Twenty minutes later...
Yi Tianchen and Liu Yuhan were weaving through the dense forest. Although they had shaken off their pursuers, they were both exhausted and had already traveled over twenty miles from Southern Wilderness City.
"Ha..."
Leaning against a pine tree, Yi Tianchen took deep breaths, gazing at the starry night sky. With a hint of melancholy in his voice, he said, "What an unforgettable night this is!"
Liu Yuhan, her cheeks flushed and also panting, chuckled lightly and replied, "What's wrong? I sense a bit of regret in your tone."

A tremendous force tore through the still air, accompanied by a piercing howl as a tree, thick as a bowl, was instantly snapped in half.
They had been ambushed!
Both Yi Tianchen and Liu Yuhan thought this simultaneously as they turned to face the sudden assailant. A massive black bear, over two meters tall, was roaring with its mouth wide open, releasing waves of foul-smelling breath. Its blood-red eyes were fixed intently on them.

"Run!"
This was the only thought racing through Yi Tianchen's mind. He quickly grabbed Liu Yuhan's hand and turned to flee desperately. They had already stepped into a high-level Monster Zone, and any creature that appeared before them, even a chicken, was beyond their capability to handle at this moment.
"Roar..."
The thunderous roar echoed continuously through the vast and desolate forest. Even the ground beneath their feet seemed to tremble slightly.
"What do we do? This guy seems pretty fast!" Liu Yuhan asked.

"Be careful!" Liu Yuhan didn't say much more; there was no time for lengthy discussions.
However, Yi Tianchen soon realized that something felt off. The vibrations beneath his feet were not getting closer; instead, they seemed to be fading away.
In a hurry, he turned around and was furious to see that the terrifying black bear was actually chasing after Liu Yuhan!
"Damn it! If you have the guts, come at me!"
Yi Tianchen cursed as he swiftly turned around, activating Savage Charge and racing after it while using the team channel to urge Liu Yuhan to get closer to him.
"Ah..."
Suddenly, a cry of alarm from Liu Yuhan echoed through the team channel. Yi Tianchen cursed under his breath; there was no way to increase his speed any further.
In less than ten seconds, it felt like half a year had passed for Yi Tianchen. He dashed forward, and what he saw made his heart race with fear.
Twenty yards ahead, Liu Yuhan had skillfully dodged the black bear's wild attacks but was caught by its powerful shockwave. She was sent flying through the air, losing a significant portion of her Health Points while stars danced around her head.
She was stunned!
"Dammit!"
Unable to hold back a furious curse, Rage the Wild Bear raised its powerful paw against Liu Yuhan. Yi Tianchen's eyes widened as he gripped the Wild Fury tightly, an unprecedented sense of loss and helplessness filling his heart!
