Southeast of the City is a development area, supposedly intended for the construction of an amusement park. For some reason, construction has yet to begin, and the place remains desolate, especially after nightfall, when few people venture there. 0

When Jun Chong brought me to this location, I saw a massive black hole in the dark expanse, with Black Wind swirling ominously within. The presence of restless spirits was palpable, as if they were trying to break free but were held back by the boundary between the living and the dead, forced to watch helplessly. 0

"Jun Chong, is this the sealing place?" 0

I looked around but saw no sign of the boundary between the human realm and the underworld; everything around us appeared to be part of the human world. 0

"Entering this vortex leads to a space that is the true sealing place." 0

As soon as Jun Chong finished speaking, Shizui and Tao Wu approached from another direction. Tao Wu held a metal box resembling a pizza box and walked over to stand beside Jun Chong. " Lord, here is what you requested." 0

"Good." 0

Jun Chong opened the box with her hand, revealing a small crescent-shaped knife inside. The handle and blade were intricately engraved with lotus patterns, alongside a small white bowl that bore the same design on its walls. 0

I suddenly noticed that many items were adorned with lotus motifs. This lotus seemed different from Jun Chong's demeanor, so out of curiosity, I asked, "Why do so many things have lotus designs? Is it your hobby?" 0

Jun Chong's expression momentarily froze before his brow slightly furrowed. When I looked up at him, that momentary look vanished, replaced by his gentle smile. "I thought you would like it, so I had them all carved this way." 0

"Nonsense." 0

Though I said that, I felt quite pleased inside. Only Shizui raised an eyebrow slightly, gazing at me with an unreadable expression. 0

I leaned closer to examine the two items. "What are these for?" 0

"When I place the Seven Orbs into the Sealing Center, I will gather all my strength to break the seal. When the white light of the Seven Orbs fades, use this knife to cut your hand, let your blood flow into this bowl, and then splash the blood from the bowl onto the Seven Orbs. Once all the orbs turn red, I will be able to break the seal." 0

"I didn't know I could be of help too." I felt a surge of happiness and reached out to touch it, but Jun Chong quickly closed the box. He reminded me again, "Remember, you must use this knife to make the cut and put the blood in this bowl. After you do all this, get out quickly; the final aftermath will harm your body." 0

"Then you must be careful." 0

Time passed quickly as Jun Chong discussed matters with Shizui and Tao Wu. I sat on the ground watching the moon. The full moon was always similar, and there had been many fifteens that led to unavoidable dangers, yet each time we managed to turn peril into safety. I believed this time would be no different. 0

With Jun Chong's abilities, success was certain; however—my hand slowly pressed against my lower abdomen, and I felt some concern about the changes in my baby. 0

A slight pain throbbed in my belly as a dark figure flickered in the dim light, something stirring within me. 0

"The only opportunity is when the Seven Orbs turn red." 0

"Who’s speaking?" 0

I sensed someone whispering in my ear, but when I turned around, it was dark all around with no one in sight. Jun Chong noticed my unease and approached me. "What’s wrong?" 0

"Jun Chong, someone just spoke in my ear." 0

Shizui and Tao Wu immediately became alert and scanned the surroundings. Jun Chong held me close protectively and looked wary. "What did they say?" 0

"I—" I wanted to tell Jun Chong what was said, but found myself unable to utter a word. He thought I hadn’t heard clearly and patted my shoulder reassuringly. "Don’t be afraid. There will definitely be obstacles tonight; remember to use the Qilin Hairpin and Phantom Spirit Pearl to protect yourself." 0

"Okay." 0

As the moon reached its zenith, Jun Chong took my hand and led me into the massive vortex. 0

As soon as I entered, a wave of pain surged through my body, a torment that felt like my body and soul were separating. However, I didn't want to distract Jun Chong, so I gritted my teeth and endured it until I tasted blood in my mouth. My vision blurred with a crimson haze, and the sounds around me began to fade away. 0

"Anxin, let go." 0

Jun Chong noticed and stopped in his tracks, gently patting my cheek. He pried my mouth open with his hand, and as his lips came closer, they felt cool and soft against mine. As our lips met, I sensed a rush of blood spreading through my mouth, sliding down toward my throat, alleviating some of the discomfort I had been feeling. 0

"I underestimated this," Jun Chong said as he wiped the blood from the corner of my mouth. "Are you feeling better now?" 0

I nodded and took a deep breath before asking, "Why am I like this?" 0

"Though you are the Lord of the Ghost Fetus and carry a heavy aura of yin energy, you are still human. Entering the entrance to the underworld for the first time can cause some damage from the malice here. I should have considered your capacity to endure. Perhaps you should wait outside for me?" 0

"I'm feeling much better now." I stood on my tiptoes and placed a kiss on his furrowed brow. "I want to stay with you until the end." 0

"But once the bead turns red, you must leave, understand?" 0

Seeing Jun Chong's serious expression, I nodded. Just then, Shizui's voice called out from nearby, "Jun Chong, it's almost time." 0

