toward the Sea Monster King's throat, successfully triggering a 1.5 times critical hit.
