Chapter 149: Zhan Tianyue (Part Five)
Ye Huan had once mentioned during the selection of Dragon Hall members from the military that mages could join Tiger Hall, which specialized in post-war operations, while summoners could go to Phoenix Hall. Yanking down a modified M4A1 assault rifle slung over his shoulder and gripping a grenade launcher, he fired a grenade toward the left side above the wall. In a swift motion, he turned and squeezed the trigger of the M4A1. Within two seconds, this first member to reach the wall had cleared a decent-sized area, creating space for others from Dragon Hall to follow.

Some held Desert Eagles and fired continuously while others reloaded their M4A1s. Once those using Desert Eagles emptied their magazines, they moved forward again. The bullets struck against the hard shields; while those Koryo Soldiers holding the shields managed to withstand it, two Shield Soldiers near the city wall were directly knocked back by the tremendous impact. One lost his balance and screamed as he fell from the twenty-five-meter-high wall!
With a thud, the two Shield Soldiers landed on the ground in a spread-eagle position, their heads bursting open and bodies convulsing. This sight sent chills down the spines of nearly all Koryo Soldiers on the wall, who couldn’t help but imagine what would happen if they had been in that position and got hit…