Jun Chong responded affirmatively and instructed Tao Wu to stay with me while he moved forward. Only then did I take in my surroundings. 0

Strange peaks loomed around us, varying in height and distance, their bizarre shapes oppressive under the grayish night sky. They resembled claws of ghosts—sharp and cold—concealing danger within an eerie aura that tainted the air. 0

The ground was barren, littered with uneven hard stones. Wisps of black mist rose from below like skeletal hands ready to grasp at my ankles. 0

Suddenly, a tremor shook the ground beneath me, swaying like an earthquake. I felt the eerie aura around us weaken significantly in that moment. Tao Wu held tightly onto my hand. "Miss, don't be afraid." 0

I smiled slightly and reached out to stroke her hair. "Okay." 0

As the vibrations grew more pronounced, I saw Jun Chong standing at the edge of the peak stone. The ground suddenly cracked open, and the tremors intensified as a dark, heavy door slowly rose from beneath, until it was fully revealed. 0

With a loud bang, the shaking ceased, and the Wind Sound diminished significantly. Only that magnificent black door remained, towering like a colossal beast that one could only gaze up at in awe. 0

The door was entirely black, with two large dragons coiling around its top, their mouths wide open as they glared at each other, their front claws slightly bent in a posture ready to pounce. Below that, the black surface resembled iron stone, adorned with intricate patterns that sprawled across the entire door. 0

I found it somewhat familiar, reminiscent of the markings on Jun Chong's wrist in that photograph. At the time, Jun Chong referred to it as the Sealing Spell. 0

“Jun Chong, it has begun.” 0

Shizui's voice rang out, and I noticed Jun Chong taking a few steps toward the door. Right above his head, in the very center of the door, was a shape resembling the Big Dipper Seven Stars. 0

Jun Chong spread his large hand open, revealing seven White Pearls. He extended his hand forward, and the small pearls automatically moved toward the entrance, fitting into the grooves above in sequence. 0

Suddenly, a brilliant white light burst forth, illuminating the seven glories of Tian Shu, Tian Xuan, Tian Ji, Tian Quan, Yu Heng, Kai Yang, and Yao Guang from the top of the Dipper to its handle. 0

At that same moment, the patterns on the black door began to rotate as if stimulated by something. Each intricate design gathered around the Big Dipper Seven Stars before gradually settling into place. 0

Jun Chong stood there with his black hair dancing in the wind and his garments billowing dramatically. It was almost blinding to behold. I rubbed my eyes and opened them again to find Jun Chong extending his hands forward. A swirling vortex gathered in his palms as dark currents slowly seeped into the pearls within the rotating whirlpool. 0

The Big Dipper Seven Stars suddenly erupted with light. Just then, Shizui shouted at me, “Anxin, you can start now.” 0

I was taken aback for a moment but quickly regained my composure and reached for the curved dagger. As my fingertips made contact with it, a tingling sensation surged rapidly up my right hand. In an instant, it felt as though that hand no longer belonged to me; I watched it lift on its own and slash down hard across my left arm. 0

Crimson blood flowed like a spring without any deliberate pressure applied; it automatically filled a bowl until the wound healed itself completely without wasting a single drop. 0

Tao Wu held up a box and reminded me as I stood dazed, “Missy, the light is fading; I'll send you over now.” 0

I nodded, and then my feet lifted off the ground, floating lightly toward Jun Chong's position. 0

From a distance, he appeared relaxed, but as I got closer, I noticed he was covered in a thin sheen of sweat, his eyes bloodshot, and his complexion and lips were pale as death. 0

The black Sealing Spell on his face was vivid and took up his entire visage. 0

This was the first time I had seen Jun Chong like this, an eerie sight that held a deadly allure. 0

My heart stirred slightly; I couldn't afford to hesitate for even a moment. As I walked toward the door, I whispered softly as I passed by him, "Jun Chong, you have to hold on. I'll wait for you." 0

With a firm grip, I splashed the fresh blood from the bowl onto him. Instantly, the dim white light transformed into a blood-red glow, bursting forth in brilliance. A rebound shot me backward. 0

Jun Chong shouted at Tao Wu, "Catch her! Take her away!" 0

"Understood." 0

Tao Wu effortlessly caught me and pulled me along as we rushed outside. "Sister, hurry!" 0

"Jun Chong—" When I turned back, I saw Jun Chong stumble and fall to one knee, seemingly unable to withstand the radiant burst. He coughed up blood, and my heart tightened. I wanted to rush back to him but was held back by Tao Wu. "Tao Wu, Jun Chong is in danger." 0

Tao Wu glanced back briefly, pain etched on Little's face. "I know. The Lord is severely injured and hasn't recovered. This First Seal requires immense physical strength and Ghost Power from him; any slight discomfort could lead to backlash. Tao Wu wants to help him too, but I've been ordered to protect you, so even though it pains me, I cannot go." 0
